Ghost Exorciser: Is Loved By All
Chapter 546: Little Ye

Chapter 546: Chapter 546: Little Ye

Celestial Master Zhu was stunned. He couldn’t believe his ear.

The small actor whom he had hired was shouting at him!

"You..."

"Celestial Master Zhu, Miss Yu here is one of the most capable people I know. Please act accordingly." Hu Song hinted.

His words instantly calmed down Celestial Master Zhu.

It took Celestial Master Zhu a few minutes to understand that Hu Song knew Yu Holea and Yu Holea had a powerful background.

All the little thoughts that Celestial Master Zhu had in his mind instantly vanished.

One of the reasons why he hired Hu Song is because Hu Song always helped him to identify whether the other person should be offended or not.

Hu Song heaved a sigh of relief and said,

"Okay! Now that everything is in the correct order, we can start."

He turned to Mrs. Ye and asked,

"So can you tell me the symptoms you have suffered till now?"

Mrs. Ye told him everything and at the end asked,

"Can you exorcise the ghost Celestial Master Hu?"

Yu Holea noticed that Mrs. Ye didn’t even ask who the ghost was...it was as if...she knew...who that ghost was.

Celestial Master Hu nodded and said,

"I can."

Celestial Master Hu cleared his throat, putting on a serious expression.

"Let’s begin the exorcism," he said, trying to sound authoritative.

He shot a quick, nervous glance at Yu Holea, who was standing off to the side, arms crossed and looking both amused and skeptical.

Celestial Master Zhu eagerly nodded, wiping his sweaty forehead with his sleeve.

Hu Song, still trying to keep his disguise intact, chanted some garbled phrases, blending random bits of ancient Chinese with what sounded like gibberish.

He waved his arms dramatically, making wide circles in the air as if stirring invisible soup.

"By the powers of the ancients, I command you to leave this place!" Hu Song said.

He swung the feather duster around, nearly smacking Celestial Master Zhu in the face.

Celestial Master Zhu, trying to keep up, rang the rusted bell in a way that was anything but rhythmic.

He closed his eyes tightly, pretending to be deep in concentration, though his chants were just random sounds that vaguely resembled old TV drama exorcism scenes.

"Shoo, shoo, the spirit of darkness, vanish into the... uh... void!" Zhu shouted, shaking the bell violently.

The bell made a weak, pathetic clinking noise, hardly intimidating.

Suddenly, a chill filled the room, and the air felt heavy. A faint, childlike giggle echoed, sending shivers down everyone’s spines.

Mrs. Ye’s face turned pale, and even Hu Song’s fake confidence wavered as his eyes darted nervously around the room.

"W-what was that?" Hu Song stammered, his voice barely above a whisper.

He was not expecting any actual response, let alone from a ghost.

Celestial Master Zhu’s face went white.

"That... that must be the spirit responding to us! Yes, it’s definitely working!" He tried to sound confident, but his voice trembled.

Yu Holea rolled her eyes but remained silent, letting the scene play out.

The giggle grew louder, and suddenly, the feather duster in Hu Song’s hand was yanked away by an invisible force, flying across the room and smacking against the wall.

Hu Song yelped in surprise, his disguise slipping as his wig tilted awkwardly on his head.

Celestial Master Zhu frantically swung the bell again, but this time it was yanked from his grip and flung into the air, clanging loudly as it hit the floor. The two men stumbled back, bumping into each other, their faces full of panic.

"What’s happening?!" Zhu cried out, clutching Hu Song’s arm like a frightened child.

"I don’t know! I thought this was supposed to scare it away, not make it mad!" Hu Song whispered harshly, eyes wide.

A faint voice echoed through the room, sounding small yet eerily amused.

"Not scary. Boring!"

The ghost of a young boy, translucent and faintly glowing, appeared near the ceiling, his face scrunched up in an exaggerated pout.

The ghost was only visible to Yu Holea, Celestial Master Zhu, and Celestial Master Hu. Mrs. Ye could only hear the voice of the ghost.

However, just the voice was enough to make her sacred.

Her heart was pounding, and her face turned pale. Even her body temperature went down.

Yu Holea was absorbing the entire scene with a deep look.

