Chapter 741: Chapter 515: Nightshadow, the Six-armed Snake Demon_2

In such circumstances, the creatures killed by him were theoretically supposed to be transformed into True Wraiths, which amounted to True Death.

Before a True Wraith was completely destroyed, its enemy couldn’t even be resurrected because its soul had been infused into the True Wraith.

It was unclear, however, whether this situation specifically targeted beings from the Material Plane, or if it could also be effective against demons and devils from the Abyssal Hell.

If it was the former, it wouldn’t be surprising, as the reach of the gods didn’t extend that far.

If it was the latter, then the value of this skill was significant, as those demons and devils would likely view him as a ferocious beast, fearing him to the utmost degree.

"What do you mean?" the Six-armed Snake Demon’s sense of alarm intensified, a bad premonition surfacing in her mind, especially as the enemy drew that strange shooting weapon and aimed it at her, reminding her of the Law Force that had been attacking from within her body earlier.

Only then did she pay close attention to that Law Force, sensing the aura of death on it, and she said with some astonishment, "You’re a follower of an Undead God, no, a regular follower wouldn’t possess such an essence of the Law of Death... This is power only an Undead God would hold, how do you have it, who exactly are you?"

Boom!

Gaven didn’t bother with further talk; he pulled the trigger straightaway. He needed to seize every second to use the remaining few dozen seconds of his field of Undead Vengeance to extend his achievements, transforming more True Wraiths for his own use.

The beautiful head of the Six-armed Snake Demon burst open on the spot, just like a watermelon struck by an eighteen-pound hammer.

It wasn’t that the Revenge Skull Shatter had taken effect, but rather, Gaven had fired the Death Roar at the Six-armed Snake Demon’s head, with both physical and Magic Effects taking effect simultaneously.

The instant the Six-armed Snake Demon died a violent death, a blood-colored vortex appeared out of thin air above her corpse, strands of blood mist pulled from her body, forming a phantom image of the Six-armed Snake Demon.

That blood-colored vortex was very similar to a Demon Portal, with a rich Abyssal aura emanating from it.

Yet, this blood-colored vortex was but a one-way Soul Channel, dragging the souls marked by the Abyss into the Abyss.

Many who dealt with the Abyss or Hell would, upon death, create such a channel that directly sent their souls to their intended destination, without temporary residence in the Shadow Underworld, waiting for a Divine Envoy to guide them.

Seeing the blood-colored vortex emerge, the soul of the Six-armed Snake Demon, previously unsettled by Gaven’s actions, felt for the first time that this vortex was extraordinarily Cordial. She laughed loudly, saying, "It seems your experiment has failed, the will of the Abyss towers far above the deity you worship. You just wait, I’ll be back soon to have my Revenge, very soon... No, no, no, what is happening? I haven’t gone back yet? Don’t leave me behind, don’t abandon me..."

One second, the Six-armed Snake Demon was arrogantly invincible, cursing Gaven with a vicious oath of returning for Revenge; the next second, she turned to pitiful wailing.

Because just as the Abyssal blood-colored vortex extracted her soul, before it could utilize the Abyssal mark to pull her back into the Abyss, a silent black energy stained the blood-colored vortex, turning it into a somber black. This was no longer a channel to the Abyssal for the soul, but a passage to the Shadow Plane, and a surge of Negative Energy poured through, infusing into the soul of the Six-armed Snake Demon and beginning its transformation.

"It’s not that my experiment has failed," Gaven laughed, "you’re just jubilant too soon. In the Material Plane, the will of the gods can indeed surpass the will of the Abyss. This grudge, you won’t be resurrecting in this lifetime, hahahaha..." Towards the end, Gaven couldn’t help laughing wildly.

Not just because of the dramatic twists and turns that slapped the Six-armed Snake Demon’s face resoundingly.

But because the reward was too great, for this was a Legendary Demon soul transformed into a True Wraith, possessing a Transcendant Body. Such a Wraith, while not uniquely rare, was definitely extraordinary.

The monstrous strength that the Six-armed Snake Demon had shown before predicted the terrifying power she would possess as a True Wraith.

No, it could even be more terrifying, because, by that time, she wouldn’t just possess the characteristics of the Six-armed Snake Demon, but also those of Nightshadow.

Before returning her to Weizemay Manor, she could stay by his side for twenty-four hours, which was enough for him to accomplish many things, such as taking down the Wailing Dwarf Kingdom using her as the vanguard.

Laughing madly, Gaven issued new orders to Susie, "Quick, quick, quick, open the pit where we buried the Noble Giant Trolls first."

Susie didn’t ask why, immediately ordering the Dragonized Gnolls to comply.

As soon as those non-humanoid Noble Giant Trolls showed up, regardless of whether they were dead or not, Gaven threw in a Dragon Tremor Bomb.

When the Dragon Tremor Bomb exploded, it released a strong acid, which also had a restraining effect on the Giant Trolls’ regenerative abilities.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Accompanied by six explosions, the last glimmer of life for these six Noble Giant Trolls was extinguished.

Above their corpses, a situation similar to the Six-armed Snake Demon occurred immediately, a black vortex appeared out of nowhere, pouring a vast amount of Negative Energy into their bodies. Then, an even more massive figure crawled out from their bodies, bearing a striking resemblance to them.

The figure was over five meters tall, pitch black in color, and although it was entirely made of Negative Energy, it had terrifying muscular contours, especially the arms, which could be faintly discerned as shadows of the Giant Trolls, thick and long, surpassing the knees, with fingers like ten black Daggers. It had no mouth or nose, but from a pair of eyes emanated a Chill Aura, in fact, its entire body exuded a dreadful chill.
