"I’m so glad you’re here."

Yu Holea felt her heart swell with love as she looked at him.

"What did you want to say?"

Qiao Jun snapped his finger and the rooftop was suddenly filled with twinkling fairy lights.

Qiao Jun stepped forward, his eyes locked onto Yu Holea’s, his expression earnest and full of love.

"Lea," he began, his voice steady but filled with emotion, "I’ve loved you from the moment I first laid eyes on you.

Every smile, every laugh, every moment we’ve shared has only made me fall more deeply in love with you."

Yu Holea’s heart raced.

For a moment she felt as if her heart would come out of her chest.

"I want to spend the rest of my life by your side," Qiao Jun continued, his voice soft but determined.

"I want to be there for you, to support you, to love you with all that I am. Will you do me the honor of becoming my girlfriend?"

Yu Holea knew what Qiao Jun meant.

Even though Qiao Jun had earlier proposed to her, Yu Holea had complained to him that he hadn’t officially proposed to her yet.

Qiao Jun at that time only chuckled and Yu Holea gradually forgot about it.

When she had received the letter today, she had guessed many things, but not once she had thought that he would propose to her.

Her eyes moistened a bit and she smiled.

"Yes, Jun," she whispered, her voice choked with emotion. "Yes, I will be your girlfriend."

Qiao Jun’s face broke into a radiant smile as he stepped forward, taking Yu Holea’s hands in his.

"I promise to cherish you, to protect you, and to love you for eternity," he vowed, his eyes shining with sincerity.

Yu Holea threw her arms around him, pulling him into a tight embrace, her heart bursting with joy.

"I love you, Jun," she whispered, her voice filled with love and gratitude.

Qiao Jun held her close, pressing a tender kiss to her forehead.

"I love you too, Lea," he murmured, his voice soft but filled with conviction.

As they stood there, wrapped in each other’s arms, surrounded by the soft glow of the fairy lights and the gentle strains of music, Yu Holea knew that this moment would stay with her forever.

Suddenly she patted his chest and asked,

"You didn’t finish the line."

"Huh?" Qiao Jun who was immersed in joy, was confused.

"That video, which I saw yesterday, in which you had said that the first thought that came to your mind when you saw me was... then you didn’t complete the sentence."

Qiao Jun chuckled and said,

"I thought this girl was too naive."

Yu Holea was amused.

"However Lea do you know what was my thought after our first meeting?"

"What?" Yu Holea asked.

"That I need to trap this girl in my arms forever." Qiao Jun kissed Yu Holea’s head as he finished his words.

"You did a good job," Yu Holea teased, her voice soft and affectionate.

"I don’t think I ever want to leave your arms."

Qiao Jun’s smile widened, and he pulled her closer, wrapping his arms around her tightly.

"That’s exactly what I wanted to hear," he whispered.

Suddenly he took out a box a small, elegantly wrapped box from his pocket and handed it to Yu Holea.

Her eyes widened in surprise as she took the box, her fingers trembling slightly with anticipation.

"Jun, what is this?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Open it and see," Qiao Jun replied, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

With careful fingers, Yu Holea untied the ribbon and opened the box.

Inside was a beautiful ring. On the ring, a cat and a girl were craved. It was their meeting symbol.

When she turned the ring, she saw a three-letter J♡ H.

"Give me your left hand." Qiao Jun said softly.

Yu Holea extended her left hand towards Qiao Jun.

Qiao Jun gently took her hand and slid the ring onto her finger. It fit perfectly, and Yu Holea could feel the warmth of his touch as he held her hand in his.

"Lea," Qiao Jun began, his voice filled with tenderness,

"This ring is a promise. A promise that I will always be by your side, no matter what. It’s a symbol of our journey together and the love we share."

Qiao Jun took out a similar ring and wore it on his fourth finger.

Suddenly he snaked his arms around her waist and pulled her closer.

A soft melody played in the background and both of them started to dance.

After the song ended, Qiao Jun stared at Yu Holea’s lips.

Yu Holea felt her heart skip a beat as Qiao Jun’s gaze locked onto her lips. She could see the desire in his eyes, the longing to kiss her.

Without breaking eye contact, Qiao Jun leaned in, his lips inches from hers.

Yu Holea’s breath caught in her throat as she felt his warm breath on her skin.

She closed her eyes, anticipating the touch of his lips.

Yu Holea felt like she was melting into his embrace, her heart overflowing with love and happiness.

Qiao Jun chuckled and pulled her closer, holding her steady as she leaned against him.

"I think I might have gotten a little carried away," he admitted, his voice low and husky.

Yu Holea smiled weakly, feeling a little dizzy but completely happy.

"I think you did just fine," she whispered back, her voice barely audible over the pounding of her heart.

Qiao Jun grinned and pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead.

"Good," he murmured. "Because I don’t think I can ever get enough of you."

Yu Holea blushed.

The night was long and for the newly made couple, it couldn’t be more beautiful.

Yu Holea turned around and Qiao Jun’s face appeared in front of her.

With a smile, Yu Holea touched his cheeks and gazed at him with infutation.

As Yu Holea gazed at Qiao Jun, she couldn’t help but feel grateful for this moment. She had never imagined that her life would take such a beautiful turn.

"Lea, don’t do this." Qiao Jun muttered.

Yu Holea smiled and asked,

"What?"

"Baby, don’t tease a man in the morning. Haven’t you heard? Men are the most dangerous in the morning." Especially men in love.

"But I don’t see any man here." Yu Holea said teasingly.

Qiao Jun opened his eyes and asked in a threatening tone.

"You don’t see a man?"

"Yes! I only see a boy." Yu Holea continued to provoke him and Qiao Jun instantly.

Qiao Jun’s eyes narrowed, a mischievous glint sparkling in them. "Oh, you want to play it that way, huh?" he said, his voice low and husky.

Yu Holea giggled, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "What are you going to do?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Qiao Jun’s face inched closer to hers, his breath caressing her skin. "I’ll show you what I’ll do," he whispered back, his lips brushing against her ear.

Knock.

Before the new couple could continue, a knock on the door interrupted their fun.

Qiao Jun’s face darkened a bit.

However, in front of his girlfriend, he didn’t dare to show his anger.

His little girlfriend would definitely give him an earful if she saw him scolding any of the Qiao Family members.

"Lea? Are you ready? Come downstairs for breakfast! We are getting late!" Qiao Li’s voice sounded.

Yu Holea pushed Qiao Jun away and answered,

"Yes, just a minute."

Qiao Jun could only watch as his girlfriend entered the bathroom with her clothes before signaling him to leave.

Qiao Jun rolled on the bed and swore that once Ou Xiaoxi and Qiao Li confirmed their relationship, he would interrupt them time and time again.