The ghost suddenly lifted and looked at Mrs. Ye and chuckled,

"Mother? Why are you looking so sad? Can you play with me? Please?"

The boy looked very cute, cute enough to melt anyone’s heart but his totally black eyes made the scene a bit chilly.

Even his smile looked very weird.

Mrs. Ye trembled. She didn’t know where the ghost was, but she looked around repeatedly and shouted,

"Please! Please leave me! Don’t harm me! I am sorry!"

The ghost pouted,

"Mother, why are you being so harsh? I just want to play, like we used to do! Only this time you will hide and I will seek."

Mrs. Ye shook her head repeatedly, suddenly she turned to Yu Holea and shouted,

"Miss Yu! Miss Yu, please help me!"

Yu Holea calmly looked at Mrs. Ye and turned to the ghost,

"Come here."

The ghost looked at Yu Holea’s gentle aura and paused for a second, he asked curiously,

"Why are you glowing?"

"I will tell you as long as you come here." Yu Holea opened her arms.

The ghost warily asked,

"You...you will not harm me, right?"

From its words, it was clear that it was afraid of Yu Holea and acknowledged that Yu Holea was much more powerful than him.

Mrs. Ye’s eyes brightened and she turned to Yu Holea,

"Miss Yu! Miss Yu! You are hired by me! You have to exorcise this ghost right away! Right now! Kill him or scatter his soul, do anything you like, I am giving you full freedom."

The ghost of the young boy was frightened and his aura turned chilly.

His cute face suddenly lost all of its colors, his skin started to crack, his hands started to bend at a strange angle and his entire form began to distort in a grotesque, unnatural way.

The once childlike features of the ghost transformed into something far more sinister—a twisted, broken figure with hollow eyes and a wide, unnerving grin that stretched beyond what was humanly possible.

The air around him grew colder, and the playful giggles turned into menacing whispers.

For some reason, even Mrs. Ye could now see the ghost.

Mrs. Ye screamed, backing away in terror, her hands shaking uncontrollably.

Even Celestial Master Zhu and Hu Song were visibly frightened, their earlier act of bravado was completely shattered.

"Miss Yu, please! Do something!" Mrs. Ye cried, her voice hoarse from fear.

The ghost suddenly waved its hands and Mrs. Ye was thrown to one side.

He continued to wave his hand resulting in Celestial Master Zhu and Celestial Master Hu being thrown to another side.

However, Yu Holea still remained at her place.

Her hands were still open to the ghost. It was as if she didn’t hear Mrs. Ye’s words and didn’t see the ghost’s dangerous face.

The ghost stared at Yu Holea deeply.

"If you continue to be like this, I will attack you."

"Go ahead then."

The ghost gritted its teeth,

"I can kill you."

"Go ahead."

"Why are you acting like this!" The ghost growled. His voice was terrifying enough to scare even the most fearless, but Yu Holea remained unfazed.

Her calm demeanor seemed to only agitate the ghost further.

"You... you’re not afraid of me?" the ghost asked, his voice trembling, more out of confusion than anger now.

"No. How could little Ye harm me? He is the cutest person I have ever known." Yu Holea smiled.

The ghost hesitated and slowly returned to its previous form.

It slowly floated towards Yu Holea.

His speed was torturously slow. At every step, he would stop and a look of uncertainty would appear on his face.

But Yu Holea’s steady posture and gentle aura encouraged the ghost of a young boy.

The distance between them gradually reduced until only a few steps remained between them.

Suddenly Mrs. Ye shouted,

"Miss Yu exorcise it! Right now!"

The ghost of the young boy was frightened and instantly attacked Yu Holea.

However, his attack had little to no effect on Yu Holea.

He turned to leave but the next second Yu Holea held him.

"Leave me! Leave me! Don’t exorcise me! Please! Let me go!"

Mrs. Ye shouted,

"Now is the right time!"

Yu Holea however ignored her and walked towards the sofa.

She said in a gentle voice,

"Ignore her."

Just two words were enough to calm the ghost.

He was stunned and his thrashing stopped a little.

Yu Holea sat down on the sofa and turned the ghost towards her,

"Stop moving. You will get tired. If I wanted to harm you, do you think I will wait for the chance so long?"
