Athena stared at the ceiling blankly, her mind still replaying the intimate moment she shared with Dominique in the bathroom earlier.

She still couldn’t believe that Dominique moaned her name over and over again until he found his release.

Her train of thought was interrupted upon hearing Dominique’s voice. He finally woke up, moving closer to Athena.

"So when are you going to hand me over the thirty percent of your shares in the W Diamond Group?" Athena blatantly asked him.

"I have already asked my attorney to prepare the transfer of my stocks in your name. I will hand it over to you tomorrow," he reassured her.

Athena’s eyes gleamed with delight upon hearing that. Things were aligning perfectly with her plans. Dominique didn’t give her a hard time.

"But the stocks will only be yours officially if you meet my conditions," Dominique informed her, making Athena frown.

"Just like what I said to you before. First, you have to come and meet me every time I summon you. You must see me no matter what. No excuses!"

Athena hid her displeasure and just nodded in agreement.

"What are the other conditions?" Athena tried her best not to roll her eyes.

"Once you sign our deal, you can’t back out for three months. If you do, the transfer of my stocks to your name will be void."

"And lastly, if you are with me, you have to follow my every request... my every word..." Dominique looked at her intently.

Athena’s eyebrows were drawn together after hearing his last condition.

"Wait. Is that for our intimate moments? Don’t tell me you are into role playing things?"

Her gaze seemed to accuse him of being a pervert.

But Dominique just let out a husky laugh. "Why are you looking at me like that? Have you forgotten? You were the one who offered yourself to me. You were also confident when you said you would serve me in bed. Are you taking your words back now?"

Athena was about to react when Dominique immediately pressed his finger against her lips to stop her from speaking.

But Dominique didn’t budge on his spot, still lying on his bed. "Lie down. We can do that tomorrow. I am too tired to move."

Athena arched her eyebrows. She didn’t like Dominique’s nonchalant behavior. He seemed like he wasn’t excited about finalizing their contract.

She folded her arms across her chest while pouting her lips. She looked away, avoiding Dominique’s gaze. She was upset.

Dominique noticed the changes in her expression. Athena had become quiet, not talking to him anymore.

He gazed up, looking at her. At that certain moment, Dominique was reminded of Sabrina once again. He recalled the moment when Sabrina was getting upset with him.

’I know Sabrina’s mannerisms. She tends to keep quiet, not speaking to me. She also loves pouting her lips.’ Dominique thought to himself.

After a few seconds, Dominique sat up and moved closer to her.

"Athena..." he called her name softly.

Athena just ignored him, keeping her eyes shut as she pretended to be resting.

Dominique didn’t know why but his lips reflexively moved, smiling at her actions. ’She truly reminds me of Sab... I wonder if meeting her has a purpose. Can she really help me ease the pain of losing Sab? Can she fill the emptiness in my heart?’

Since Athena kept on ignoring him, he reached out, lifting her chin. Without further ado, Dominique closed the space between their faces. His lips gently pressed against her soft kissable lips.

Athena snapped her eyes open when she felt his lips brushing hers tenderly.

’Damn! He did it! He just stole a kiss from me.’ Athena complained inwardly.

She attempted to push him away, but Dominique pressed his body against hers, trapping her between his weight and the bed’s headboard. He continued his advances, not breaking the kiss. He deepened the kiss further.

As his movements grew more intense, Athena felt herself surrendering to the overwhelming desire that surged between them. Athena lost the urge to resist him. Her resistance was replaced by an undeniable urge to succumb to his touches and his kisses.

It did not take long before Dominique finally broke the kiss.

Athena was surprised when she saw him smirking at her teasingly.

Dominique just let out a soft chuckle. "Are you still upset with me?"

Athena raised her eyebrow, staring at him with puzzlement. "What do you mean?"

Dominique gave her a peck on her lips, stealing another kiss from her.

"Hey! Why did you do that? You are not interested in finalizing our contract and yet, you keep taking advantage of me. My lips are not for free!" She snarled at him. She was now freely expressing her unhappiness toward him.

Dominique could only shake his head helplessly. "Alright. Let’s do it now."

After saying that, Dominique got off the bed, heading to his study room. When he returned, he was already holding his laptop. He handed it over to Athena.

"Here... you can encode and type your rules and conditions there," he said, still smiling at her.

Dominique’s right hand was still injured so he let Athena encode and draft their contract. As Athena focused on the laptop screen, Dominique just continued watching her.

The tap-tap sound of the laptop keyboard could be heard throughout the entire room.

"Athena..." he called her attention.

Athena just simply glanced at him as she continued working on Dominique’s laptop.

"What?" She asked, shifting her gaze back to the laptop screen.

"Why me? Among all the successful men in York City, why did you choose me?" Dominique suddenly blurted out of the blue.

Athena stopped what she was doing and she faced him.

"Because you are a big challenge for me," she replied.
