Chapter 1779: Chapter 1340: Undead Dragon God Mobilizes the Losing Team?

Everyone’s souls shifted over, but they didn’t see King Fei Lie; instead, they witnessed the Monarch explode a First-Order Dragon God with a single punch.

The blood, flesh, and scales of the First-Order Dragon God scattered like it was hit by a fortress from Heaven at incredible speed, shattering like a small insect, with fragments flying everywhere.

However, the scattered pieces didn’t travel far before turning into soul energy, swiftly dissipating into a trail of mist, leaving only a mournful wail.

And in front of the Monarch, there were many more First-Order Dragon Gods, all of them staring at the scene in shock, some completely at a loss.

Equally bewildered were Anthony and the others.

"So many Dragon-Men? Why are they fighting with the Old Immortal? Yennefer, quickly get Yennefer to mediate!" Negris hurriedly said.

"They’re not Dragon-Men, they’re Undead. They’ve used the Dragon Clan’s Ultimate Transformation Technique to turn into First-Order Dragon Gods. I know what I’ve been missing," Anthony said quickly, his tone surprisingly relaxed.

Ursman also breathed a sigh of relief, saying, "I get it too. The Monarch said he needs to build a soul network within to gain increments, so those breaths of death, he can’t swallow them all. Some will inevitably be transformed into Undead, linking to his soul network. These are his Undead Army."

Anthony also added, "He even uses these Undead Dragon Gods as the vanguard intentionally. He was terrified by the soul shift from the Master and specifically chose a squad of Undead Dragon Gods that can delay time and freeze space to take the first charge. He wanted to trap the Master before making a move, but didn’t expect to face Your Majesty, the Master of Stars immune to temporal and spatial constraints."

As Anthony spoke, the Monarch was already facing the second Undead Dragon God. The void around them visibly distorted as if the Monarch charged into an area of denser ’void,’ causing his figure to stall.

Yet in the next moment, the Monarch forcefully pressed, his speed restored immediately, arriving in front of the Undead Dragon God, and fiercely swinging a fist.

The Undead Dragon God in front couldn’t even block, staring wide-eyed as the Monarch’s fist sank into its shoulder. Due to the time delay, the Monarch’s punch appeared in slow motion to everyone watching.

The fist first hit the Undead Dragon God’s shoulder, causing the flesh and scales to cave in, and the scales around the fist to rise as they followed the Monarch’s punch into its flesh.

A visible ripple of impact spread along the Undead Dragon God’s body, using flesh as a medium. Everywhere it passed, all scales first caved in, then rose, and finally detached from flesh, sinking inwards.

The same happened to the Undead Dragon God’s flesh and bone fragments. They acted as pellets shot out by a magic crystal cannon, recoiling into the body of the Undead Dragon God, shredding the entire torso to bits. Its own scales and flesh, under the immense impact force, became accomplices in tearing itself apart.

One punch sent the Undead Dragon God spraying into a pile of meat, which quickly transformed into wisps of soul energy.

Everyone was astounded; the aesthetic produced by such absolute violence shocked everyone to their core, even the Undead Dragon Gods weren’t an exception.

The Monarch bent his body and let out a sharp scream, dispersing the soul energy formed by the two Dragon-Men. But within that scream, Anthony and Negriss distinctly heard a shout of ’exhilaration’...

When the scream ended, the soul energy had been shattered into breath of death. The Monarch inhaled forcefully, sweeping it clear before charging at the third Undead Dragon God once more.

After losing two Undead Dragon Gods, all enemies realized their time delay was ineffective against the Monarch. Watching the Monarch rush forward, they retreated swiftly, wildly clawing with their forelimbs.

This wasn’t the pretend posturing of a cat; each claw swipe created three space rifts in front, while retreating, filling the entire path with space rifts.

"Dragon God Sky Splitting Claw!" Nagri excitedly shouted.

"Huh? This move is called Dragon God Sky Splitting Claw? Has the Master used it before?" Anthony asked, puzzled, as if he hadn’t seen the Master use this move.

Nagri shook his head, "No, I just named it. Cool, right... ah, ah, ah—"

Cool for barely 0.3 seconds, the Monarch utterly ignored the space rifts in front, simply crushing forward; all space rifts along the way were shattered by him, while his body remained unharmed.

The time delay couldn’t affect the Monarch; swept to the front, the third Undead Dragon God met the same fate as its companion.

After blowing up this Undead Dragon God, the Monarch’s fist smoothly retracted, drawing back the blood and flesh sent flying. Quickly transforming into soul energy that wrapped around his arm bones.

"One punch and a soul collection sequence, the gap is too big; almost like delivering energy to the Old Immortal! Transport team, huh? Where’s King Fei Lie?" Nagri complained somewhat discontentedly.

Watching these Undead Dragon Gods who looked identical to First-Order Dragon Gods being blown up by the Monarch, Nagri felt indignant because they were too weak, losing face for the Dragon Clan.

The Monarch turned towards the fourth Undead Dragon God. This Undead Dragon God learned from its companion’s grim demise. It panicked and jumped to the right, a space rift appeared at the landing spot, which it jumped into and emerged further away, breaking into a run.

Then the Monarch arrived at the previous space rift, punching over it, piercing through the just-closed space rift, shoving his entire arm inside.

A hand bone emerged from where the Undead Dragon God leaped out, gripping a massive scythe, and gently hooked.

The dragon soul of the Undead Dragon God was extracted entirely; the transformed Dragon God body no longer slowly dissipated, but burst with a "pop," like a balloon poked through, and did not return to soul energy since the soul had been hooked away.

The Monarch drew back his arm from the dimensional rift, inhaling strongly at the dragon soul, amidst a desperate wail, the dragon soul was absorbed in.

The Monarch turned to the fifth Undead Dragon God.

Fierce, too fierce, in the eyes of the remaining Undead Dragon Gods, the Monarch’s posture seemed to rip their organs out, nibbling them while drenched in blood, always staring at them.

Unaffected by spatial prohibition, wielding the Soul Hooking Scythe, possessing an indestructible body, moving as swiftly as divine light, these Undead Dragon Gods just encountered a natural enemy. Whether transforming into Dragon Gods or reverting to Dragon Souls, they were utterly restrained by the Monarch.

Finally, the remaining Undead Dragon Gods could no longer contain their inner terror, turning tail to scatter and flee.

The Monarch was about to cut down further when he suddenly heard a soul scream. Turning to look, he saw in the distant void, a Star Skeleton dashing through the void, each step shaking the empty void into ripples. It ran wildly for dozens of kilometers, followed by a flash.

The Monarch punched out, clashing with King Fei Lie’s fist appearing before him. At the point of contact, a dazzling light erupted: Boom—
