Chapter 580: Chapter 580: A More High-End Discussion Area
Fang Jie’s Main Territory was now home to many people from various races.
Unlike the Undead, they had many needs and emotions. Although they were all his servants, they too required celebrations like victory banquets, which was why Fang Jie had straightforwardly organized this kind of event.
As for the specific reasons, Fang Jie hadn’t planned to explain, but they could infer something.
After all, with such significant changes in the territory, it was impossible for them to be completely unaware. The banquet served to inform them that these changes were positive, not detrimental to the Territory.
Keeping a low profile wouldn’t entirely prevent the outside world from knowing, but it could suppress their curiosity.
They received limited news and wouldn’t think too much.
Perhaps some people might, but those individuals certainly knew the purpose behind his actions.
Returning to his territory, Fang Jie habitually opened the discussion forum. Yes, the discussion forum, in fact, Fang Jie still checked it every day, but it had been a long time since he had actively participated in discussions.
By now, the population of his own region was basically within his territory.
There were also people outside his territory, but not far away. Their discussions no longer dared to mention any nonsensical matters, as they were afraid of being targeted by him or by the people under him.
Fang Jie kept silent, intentionally giving the impression he no longer looked at these discussions.
This way, he could learn more information.
But today, Fang Jie suddenly noticed something different in the discussion area. The functionality of this forum had always been normal, yet today a Camp discussion section had appeared.
"What Camp, the Undead Camp or the Earth people’s Camp?"
Fang Jie couldn’t figure it out, so he directly accessed it.
"Today is really unlucky, was surrounded by two Demigods, barely managed to escape back here."
"In need of ten corpses of dragons at Legendary Level, higher prices paid for those who have them."
"I heard that a powerful Light Element force has emerged in the neighboring Plane, a perfect counter to us in the Undead Camp. They’re seeking help over there, but, unfortunately, my strength is insufficient to provide aid."
"Today, I finally gained control over this Plane. It’s a pity that we have too few Demigods on our side. Who can supply some corpses at Demigod Level? Successful helpers will be rewarded handsomely."
"What, you’ve already mastered your own Plane and still need corpses? That means you have your own territory; you’re really impressive." Fang Jie’s eyelids twitched as he read this message.
Not only did this person have their own territory, but they had developed it to the Main City level, and it was the Peak of such Main Cities.
It seemed they were not far from the next step of upgrading, but Fang Jie soon realized something else.
This individual probably wasn’t from Earth but someone who had obtained a territory earlier. After all, All Heavens Hunting Ground had existed for who knows how long; it was impossible that only people from Earth had territories.
Although his might be the largest scale acquisition of a territory to date, who knew how long the previous Lords had been in existence?
Even without the help of World Power and without the natural synergy with the Lord’s Cottage that his people had, time was also a critical contributing factor.
Given their development time, reaching any extent was possible.
Fang Jie skimmed the participants’ comments and realized that these individuals were probably not simple.
As he expected, they were all from the Undead Camp, although some of them might not be Undead themselves. Those who weren’t Undead likely still held territories within the Undead Camp and seemed quite prosperous.
From their discussions, it was apparent that these individuals were at least of Legendary Level, most of them at Demigod Level.
This situation was indeed shocking to Fang Jie.
"It seems that this discussion forum really is for the Undead Camp, but I wonder if these are all the people or just those from a specific area. Perhaps it’s the territory controlled by the Cloud God, or it might be the overlapping areas of several gods."
Fang Jie was puzzled, but he didn’t dare ask such questions casually.
Observing their discussions, he still lacked the information he wanted to know and couldn’t help but speak up.
"Does anyone know what controlling a Plane means in the Territory Upgrade conditions? Do we need to go outside to find a Plane? How can we prevent All Heavens Hunting Ground from devouring it?"
The discussion forum suddenly paused, and then someone spoke up.
"Didn’t expect to see a newcomer here, and a Lord no less. Have you developed to the extent of a Main City? Who is your guide? Didn’t they tell you any of this?"
Fang Jie didn’t have any guide; he had relied on himself all along, though he had cheated.
But how could Fang Jie possibly reveal that? So, he replied, "Didn’t get the chance to be briefed."
"I see, you’re quite unlucky. Although we in the Undead Camp have many enemies, it’s not easy to die once reaching Demigod Level." Clearly, they thought Fang Jie’s guide had passed away.
Fang Jie began to understand some things; the so-called guide had to be at least at Demigod Level to qualify.
Holding his silence, Fang Jie now needed to learn many things without revealing too much. Who knew what dangers lurked here? Even if they were in the same camp, it wasn’t certain that all were allies.
At this moment, someone called Emperor Skeleton spoke up, "Alright, since you’re a newcomer to our camp and having entered here, you’re one of us now. Be careful not to reveal your location and don’t casually invite others in."
This advice made Fang Jie’s heart shudder; his assumptions were not wrong.
Even if they were all in the same camp, there could still be significant threats.
"I won’t state the obvious. The discussion forum has some records of basic information; take a look for yourself. Also, even here, don’t trust anyone easily; I hope you survive and grow," said Emperor Skeleton.
This was not a public statement, but private advice given directly to him.
Wanting to be the good guy but not directly doing so was an easy way to offend people.
Fang Jie quickly responded, "Thank you, Senior, for clearing up my confusion. If there’s anything you need in the future, please command me."
Emperor Skeleton didn’t seem to care much, "It’s nothing, I too started from weakness. When I first dived into this place, if someone hadn’t helped me, I might have died long ago. Now, I’m just repaying a favor."
So, it was like that. Those who had such thoughts could be from other races or the Undead transformed from other races. Innate Undead wouldn’t have the notion of a favor.
Fang Jie started searching, and soon he found some records of basic information.
But just a glance was enough for Fang Jie to realize that this information was recorded very chaotically, totally unstructured, and he would have to organize it himself.
