Global Lord: My Undead Can Undergo Fission
Chapter 195: Comprehensive Enhancement

Chapter 195: Chapter 195: Comprehensive Enhancement

"Undead Recovery," the skill, involved infusing corpses with a large amount of magic power and drawing extensive death power from other corpses to make them stand up again.

Though they looked similar to before their demise, they had become undead creatures.

However, the greatest function of this skill was that there were no limits to the number of creatures it could affect.

The undead creatures revived with this skill couldn’t be improved, and their intelligence was uncertain, but on the upside, they could be continuously created. There was no issue with how many were made, as long as there was enough magic power, corpses, and time.

One could say that if one were not a Lord, this skill would certainly be considered a divine skill.

If it hadn’t been for such a great victory this time, such a skill would likely not have emerged. This skill probably played a very important role in the rewards from this victory.

Afterwards, Fang Jie looked at his city panel. As the city level increased, the Sun Tower, influenced by the city, was upgraded to the Golden Level immediately.

Sun Tower: Alchemy Building, capable of researching and producing various alchemy items, with a city level cap of gold.

Low-level Healing Potion, Low-level Meditation Potion, Sun Talisman, Condensing Potion...

Sun Talisman: Provides mild healing effects oneself, can also release a burst of power for healing similar to a bronze-level Healing Magic, capable of dispelling various abnormal states.

Death Alchemy Assistant Level 5: Level (Black Iron)

Recruitment requires: 2 units of Black Iron Corpse Bones, 500 soul points

Junior Death Alchemist Level 7: Level (Bronze)

Recruitment requires: 2 units of Bronze Corpse Bones, 3000 soul points

Death Alchemist Level 9: Level (Silver), Skill: Research

Recruitment requires: 2 units of Silver Corpse Bones, 30000 soul points

Death Alchemy Master Level 10: Level (Gold), Skills: Advanced Research, Material Tempering

Recruitment requires: 2 units of Golden Corpse Bones, 1 unit of Golden Mage Soul, 300000 soul points

The Sun Tower had added two new units, a Silver-level Death Alchemist and a Gold-level Death Alchemy Master. This Death Alchemy Master was able to research more formulas and alchemy products faster.

However, seeing the need for a Gold-level Mage Soul, Fang Jie knew that this was out of reach for now.

Though he had obtained various souls from the battle, they had all been broken down into soul points.

Even if not decomposed, he had never killed a Gold-Level Mage, and such high-level materials were inherently rare. However, this also showed that the Death Alchemy Master was certainly no ordinary individual.

He decided to put that aside for the moment and focus on creating a few Silver-level ones first.

Although the Death Alchemists couldn’t fight, their abilities were far more important than combat.

Looking further down the list, Fang Jie found that the Sun Tower had added some new formulas for some more advanced potions.

"These potions, even if not sold, will be enough for my future cultivation," Fang Jie realized. He had been somewhat lacking in supplementary cultivation potions, but now that was starting to change.

While there were no high-level items yet, Fang Jie didn’t mind, as his own level was not high enough.

When his level increased, those potions would surely become available.

In addition, the newly established White Bone Mage Tower had also reached the Golden Level. Its potential for assisting his own cultivation and researching magic would be much more powerful than before.

From a distance, the Mage Tower looked wider and much taller, indicating it wasn’t just an illusion.

Fang Jie continued his exploration, and then he found that all the functional buildings seemed to have improved. For instance, his Stone City Wall had undergone a transformation, now made of rune stone bricks and possessing a barrier.

Mining Fields, Stone Quarries, and Logging Camps had all seen efficiency improvements.

However, the Mining Field had to be near his Main Territory to receive enhancements; those in the desert regions did not get a boost.

Yet, Stone Quarries and Logging Camps showed visibly increased output rates, a significant improvement from before. Even farms and fishing spots were the same, with larger areas and faster production rates.

Even the sole nearby Desert Oasis had notably increased in productivity.

Later, Fang Jie also found that the production speeds of his different building units had significantly improved. Various processing plants and warehouses had faster breakdown and upgrading speeds, making resource usage more efficient.

No, it wasn’t just efficient, it was more about getting more from the breakdowns, a unique rule in and of itself.

Overall, territories operate illogically, something Fang Jie had long stopped questioning.

These were all subtle overall enhancements, also benefits of upgrading to a city-level territory, not easily noticeable unless examined closely. Fang Jie and Qin Lan had to study almost all night to notice these improvements.

By the time they nearly finished their research, they realized it was almost dawn.

"Let’s go back to sleep, before we know it, the night passed," Fang Jie wasn’t very sleepy, being a Bronze-Level Mage. Although Qin Lan was also a mage, she was just an apprentice hence quite tired.

Watching Qin Lan head to a room, Fang Jie walked to the backyard because he had just seen a very interesting scene.

The flower demons originally placed in the back garden were hiding behind flower leaves like quails, being very cautious and not even daring to show their heads.

Only a few braver ones peeked out occasionally, looking pitiable.

These little creatures were too timid, completely unfit for battle, no wonder no camp accepted them. It wasn’t due to their lack of abilities, but simply because they lacked courage.

On the battlefield, even if placed at the very back for healing, they were likely insufficient unless they were far from seeing any combat.

However, what surprised Fang Jie was that the loyalty of these flower demons not only did not decrease but had increased due to the fright.

Unable to understand these little fellows, Fang Jie approached to comfort them. "The war is over, rest assured, with me here, those people won’t reach us."

After comforting them, Fang Jie noticed their loyalty had increased again, and he shook his head helplessly.

Looking at Lu Lu, whose loyalty had now reached 98. Another shock like before, and they would become completely loyal. Among normal creatures, he indeed didn’t have a truly loyal subordinate.

If achieved, it would indeed be a satisfying accomplishment.

Without resting, Fang Jie began planning how to utilize those newly acquired resources promptly, as keeping them unused would be a waste.

Fang Jie observed the list of buildings, considering exactly what upgrades to prioritize. The first to enhance was the Sailor Camp.
