Qiao Jun who was finally irritated by Ou Xiangsu said,

"Stop."

Ou Xiangsu was stunned to hear Qiao Jun’s loud voice.

Qiao Jun looked at Ou Xiangsu,

"I respected you till now because of Mr. Ou but if you keep on acting like this I will not show any respect to you."

Did Ou Xiangsu think that he was deaf and couldn’t hear the ambiguity in her words?

Did she think that he would let her trample on his girlfriend?

The audacity made Qiao Jun laugh.

Ou Xiangsu’s eyes watered and she saw to Qiao Jun in a wronged tone,

"But Jun I was only speaking the truth..."

"You may be speaking the truth but your tone was wrong. Let me be very clear, I am not interested in you." Qiao Jun said.

Ou Xiangsu felt her heart getting torn and she turned around and ran away.

However, she didn’t forget to say loudly,

"Jun you have changed! You changed just because of another girl! I will remember this!"

Ou Xiangsu dressed and acted like a princess and the top of her beautiful face and small body made everyone feel protective of her.

After hearing Ou Xiangsu’s words few passersby couldn’t help but give a dirty look Qiao Jun and gossip.

Some even called him heartless.

However, Qiao Jun was not bothered.

In his mind though he was thinking of making the Ou family bankrupt after threatening them.

Qiao Li wanted to scold Qiao Jun for being harsh but when she remembered how Ou Xiangsu was trying to insult Yu Holea, she acted as if nothing happened and said,

"Guys let go and have fun."

Everyone nodded and soon they were standing in the line for their first ride.

Yu Holea had already gone to an amusement park in City S however there weren’t as many rides as there were in Capital’s amusement park.

The first ride they selected was the "Twisting Tornado."

It was a massive roller coaster with loops and twists that sent riders spinning and screaming through the air.

As they waited in line, the excitement in the air was palpable, and Yu Holea couldn’t help but feel a rush of adrenaline coursing through her veins.

When they finally reached the front the staff member looked at Kris and Qiao Zirui and said,

"They can’t ride this one. They are too small."

Disappointment flashed across Kris and Qiao Zirui’s faces as they heard the staff member’s words.

Yu Holea held their hand and said,

"Let’s go to some other ride!"

Qiao Li held Yu Holea’s hand and said,

"No, you go and enjoy the ride. You have never been to this amusement park. On the other hand, I have already visited this amusement park more than 5 times. Go and enjoy..."

"But..." Yu Holea was about to argue when Qiao Jun suddenly held her hand and said,

"Let’s go, I will guide you!"

Without waiting for Yu Holea’s reply, he dragged Yu Holea toward the seat.

Qiao Li rolled her eyes but didn’t stop them.

Why would she?

Even though she hated her second brother, she understood how useful her second brother was.

Qiao Jun helped Yu Holea on the seat and hurriedly buckled her seatbelt and only after ensuring that the safety belt was properly closed, did he go on his seat.

Taking Yu Holea’s hand, Qiao Jun said in a serious tone,

"Hold my hand if you are afraid."

Yu Holea tried to get her hand out of Qiao Jun’s grasp but to no avail. At last, she gave up when the ride started.

The Twisting Tornado coaster lurched forward, and Yu Holea couldn’t help but feel a surge of nervous excitement as they began their ascent.

The clanking of the tracks echoed around them, adding to the anticipation.

As they climbed higher and higher, Yu Holea glanced over at Qiao Jun, who sat beside her with a calm expression.

Despite her nerves, she found comfort in his presence.

With each passing second, the anticipation built, until finally, they reached the top of the first drop.

Yu Holea’s heart raced as they plummeted downward, the wind whipping through her hair and the adrenaline coursing through her veins.

Beside her, Qiao Jun’s grip tightened on her hand, offering reassurance as they navigated the twists and turns of the coaster.

Despite the screams of excitement from other riders, Yu Holea felt oddly at peace, knowing that Qiao Jun was by her side.

As the ride came to an end and they stepped off the coaster, Yu Holea couldn’t help but smile, her heart still racing from the exhilarating experience.

"Had fun?"

"Yup." Yu Holea nodded and Qiao Jun helped Yu Holea out of the ride.

Just like that, the day went by.

In some rides, Qiao Li was successful in snatching Yu Holea all for herself, and in some rides, Qiao Jun snatched away Yu Holea.

When the day ended, they returned to the mansion.

Yu Holea entered her room and the first thing she did was to close her door to protect herself from a certain hooligan.

She was now able to understand Qiao Jun’s tactics. He loved to mess with her brain and make her agree on things he wanted when she was in a daze.

Yu Holea showered and after drying her hair, she lay on the bed.

Since she was tired, Yu Holea expected to fall asleep quickly. However to her dismay even after lying on the bed for 20 minutes straight she wasn’t able to fall asleep.

Suddenly someone knocked on her door.

Yu Holea covered herself with a blanket.

Even without guessing she knew who was outside.

Yu Holea felt her cheeks blushing.

This hooligan! Why does he love occupying her bed?

Can’t he leave her for one night?

Of course, Yu Holea’s thought would have seemed genuine if only her heart was not beating loudly and her cheeks were not blushing.

Knock.

Knock.

"Holea?" A soft mellow voice came and Yu Holea almost stood up to open the door for Qiao Jun.

God knows how sexy and beautiful his voice was...

It was so charming that Yu Holea was feeling dizzy with anticipation.

"Holea?" Qiao Jun’s voice came again, gentle yet persistent.

Yu Holea took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing heart before responding.

"Yes?" Her voice came out a little shaky, betraying her nervousness.

The door opened slowly, revealing Qiao Jun standing there with a soft smile on his face. His eyes sparkled with warmth as he looked at her.

"Can I come in?" he asked, his tone gentle.

Yu Holea’s eyes which were peeping out from the blanket widened and she asked,

"How did you open the door?"

"Just one of the skills I know." Qiao Jun said with a proud smile.

Yu Holea kept quiet.

"Can I come in?"

"You have already entered the room." Yu Holea said rolling her eyes.

Qiao Jun chuckled and said,

"Holea I will always find ways to enter the room but I won’t climb in your bed if you don’t wish to."

Yu Holea felt her heart warming and she smiled secretly.

She thanked the darkness otherwise Qiao Jun would definitely be able to see her blush.

In a small voice, she said,

"Come."

Within a few seconds, Qiao Jun entered the room, closed the door, and directly beside Yu Holea.

The speed shocked Yu Holea but she could only chuckle in her heart.

For a minute no one spoke and both of them lay on the bed looking at the ceiling.

Yu Holea suddenly asked,

"Ou Xiangsu..."

"She is no one." Qiao Jun said.

Yu Holea pursued her lips. She wanted to believe Qiao Jun and even wanted to smile at her foolish insecurity...but she couldn’t.

Ou Xiangsu may act like a brat but she was better than her in many aspects.

Much more beautiful, elegant, and belonged to a wealthy family but she...

No! She is good too! Yu Holea assured herself.

"You are best."

"Yes, I am best." Yu Holea nodded and it was only then did she realize that she had said that line out loud.

So the first line...

Yu Holea looked at Qiao Jun with disbelief,

"You..."

Qiao Jun replied even before Yu Holea could ask,

"Yes, I can hear your thoughts."

Yu Holea gasped and asked,

"But isn’t your superpower psychic?"

"You want to know?"

Due to darkness Yu Holea didn’t notice the sly smile on Qiao Jun’s face and nodded in anticipation.
