Happy Little Farmer
Chapter 264

Chapter 264: Chapter 264

This day was one Yang Fan would certainly remember with care.

Although he had not yet truly possessed his sister-in-law.

But this day, their relationship had progressed the most rapidly.

Except for that final step, he’d done nearly everything else that should be done.

The things he had coveted night and day seemed to have finally come within reach.

With the foundation laid now, truly possessing his sister-in-law was only a matter of time.

The next morning, as soon as he opened his eyes, Yang Fan could smell the fragrant, salty dampness of the earth outside.

It seemed as if it had rained.

He rolled out of bed, slipped into his slippers, and went over to the window to look.

The rain had stopped at that moment, but the ground was moist.

The flowers and plants in the flower bed were lush and vivid, with raindrops falling along the veins of the leaves.

Clearly, it had rained not long before.

"At least it’s good weather," Yang Fan murmured as he rubbed his eyes.

Today was the opening day, and what luck to have rain. He hoped it wouldn’t rain anymore later.

He stretched his body and headed for the bathroom, only to find his sister-in-law brushing her teeth in a tank top and shorts.

Yang Fan’s eyes lit up instantly.

He walked over and wrapped his arms around his sister-in-law’s graceful waist, deliberately pressing up against her.

Ye Tong looked at Yang Fan through the mirror and immediately warned, "Don’t start messing around, we’ve got serious business today."

"Sister-in-law, you brush your teeth, I’ll do my thing, it won’t get in the way at all," Yang Fan said with a sly grin.

His sister-in-law’s figure, paired with such a simple outfit, was simply the epitome of sensuality—he couldn’t help but touch her.

"Little Mother just called urging us to hurry up, stop fooling around," Ye Tong reminded him, her eyes and eyebrows tinted with a hint of shyness.

But as she spoke, Yang Fan’s hand had already slipped into her shorts.

"What time is it? Going that early, there isn’t much to do, is there?" Yang Fan asked, puzzled.

"Little Mother said we forgot the medicinal herbs yesterday and told us to take all the medicine we have at home, and later put them on the antique shelf," Ye Tong looked at Yang Fan helplessly through the mirror as she blocked her pert and round buttocks.

"Sister-in-law, relax a bit, let me touch. Just a touch, nothing more," Yang Fan pleaded, wheedling.

"What a shameless act, bothering people early in the morning. I shouldn’t have let you do this," Ye Tong chided softly.

Blame as she might, she relaxed her buttocks, allowing Yang Fan’s hand to smoothly reach her most private area.

Yang Fan touched that intensely hot region of the golden valley and couldn’t help but chuckle, "Little Mother is being too meticulous. This isn’t urgent; decorating another day wouldn’t make a difference."

"Little Mother does everything just like her cooking, always aiming for more perfection. Having such a Little Mother to help you, you should be satisfied," Ye Tong laughed.

"Other people’s Little Mother would half be an enemy. Compared to them, you’re practically living in a nest of happiness. If it weren’t for Little Mother’s help, I suspect you wouldn’t have prepared anything and would have gone straight to opening up shop."

Yang Fan laughed, "Truly, none know me better than my sister-in-law. You guessed right; I think there’s no need to spend that extra money on decorations—they’re not essential."

"It’s a matter of appearances, everyone has their own approach," Ye Tong said, then deftly slid away from Yang Fan’s side like an eel, giggling, "Alright, get washed up quickly, I’ll prepare breakfast. And don’t forget what Little Mother instructed."

Yang Fan raised his right hand and sniffed it, "Sister-in-law, you smell so good!"

Ye Tong’s cheeks turned crimson immediately, and she slapped Yang Fan on the arm, scolding with a mix of embarrassment and annoyance, "I’ll beat you up, you sniffer!"

Yang Fan chuckled with a hehe, his heart bursting with joy.

He enjoyed watching his sister-in-law’s bashful, annoyed expression so much that his little heart almost melted.

"Hurry up and pack up!"

Ye Tong cast a warning glance at Yang Fan before leaving the bathroom.

Yang Fan chuckled merrily. Although the sky was overcast today, he suddenly felt as if life had become bright and sunny.

After quickly freshening up, Yang Fan picked out some of the best-quality medicinal herbs from home, including a piece of Thunderstruck Wood, and threw them onto the tricycle. He planned to find time to deliver them to Fan Sisi after opening for business.

After breakfast, Yang Fan and his sister-in-law didn’t dawdle; they locked up the house and headed for the town.

When they arrived, Old Zhou and his wife were already there, busy hanging a banner at the entrance.

"Old Zhou!"

Yang Fan called out and parked his vehicle before walking over, "Why are you fussing with this? Got too much money to spend?"

Old Zhou was on the roof securing the banner. Hearing the voice, his dark cheeks immediately brightened into a chrysanthemum-like smile, "Fanzi, how can your opening go without a bit of a bang? If you’re not making a fuss, I, as your brother, can’t let you have a low-key opening."

With a raise of his hand, the banner caught the wind and flew down from above.

"The entire staff of Han Palace wishes Mr. Yang a very prosperous business opening, an influx of wealth, and many patrons."

The moment Yang Fan saw the content on the banner, his face suddenly darkened.

As expected, he had overestimated Old Zhou.

"Old Zhou, you’ve really outdone yourself!" Yang Fan said with a twitching smile, giving Old Zhou a thumbs-up.

"Don’t rush, there’s more!" Old Zhou laughed heartily, "I guarantee that your opening today will be the talk of the town. Come on, let’s go!"

Soon, a second banner fell down.

"Shuishan Hot Spring wishes Mr. Yang a successful opening..."

That was the shop previously owned by Wang Tianbao.

Yang Fan’s mouth twitched violently, watching one banner after another fall down, enveloping his already not-so-large storefront like a bright red lion.

On these banners, it seemed every disreputable establishment in the county had come together.

"Fanzi, what exactly are Han Palace and Shuishan Hot Spring? Do you have dealings with them?" Ye Tong walked up to Yang Fan, her delicate eyebrows furrowing as she asked.

Although she was unaware of the exact nature of these places, the descriptions on the banners clearly didn’t suggest anything reputable.

Yang Fan let out a deep sigh, "Sister-in-law, don’t mind it; Old Zhou is deliberately teasing me."

"But what are these places really about?" Ye Tong asked.

Yang Fan pointed at the banners, "Places for bathing, foot washing, back massages, the last few names don’t give it away, but I guess they’re somewhat along those lines. Old Zhou really broke the bank this time, gathering so many for me."

Ye Tong suppressed a smile with the corner of her mouth, "Looks like you’ve never been to those places."

"Sister-in-law, I’ve truly never been to them, ah... were you testing me?" Yang Fan suddenly realized.

Ye Tong raised an eyebrow, a slightly haughty smile on her lips as she walked away, "I’m going to order food."

Yang Fan was suddenly at a loss for words.

It seemed he would have to be more careful in the future; his sister-in-law’s sense of smell was somewhat frightening.

As he was brooding over this, his phone suddenly rang.

The call was from Zhang Yulan.

"Fanzi, heard you’re opening for business today?" Zhang Yulan’s voice sounded a bit sleepy and lazy.
