Chloe Collins stayed in Southvale’s Riverside for two days and on the third day, she was once again called to the school by her teacher.

As soon as she stepped through the school gate, a man and a woman suddenly appeared before her; both appeared to be teachers.

"You’re..."

"Ah, Miss Chloe Collins, hello there! We are teachers from Havensmouth University, my name is Ms. Gu, and this is Mr. Fu."

"You need something from me?"

Both of them sported friendly smiles and were about to explain the reason for their visit when a voice came from afar—

The voice belonged to a lady wearing glasses, dressed in a standard grey work attire. It was clear that she too was a teacher.

"What does my rush matter compared to yours? Are all Havensmouth University teachers such sly, calculating folks?" Miss Sarah’s tone was clearly one of disdain.

Just as an argument was about to break out, the vice-principal appeared and stepped in to defuse the situation.

"Let’s move this discussion upstairs. Come, Miss Chloe Collins, these teachers came from various renowned universities. Follow me to the office, we’ll all talk together."

Once they arrived in the conference room, all the teachers who had already been discussing turned to look at her.

Including the three who had just entered, there were eight faces Chloe didn’t recognize.

The remaining people were all teachers from the Affiliated High School.

The eight teachers watched her as if they were tigers who had spotted their prey, their eyes gleaming with hunger.

Chloe sat in her assigned seat, nicked her head slightly, and greeted the teachers.

As soon as he finished speaking, everyone looked towards Chloe.

The teacher next to him immediately followed up: "We solemnly promise that if you join our school, we’ll cover your tuition fees for all four years. Furthermore, we’ve prepared a generous reward of 200,000!"

The teacher from Orlando University wasn’t convinced: "200,000? Feels like you’re trying to coax a kid. Miss Chloe, we’ve already prepared a check for you on our side. As long as your information is logged into Orlando University’s system, you’ll immediately receive a scholarship of $500,000!"
