With their eyes, they saw how their master changed to the point even if they weren’t able to recognize them.

They always thought that their masters couldn’t be rescued anymore but Candidate Qilin due to her kindness decided to give their masters a chance!

How could they not agree?

Their respect and admiration for Yu Holea increased.

Yu Holea continued, "Excellent. Now you all will call your masters inside and you have to act as if you have been kneeling all the time and I was scolding you all for the negligence of your duty."

"How can we call them?" The assistants asked in confusion.

"By screaming. Make sound as if you all are in great pain. If you want to stimulate yourself more, just think how your master will be completely destroyed if they continue to walk on the path they are walking now." Yu Holea explained.

Then one by one the assistants and knights started to kneel down.

The candidates standing outside immediately became anxious.

Especially Sister Phoenix didn’t care about Yu Hole’s words and entered the room.

Looking at her assistant and knight who were kneeling and looking as if they were in pain, Sister Phoenix was instantly angry.

Yu Holea chuckled,

"Calm down Candidate Phoenix. I am not planning to kill them, I am just punishing them since they refuse to listen to my order."

"If they refuse to listen to you, it means they find your order too unreasonable, isn’t that easy to understand?" Sister Phoenix said in an angry tone.

"My requests were within their duty and hence their denial to agree to my request reflects poorly on them," Yu Holea said firmly.

"What did she ask you to do?" Sister Phoenix asked her assistants and knight.

Seeing Yu Holea so confident, she had a bad feeling.

Sure enough the next second she heard the assistant say in a hesitant tone,

"My lady, Lady Qilin is asking us to monitor you all time, to ensure that you don’t break of any rules. Not only us but all the assistants and knights present here have to heed Lady Qilin’s words."

"You want them to spy on us? This is absurd!" That was the only thing Sistser Phoenix thought of.

Yu Holea remained calm.

"It’s not spying. It’s ensuring accountability. You all need to be monitored closely to prevent further misconduct.

Considering all of your past history, I don’t think I am being unreasonable with my demand."

The other candidates, who had gathered around the entrance, overheard the conversation. Their expressions ranged from shock to anger.

They understood that Yu Holea’s measures were extreme. Or maybe in the name of punishment, she was extracting revenge from them?

Truly this candidate is too vengeful!

"Go find the absent candidates and pour water on them till they reach here. Don’t stop before that." Yu Holea said.

Sister Phoenix heaved a sigh of relief.

"It seems you have experienced the consequences of defying my orders. I trust you now understand the gravity of your situation."

The candidates, still panting and attempting to wring out their soaked clothing, glared at Yu Holea but said nothing.

Yu Holea continued,

"Now that you are all present, we can proceed with today’s agenda. Since you have already demonstrated your reluctance to comply, the punishment will be adjusted accordingly."

The room fell silent as Yu Holea’s gaze swept over them.

"From now on, each time you fail to comply with my orders or exhibit any form of misconduct, the punishment will be doubled. Understand?"

Before anyone could object, Yu Holea continued,

"One more thing, with each word of opposition, I will add another lap to your punishment. Now feel free to comment."

Yu Holea turned to her assistants and knights.

"Ensure that each candidate’s behavior is monitored closely. Any breach of protocol should be reported immediately."

Then turning toward the candidates, Yu Holea said,

"Okay, then start running, I will deal with other matters."

The candidates could only grit their teeth and wait for Yu Holea to leave, before starting their run.

"Are we going to let her sit on our heads like this? This is unbearable!"

"We need a plan. A way to turn this situation to our advantage."

All of them huddled together, trying to come up with a strategy while their assistants and knights watched, with pity.

Did the candidates truly think that they(assistant and knight) were the only ones monitoring them?

How naive...

As the candidates began their laps around the Justice Hall, they became even more resentful of Yu Holea.

The cat-masked woman commented,

"If we keep opposing Yu Holea openly, it will only lead to more punishment. We need to find a way to outmaneuver her."

The swan-masked woman sighed.

"But how? She’s always one step ahead of us."

The cat-masked woman’s eyes narrowed as she thought.

"Perhaps we need to work from within."

"What do you mean?"

"What if we pretend to act innocent and obedient and the moment she lets her guard down we..."

She clenched her fist and slid her thumb across the neck as if she were slitting someone’s throat.

The cat-masked woman continued, her tone low and conspiratorial,

"We’ll need to be extremely careful. If we show any sign of dissent before we’re ready, we’ll only increase the punishment. For now, let’s play along."

"Okay!"

All the other candidates agreed.

Yu Holea who was sitting in her villa, dealing with other matters raised an eyebrow.

These candidates really astonish her time and time again.

During the laps, some of the candidates tried to act as if they were about to faint, but when they saw the giant injection played by Yu Holea on the side they didn’t dare to.
