Cheng Qiaobei smiled and praised, "My wife knows so much."

Before continuing the conversation about chain hotels, Lin Hanrui called, and the two talked for a long time, until the car stopped in front of a building in the new district.

Out of eight elevators, only one was in service. They stood in front of it, and the display screen was stuck on the eleventh floor, not changing after two minutes of waiting.

He put down the coffee machine and was about to call property management. Chen Ningxi asked, "Which floor is the company on?"

"Fourth floor." Cheng Qiaobei answered as the call went through, "Hello, the elevator in building six is stuck on the eleventh floor, ... Alright, please get a technician to fix it as soon as possible; it’s been out of order three times this week."

Cheng Qiaobei hung up the phone, somewhat helplessly said to Chen Ningxi:

"Honey, looks like we have to take the stairs."
