Yu Holea saw Qiao Li laughing and finally felt relieved.

Suddenly she put her hand on her face and said dramatically,

"Li my cheeks are paining because of your slap."

Qiao Li looked at Yu Holea’s slightly red cheeks and her eyes turned red, while her heart was filled with heartache

She lightly touched it and said in a low voice,

"I am sorry Lea!"

Qiao Jun narrowed his eyes when he heard that Qiao Li had hit Yu Holea but he was a little stunned too seeing Qiao Li’s tear-filled face and hence he decided not to interfere.

Yu Holea waved her hand and was about to say that it was okay when Qiao Li held Yu Holea’s hand and tried to slap her own(Qiao Li’s) face.

Yu Holea reacted quickly and hurriedly withdrew her hand and couldn’t help but scold Qiao Li,

"Li what are you doing?"

Qiao Li’s face turned red with embarrassment as she lowered her hand.

"I-I was trying to slap myself to apologize," she stammered.

Yu Holea couldn’t help but feel sad at Qiao Li’s adorable and somewhat awkward attempt at self-punishment.

She reached out and gently held Qiao Li’s hand to stop her from slapping herself.

"There’s no need for that, Li. I know you were just worried about me," Yu Holea said with a warm smile.

Qiao Li’s eyes filled with tears again, but this time they were tears of relief and happiness.

"Lea, you promise me you won’t get into trouble, okay? I can’t bear to see you hurt," she pleaded.

To say Yu Holea wasn’t touched would be a lie.

It was the first time someone slapped her not because they hated her but because they cared for her.

Yu Holea nodded her head and said,

"Ok, now let’s go or else we won’t have the energy to complete tomorrow’s training."

Qiao Li nodded and said,

"You have to tell me everything that has happened and why you suddenly went to the dark forest "

Yu Holea nodded her head helplessly and said,

"Yes! Yes!"

Both of the friends chatted and left, ignoring Qiao Jun who was looking at them with a helpless gaze.

He couldn’t understand how he who was once feared can be ignored now.

But remembering the important matter in his hand Qiao Jun turned around and went to his office.

Just then he received a call from Bai Shuai,

"We have investigated this matter, it was done by an assistant teacher."

"Find some reason and fire her." Qiao Jun replied in a playful voice.

Bai Shuai paused she felt that Qiao Jun has something more to say and as expected, he continued,

"Find the reason behind why she did it and make sure she will not be able to be hired by any other school."

Bai Shuai was stunned but she remembered how Qiao Jun who was known for never making a wrong decision, was proven to be wrong.

It was normal for that assistant teacher to face such consequences.

Now Bai Shuai was fearing that Yu Holea might be implicated too.

Remembering the cute and innocent girl, she coughed and said,

"That...Jun can you not...I mean can you not hold a grudge against Yu Holea."

Qiao Jun raised an eyebrow and asked with interest,

"Why?"

Bai Shouai hesitated before she said,

"She wasn’t at fault from the beginning."

"And?"

"Since was framed, it was only right that she takes a stand for herself." Bai Shouai said.

"Anything else?"

Bai Shouai who was immersed in her own thoughts continued subconsciously,

"And she is cute, she is as innocent as the rabbit."

"Rabbit? Hm?" Qiao Jun asked.

"Really? I guess I love raising them and then eating them."

Yue said with a weird look,

"You are strange."

"You won’t understand."

When they reached the office Qiao Jun looked at the 5 people who were standing there with dull expressions and he asked them,

"What was your motive? No. 1 answer."

No. 1 said expressionlessly,

"We were here to plant our new devices."

"Oh, what new devices?" Qiao Jun asked with a bored expression.

In fact, he already knows about this AS organization.

They were cruel, ruthless, and powerful at the same time.

If Qiao Jun has to describe this organization in one word it would be Danger.

When this organization was formed there were only 200 ordinary members.

But now the organization has the strength of 1000 superpower members and 2000+ ordinary members who are skilled in martial arts.

Not to mention their way of increasing the superpower user was scary, it was too inhuman too.

Whenever Qiao Jun thought about how the organization has become so powerful, his eyes would turn cold.

They knew that after 1 year Qiao Jun will have to move out of City S.

But at the same time they didn’t stop researching various devices, their life motto was, if you can’t have then destroy it.

"What corruption?" Qiao Jun asked with curiosity.

No. 1 replied,

"Once a superpower user comes in contact with this device, their powers will be corrupted. It won’t be under their control anymore, and they will become a puppet of the AS organization."

Now this was something new.

Qiao Jun thought and asked,

"After that?"

"Once the superpower user is in full control, we will ask them to leave Jackson High School and then let them willing sacrifice themselves."

Qiao Jun nodded and asked,

"What Yu Holea, why are you behind her?"

"She is...unique." No. 1 replied subconsciously.

Qiao Jun lightly tapped the armchairs and asked,

"Oh, what is so unique about her?"

"Her power. She has the same powerful aura as yours." No. 1 said.

Qiao Jun narrowed his eyes and asked,

"How do you know what my aura was when I was 16?"

No. 1 paused and said,

"Everyone knows about you, before joining the organization, your brutal way of dealing with us is shown to us so that we could be on alert against you."

Qiao Jun chuckled and said,

"So you think Miss Yu has the same aura as mine?"

No. 1 nodded unconsciously.

Qiao Jun said in a good mood,

"I will let you die an easy death."

Saying so he said to Yue,

"Send him to level 1 torture room once I teleport you."

Yue nodded.

Then Qiao Jun asked No. 5,

"Now you tell me, what was your motive for using your superpower."

No. 5 looked hesitant.

Qiao Jun looked at him for 2 seconds and No. 5 broke out in cold sweat before foaming started coming out of his mouth.

Qiao Jun looked at No. 5 who died just like that and said calmly,

"He was indeed not from AS organization. He joined AS organization just to fulfill a secret mission."

Yue asked,

"How do you know?"

Qiao Jun narrowed his charming eyes and said,

"He was deliberately using his power at the places when it wasn’t required. Also, the way he was releasing his superpower was very wanton, as if it doesn’t matter to him that he will die if he continued."

Yue nodded and understood Qiao Jun’s words.

Qiao Jun yawned and said,

"Take four of them to Light Palace and drop No. 1 on the first floor and the other on the 5th floor."

Yue nodded reluctantly and went to work.

He thought that today he would be able to sleep with Lea but here he was busy with this boring work.

Qiao Jun suddenly stopped him and asked,

"What about that Han guy? Any updates?"

Yue shook his head and said,

"He is clear."

"Lets see till how long he can remain clear."
