Chloe Collins took it, lowered her head and began to read slowly.

At the same time, Chloe, carrying a case, ran out of the dilapidated building, standing among the tall trees watching as the police took those people away.

About ten minutes later, the area around the building returned to peace, leaving only some police officers to blockade the place.

Chloe leaped down, followed by a tall figure jumping down to stand beside her.

"How did you know it was a setup?" Alexander Foster stared at the departing police car, asking casually.

Since encountering Hailey, Chloe had been the one strategizing and guiding their actions.

Wanda Wesley and Nathaniel Nolan were tasked with confronting the people in Couple Town, drawing their attention, while he liaised with the police force. Following the information given by Chloe, he managed to locate their headquarters. In one fell swoop, they freed all experiment subjects.

Now, they even had X-2 successfully in their hands.

Chloe turned to look at another case in his hands, counter-questioning, "Is that the box of seeds?"

"Hmm, it was well hidden, decoding the password took me quite some time," Alexander replied in a light tone.

Only then did Chloe return to the previous topic, slowly saying, "If you want to know if someone bears ill intention towards you, it’s simple."
