As they fought back, beams of laser emerged from various directions, briefly dispelling some of Sanctuary City’s darkness.

Several tables were hurled down because previous residents had converted the office building rooms into living spaces, using tables pushed together as beds due to the lack of beds. These makeshift beds with blankets and linens were tossed down onto the zombies’ heads. The scene was comical, but the three couldn’t bring themselves to laugh.

This upheaval was quick to come and go, and those soldiers preparing to escape amidst the chaos hadn’t expected everything to settle so soon. Once the agitated zombies calmed, the four of them above saw a massive "bulldozer" emerging from the other end of the street, struggling forward against a swarm of zombies!
