"Tricked——!"
While the Hero was chanting the Spell Chant, the Sand Lizardfolk Leader outside also let out an angry roar.
When the other Sand Lizardfolk were still bewildered and helpless, the Leader had already furiously turned around, charging fiercely towards the direction from which they had emerged.
"There are no human tracks at all; she’s still inside!"
Although he did not understand how the Noble Lady did it, he knew that for those Great Nobles, expensive Magic Items were plentiful and it was not surprising they could evade their Perception.
At that moment, the Hero also completed the chanting of the Spell Chant.
The Hero didn’t have a good impression of this Magic Creature that had swallowed her and was mingling with the Sand Lizardfolk, and she certainly didn’t let down her guard.
Therefore, in communicating with it, she did not deviate from the plan, but methodically conveyed her desire to leave.
While this Otherworld was derived from the Earth Devouring Snail, its control over its interior was actually quite limited, similar to how a normal person cannot perceive their own stomach.
This also made the Hero’s departure smoother; she merely released a bit of Magic Power, and the earth began to tremble slightly, as the Earth Devouring Snail could not discern the identity of the communicator.
Subsequently, a vortex identical to the one before reappeared, engulfing both the Hero and the Gleaming Scale Serpent. This lifeless Otherworld was once again enveloped in silence, as if nothing had happened.

Once her surroundings lit up again, the Hero quickly opened her eyes, raising her fists, now covered with Finger Claws, her keen Perception spreading out like a tide all around.
She now wore a hood and her face was veiled, only revealing a pair of vigilant Emerald Eyes, tightly wrapped from head to toe.
Looking at the still deserted mountain landscape in front of her, she breathed a sigh of relief, determined her direction, and quickly stepped forward.
The Hero remained vigilant for any potential pursuers while moving as silently as possible.
However, unexpectedly, after walking for quite some time, it was still quiet around her, with no attacks or obstructions.
Although the Hero was puzzled, regardless, the absence of incidents was also a blessing.
What she didn’t know, however, was that some distance behind her, evil humans and unrecognizable Demons were on edge confronting each other.

"Human, this is not a place for you to run wild!"
The Sand Lizardfolk Leader roared, his Claymore dripping with blood, splashing onto the soil of the Desolate Mountain.
"Heh... A lizard making empty boasts in such a godforsaken place."
The Cultists from the Black Gate smirked coldly, their words filled with disdain, but despite their arrogant words, their watchful actions did not lax an inch.
The Sand Lizardfolk Leader watched the unexpectedly encountered humans with a grave expression.
He had originally thought these humans were companions of the humans swallowed by the Earth Devouring Snail, and he initiated an Attack without much thought.
However, after several exchanges, he realized that although he had a slight upper hand, he could not secure a substantial advantage.
The biggest problem was that these humans countered coldly the moment they were assaulted, seemingly unsurprised by the sudden Attack, as if they were prepared.
Moreover, the Spells they cast were filled with an Evil aura even he could sense.
Though they, a group accustomed to murder, perhaps had no ground to criticize the others, even they would not tolerate unprovoked attacks.
What kind of life must one lead to think that being suddenly attacked is normal?
These humans... were not normal at all.
A cloud of unease wandered in the heart of the Sand Lizardfolk Leader.
He also realized now that these humans, exuding Evil from all directions, could not possibly be the followers of the Noble Lady whom he had never met, but rather seemed like some unpredictable threat.
And the murderous intent in the Cultists’ eyes was unabashed, staring directly at the attacking Magic Creatures.
But the Cultists also recognized that the Sand Lizardfolk were not to be trifled with, and after exchanging looks, they tacitly began to slowly retreat.
"With those guys guarding, it would be difficult for those who killed the Goblins to pass through here too," one Cultist murmured lowly.
"Yeah, they probably haven’t moved forward; let’s just retreat too, after all, these lizards will all die once the plan succeeds," another responded.
Coldly watching the slowly retreating Cultists, the Sand Lizardfolk Leader did not intend to pursue, just gripping his Claymore tightly.
’These humans are clearly not of good nature, just right to muddle through.’ he thought to himself.
’After going back and killing that Noble Lady and finding a place to dump the body, frame her death on them.
