In front of the Donggala regent building, where Johan had set up as his headquarters. Everyone had gathered to listen to the plan to save Jessica.

"Do I have to stay too?" asked Rey who looked panicked, considering he was the only ordinary human in the place and didn’t have any powers.

"You stay here, with your physique, you’re not even worth sacrificing as a disposable pawn," Johan replied firmly and made Rey almost cry.

The big man tried to smile despite the fact that the sentence was very painful. "I don’t know why I’m relieved but at the same time it hurts so much."

"Not just you, Nabil and Adit can’t come either," Johan continued which made Adit curious.

"Wait a minute, I understand that this plan is quite dangerous. But wouldn’t bringing more people increase the chances of everyone surviving?" Adit asked.

"True, but you have a more valuable task, which is to look after Nabil," Johan replied swiftly.

Adit looked at the Nabil. "But isn’t bringing Nabil is the best strategy to fight?"

"To fight, but our mission is not to fight them, but to save Jessica and escape as soon as possible."

Adit paused and pondered Johan’s answer. "Hmn... I guess that makes sense. Still, I never imagined that the queen we’ve been serving was a little girl, it still surprises me."

"I think it’s time to discuss more important matters," said Galih, who suddenly interrupted the conversation. "We still haven’t heard the important plan."

All eyes were now on Putri. The girl took a deep breath and then exhaled.

"Well, this plan is a plan to get big brother Aril to come help at the last moment, but we need time and careful preparation," Putri explained and everyone listened intently.

"He said he only needs to rest for one more day before fully recovering. In other words, we need Aril to come precisely tomorrow and must do everything possible to make that happen," Putri continued.

"Wait a minute, why does he suddenly want to help?" asked the curious Nabil.

Galih glanced at Nabil. "Because Aril loves Putri very much and would do anything to protect her."

Putri turned her face which was still slightly red. "Aril is like my own family, I think it’s normal for a brother to worry about his younger sister"

Farel suddenly hit Galih’s head.

"Ouch! What are you doing?!" Complained Galih who was holding his head.

"But why not ask for his help now and ask him to wait?" Nabil asked once again.

Before Putri could open her mouth, Johan immediately answered the question. "That’s impossible. If Aril finds out about this plan, he’ll come for Putri, no matter if we manage to save Jessica or not."

"That’s why we have to make him come when we just managed to save Jessica," Putri continued her explanation.

"Oh, that’s why Zaskia is taking your place now?" Ardi suddenly spoke up because he finally understood why Putri and Zaskia switched places.

"That’s a good plan, we can hold Aril off until a certain time," Galih added. "But how can we survive the night there without getting killed?"

Putri smiled and set her sights on Reizel.

"Don’t worry, I have a plan to hold them off. If it’s just holding them until tomorrow morning, I know how," Reizel said with confidence.

Inside Putri’s room, Zaskia lay on a mattress that was much softer than the one she had been using for the past few months.

Fully furnished for a young girl of Putri’s age, the walls were painted a striking lemon green, several posters of female taekwondo athletes were stuck to the walls, and several stuffed animals lined the edge of the bed.

Zaskia let out a long sigh. "When was the last time I could lie down in a private room like this?"

The woman suddenly recalled a glimpse of bad memories back in high school, when she was demonized by her classmates. She shook her head quickly and tried to get rid of the bad memories.

’There’s no need to think about that anymore. What I need to do now is pretend to be that girl and act like I’m really upset with that guy,’ Zaskia said in her mind.

Not long after, Aril came knocking on the door once again and startled Zaskia into alertness.

Aril just stood in front of the door, silent for a while without saying a word.

After a while, he finally opened his mouth. "I apologize if this upsets you, but you have to understand... I don’t want to take a risk where I’m not sure I can protect you."

Aril imagined the incident when Nabil surrounded Putri and made Aril upset with himself. "I almost failed to save you from that clone boy and it was all my fault. I didn’t want to lose you like I lost your mother. So..."

Aril clenched his hands together very tightly. "I just want to make sure you’re safe."

Aril turned his body around. "If you’re hungry, go out and eat. It’s okay if you’re still upset, but don’t neglect your health, I don’t want you to get sick."

The young man walked away while Zaskia blushed while covering her mouth with both hands.

’Unexpectedly, he really cares so much! He really cares about -’ Zaskia thought then she remembered one small thing that was very important.

’Wait a minute, that sentence wasn’t for me, why am I the one blushing?!’ Zaskia shouted in her mind.

She sighed and buried her face in the bed.

’Ah... But he’s right, it’s not good to be hungry, I’ll get sick from this. What should I do now? I want to eat something,’ thought Zaskia who looked lethargic.

’Can I endure being hungry until tomorrow morning? But technically humans can survive for several days without eating. Does that mean I should just shut myself in here until tomorrow morning? Aaaaaaaaaaa! I don’t like this task!’ Zaskia shouted in her mind.

She turned around and picked up one of the stuffed animals and stared at it.

"But I don’t like the mission to fight those people either. They have a strange kalomba. Which one do you think is worse?" Zaskia looked into the eyes of the stuffed animal with a low tone of voice as if whispering to the doll.
