Foreign Land Reclamation By a Vegetable-growing Skeleton
Chapter 1283 - Chapter 1283 Chapter 846 Origin-Level Descendants

Chapter 1283: Chapter 846 Origin-Level Descendants Chapter 1283: Chapter 846 Origin-Level Descendants “Is it done?” Ange tilted his head, looking at the Abyss Ball in his hand as he continued to channel Holy Power into it.

The New Dark Source struggled desperately, but the spike that had penetrated it constantly transformed, entangling with it, while Little Dark Source, cradling Locke, flew towards the Monarch.

“What’s wrong with Locke?” the Monarch asked.

Little Dark Source replied, “Locke’s soul is depleted. He asked me to tell you that you are the best king, his eternal king.”

“This child…” the Monarch sighed, gestured with his hand, and took Locke’s body.

“Isn’t it just that I don’t need your sacrificed souls anymore? Isn’t it that you are all grown up and don’t need my protection anymore? Really.” The Monarch muttered helplessly, and with a flick on his forehead, he plucked a soul mark and thrust it into Locke’s soul.

Locke’s depleted soul suddenly trembled and slowly began to pulsate again.

Little Dark Source returned to the Dark Energy Ball and dove in. The spike’s movements immediately became much more agile, tightly entangling the New Dark Source, and the entire energy orb boiled up with spikes, big hands, faces, shockwaves, and more sporadically appearing or exploding on its surface.

What does this feel like? Like two squids fighting, the area around them blackened by their spilled ink, chaotically moving from east to west, then from west to east.

Suddenly, Ange picked up the Abyss Ball and backed away.

Negris and Anthony quickly followed. Negris even asked, “Why run so far?”

“Scared it’ll explode,” Ange replied.

“Sss– It’ll explode? You’re afraid, too? But what about the Old Immortal? Are we leaving him behind?” Negris gasped.

It was so rare to see Ange scared; could it mean that the explosion would be that powerful?

No sooner had he spoken than a violent tremor was heard. Turning back, they saw the Undead King, barehanded, slamming something in front of him.

It seemed there was something ahead. The Monarch’s fist hit it, revealing a huge fist outline. It held for a moment then the barrier broke.

The Monarch flew out, heading in Ange’s direction, followed by a stumbling skeleton.

Abyssal Big Mouth forcefully inhaled, dimming the surrounding light, “The Undead Ruler actually broke through the barrier of the Absolute Dark Realm? How is that possible? This is the Primordial Territory.”

Negris asked, “Is it that difficult? But when Ange threw stuff in, it didn’t hit any barrier?”

The Monarch, flying over, said from afar, “Because what Ange threw was Dark Element. You think he did it randomly?”

“Ah? Not randomly?” Negris exclaimed, surprised. Could it be that Ange also considered which direction to use to break the barrier? Is this skeleton really that clever?

“Sometimes it’s not about being clever; it’s just seeing it right away, just like a road in front of you. You see it, and you follow it, but if you were a blind dragon, you’d just keep falling into pits,” the Monarch explained.

“I can fly, I’ve never looked at the road since I was small,” Negris retorted and then turned to ask Locke, “Locke, how are you? How did your soul get so depleted?”

Locke weakly replied, “I’m fine. I could still give you a good thrashing, no problem. The Annihilation Boundary consumed my power, and when the power was gone, it started consuming my soul, almost drained it completely–then it would have started on my bones.”

“Well, still boasting, seems you’re quite alright. Isn’t soul depletion supposed to mean even gods can’t bring you back? How come you look like nothing’s wrong?” Negris asked, puzzled.

Though relieved that Locke was alright, the fact that one could be fine despite soul depletion contradicted his understanding. Could it be that his own knowledge was outdated?

“Monarchs are the Origin, even mightier than gods,” Locke said irritably.

Uh, it seems the power hierarchy had evolved, gods couldn’t save it, but a Primordial God could.

As they murmured among themselves here, Ange had finally filled the Abyss Ball. At that moment, the Abyss Ball had formed into a very murky state, no longer the pitch-black of the earlier Dark Elements, but rather a bit grayish.

“Is it because the Holy Light contaminated them?” Negris curiously asked.

“Pure Dark Element with the will of a god, just like Light Element turning into Holy Light. Should it then be called Holy Darkness and I wonder if it has any specialties?” Anthony said.

Ange conjured a Dark Elemental Spear and anointed it with Holy Light before tossing it forward.

The spear stuck into something invisible on the ground, standing straight up, and then in the next moment, it began to grow, slowly sprouting branches that twisted and grew upwards like branches, and then divided, and divided again, quickly forming into a Lightning ‘Tree.’

With a thought from Ange, every branch of the Lightning Tree exploded into sparks, like dandelion puffs, or blooming flowers, or even a big tree brimming with fresh blossoms, splendid and spectacular.

“This… this is just too cool.” Negris was stunned. Did Ange even have this kind of aesthetic sense? No, that couldn’t be right; from that straw-coat-shaped Soul Armor, it was evident that Ange, this Dead Skull, lacked any sense of beauty.

Anthony, too, was shocked and whispered, “It seems to form naturally, my lord isn’t controlling it.”

But this was terrifying enough, controlling Dark Element to grow into a tree composed of Lightning, with branches full of spherical lightning-like blossoms.

Thinking it over, Ange made a grasping motion in the air, collecting the Dark Elemental Lightning Tree back and stuffing a Soul Fire into it before throwing it out again.

This time, the Dark Element fell to the ground like a pool of liquid, spread out into a puddle; then a human figure rose from the puddle, head, neck, torso, and limbs.

As each part emerged, the sphere of Dark Element shrank until the last bit of Dark Element was integrated into the body. The humanoid suddenly spread a pair of wings, examining its own hands hesitantly.

Then, lifting its head, it muttered in confusion, “What happened? Wasn’t I… already dead?”

“Alba?” Abyssal Big Mouth immediately recognized who it was before him–wasn’t this Supreme Holy Spirit Alba from his own Chaos Holy Spirit Legion?

Shock crossed Alba’s face, and she immediately turned towards Abyssal Big Mouth, then with a frown directed at the shadowy figure, she inquired, “Lord Abyss… Big Mouth?”

As she called out ‘Lord,’ a struggle and hesitation appeared on Alba’s face.

Abyssal Big Mouth instantly understood and turned to Ange, asking, “Did you imprint her with thoughts?”

Ange cocked his head, replying, “Mine.”

Abyssal Big Mouth was dumbfounded. What did that mean? Without a translator, it was really difficult to understand Ange’s words.

Negris smugly held back a laugh and said, “This Alba isn’t yours, no matter what imprint you use, it doesn’t relate to you.”

“But…”

Abyssal Big Mouth was about to say something when a despairing and furious roar came from afar in the Dark Energy Ball, “Go…”

It couldn’t finish shouting when suddenly several spikes impaled it, tearing it into numerous pieces.

Then, the Dark Energy Ball slowly transformed, morphing into a huge Primordial Body of Dark Origin. It then kneeled distantly toward Ange, “Master, I’ve reclaimed my power. Thank you for preserving my memory and bestowing upon me a new type of Dark Power. Dark Origin pledges loyalty to you.”

As the Dark Origin finished speaking, Negris and the others suddenly realized something–had Ange just acquired a follower of a Primordial God-level?
