Sasha narrowed her eyes at Kimmy. She was just a kid. How could she talk back to her?

"Don’t butt in when adults are talking. Didn’t your mom teach you that?"

Kimmy put her hands on the sides of her waist, glaring at Sasha. Irritation could be seen in her eyes.

"My mommy taught me how to respect my fellows and not judge someone without evidence. You are blaming the wrong person, Madam. And you are accusing Uncle Enzo. If he tried to kill Uncle Dom then why are they together? I didn’t sense any resentment or hatred from him. They are getting along well!" Kimmy spat back spontaneously as she defended Enzo from Sasha’s accusation.

"I don’t think Uncle Dom is dumb enough to interact and spend time with his murderer," Kimmy added.

Sasha was speechless when she heard those words from that four-year-old girl.

"I don’t have time to argue with a kid." Sasha walked out. Her priority was to find out Dominique’s condition.

When Sasha left, Gael gave Kimmy a ’good job’ sign. He enjoyed watching Sasha’s annoyed expression.

"She can’t refute a child’s word." Gael chuckled.

"Thanks for defending me, Little one," Enzo pinched her cheek as he expressed his gratitude.

On the other hand, Aaron was still staring at the door of the emergency room. He kept pacing back and forth, worrying about Dominique.

"Uncle Enzo, is Aunt Sasha angry at us? Will she not allow us to see Uncle Dominique?" Aaron asked Enzo worriedly.

Enzo didn’t know what to say so Gael intervened. "Aaron, don’t worry. I owned this hospital. I can let you see him once he is transferred to his ward. For now, you should go home first and take a rest."

Aaron sighed deeply. Witnessing the arguments between Sasha and Kimmy, he knew that Sasha had become irritated with them. It was best for them to listen to Gael.

"Uncle Gael, can you update us if Uncle Dom leaves the emergency room? I will come again to visit him. I hope he will be fine." Aaron couldn’t stop himself from worrying about Dominique.

Gael bobbed his head. "Okay, Aaron. I will let you know if he is transferred to his ward. Don’t be anxious. Our doctors here are doing their best to save him." He reassured the kid.

Aaron nodded, believing Gael’s words. Then he turned to Enzo, holding Enzo’s hand. "Uncle Enzo, can you send us home?"

"Yes. Let me send you home."

Gael felt relieved when Aaron left together with Enzo and Kimmy. He couldn’t understand why Aaron was so fond of Dominique. He was even surprised when he learned that Aaron and Athena hung out with Dominique in the amusement park.

’I thought Athena wanted to keep Aaron away from Dominique, but why did she allow Aaron to bond with him?’ Gael murmured to himself.

Gael knew the future consequence of the father and son getting closer to each other. He was worried that Aaron’s fondness toward Dominique would become a hindrance to Athena’s revenge. She might waver her resolve because of her son, Aaron.

’Sigh. I hope Athena will think it over. I don’t want her to commit another mistake. She should stop the two from seeing each other.’

Meanwhile, Sasha kept walking back and forth outside the emergency room. She was anxious, praying for Dominique’s safety.

"This shouldn’t have happened if he didn’t come to meet Lanny and her children!" Sasha clenched her fists, blaming someone for this accident.

It did not take long before Melissa arrived at the hospital, joining Sasha.

"Hey, Sasha, are you alright? How’s Dominique?" Melissa tapped Sasha’s shoulder, stopping her from taking another step.

Sasha immediately hugged Melissa upon seeing her. "Mel, I don’t know what to do. I can’t live without Dominique." She began to sob on Melissa’s shoulder.

Melissa could only sigh helplessly, stroking her back. "Don’t worry too much. Dominique will survive this."

Sasha just nodded, trying to be strong for Dominique.

"Come. Sit down first. You need to calm down. Worrying like this won’t cure Dominique." Melissa made her sit on the bench.

She gave her a bottle of water to drink.

"How could this happen? What was he doing in the amusement park?" Melissa asked Sasha curiously.

Sasha’s face turned grim as she recalled her argument with Dominique.

"He went there to meet Lanny, she is Athena’s manager. Remember what I told you before? Lanny was the woman who called Dominique at dawn. Her phone number was registered as Miss Song. Do you think they are having a secret affair?" Sasha shared her suspicions with her friend.

Melissa was surprised when she heard that. "Lanny? Athena’s manager. Are Lanny and Dominique close to each other?"

Sasha shook her head. "I’m not sure. But their closeness is very strange. How come she went out together with Dominique? And Dominique even hid this from me."

Melissa fell silent. She didn’t want to jump to conclusions. But Sasha’s doubt had basis.

"Mel, I also have another problem. I haven’t told you this yet. It’s about me and Ashton. The night I tried to drug Dominique, something went wrong. I ended up sleeping with Ashton... and Dominique seemed to know what happened. But he never confronted me. He didn’t even get angry at me and Ashton. As if he didn’t care."

"We argued before the accident happened. He told me that we would talk at home. But then, this accident happened." Sasha didn’t know whether she should feel relieved or not.

Melissa gasped when she heard Sasha’s revelation. She took her time, analyzing the situation first before she spoke up.

"Sasha, I think you don’t have to worry about Dominique having a secret affair as long as his condition hasn’t been cured yet. He won’t be able to have sex with another woman. Besides, you are still his wife." Melissa tried to console her friend.

"You are still lucky. Maybe, this accident is a blessing in disguise. It’s best if he would lose his memory to forget what happened between you and Ashton."

"Mel! Stop that. Don’t say that! I didn’t wish for Dominique to get hurt." Sasha reprimanded Melissa. But deep inside, she knew that it would benefit her if Dominique lost his memory, including his memories about Sabrina.

"Alright! I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it. It’s just that. I feel like it will be advantageous for you if Dominique forgets everything. But since we are not certain about the impact of the accident, let’s focus on his recovery."

As Melissa spoke, an idea popped up in her mind. "Sasha! I guess... this is the right time to implement your plan."

"Huh? What plan?" Sasha looked at her, confused.

"Your plan to get pregnant with Dominique’s child!" Melissa blurted out excitedly. "Once we ensure his safety, you can hire a doctor to extract his sperm without his knowledge. He won’t be able to refuse and object to you."

Sasha’s eyes lit up when she heard Melissa’s suggestion. Melissa had a point.

"Oh my gosh, Melissa! What a brilliant suggestion! I’m being threatened by Lanny’s presence right now. I have to make a move so that Dominique won’t divorce me. I will listen to you! I will grab this chance to achieve my goal!"
