Chapter 811: Punching bag - Part 2

"What the heck are you talking about? I don’t know anything." Amber pulled on her chains as she struggled to get free.

"Of course, how could I forget? You’re nothing but a liar." Aria sighed softly as if she was here to clean the mess an insolent child had created.

"You..."

"When you could lie to a man like Joshua who loved you dearly, you can lie to anyone. What an annoying cockroach!" She rebuked her. Even though her tone was as if she was scolding her lightly, her words were anything but pleasant to hear. She was cussing at her subtly, rendering her incapable of fighting back.

"You’re meant for the gutter. Why are you even on the street?" Aria mused, her words making Noah erupt into fits of laughter.

"Well, since you don’t know your place, I’ll make sure to show you where you belong."

"You.. what are you doing?" Amber’s eyes widened in fear and she looked at Aria as though she were a devil.

"I’m just teaching you a lesson that your parents forgot to do so when you were a kid. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have grown up to be an unruly woman." Aria patted her palm as if she were dusting off something dirty before raising her eyes to look at the woman chained to the wall.

"What do you mean? What do you want to do to me?" Amber scooted back in fear, her eyes widening in apprehension. All her arrogance vanished and she was left with nothing but terror.

Aria didn’t reply to her. Instead, she just glanced at Ronnie who immediately got to work and unchained Amber. Meanwhile, Noah took the only chair in the room, enjoying the action show his beloved was about to present him with.

"You...what are doing? Don’t come near me." Amber screamed, struggling with all her might to escape. But the chains kept her in place and she could only watch in horror as Ronnie uncuffed her hands.

"I’ll give you two options," Aria stated, gaining Amber’s attention back to her. "You have ten seconds. If you manage to escape from this room, you are free to go. No one will stop you."

Amber bolted towards the door the second she finished speaking and Aria let out a chuckle when she saw her mindless actions."

"So reckless." She clicked her tongue and waited, cracking her knuckles as she prepared her attack.

Amber was close, almost near the door when Aria launched her attack, banging her captive’s head against the door and making the woman shriek in pain.

Noah’s eyes widened when he saw how fast Aria had attacked. One moment she was standing in front of him and the next instant, she was by Amber’s side, showing her what she was capable of.

’Interesting!’ He thought as he leaned forward, his eyes sparkling in fascination.

"Ain’t it rude to not listen to people when they are speaking?" Aria chided as she held Amber’s head against the door, making sure to apply more force on the spot she had wounded her.

"Let go of me. Amber broke into a cold sweat due to the pain and she saw stars. The woman behind her was more powerful and capable than she had thought. She had underestimated her.

"I was still speaking, Amber. Don’t you think you should have listened to me first?" Aria continued, not caring about Amber even once. "Since you have managed to not make it out in ten seconds, shall we listen to what my second option is?"

Aria continued to press Amber against the door, making sure to put all her strength on her until she groaned in pain.

"How about this? Let’s spar. If you win, you may leave." Aria suggested, her eyes lighting up at the thought of punching Amber until she was bleeding everywhere. "If I win...oh wait!" She stopped suddenly, her excited tone making Amber anxious.

"I don’t think I’d need anything. When I win, you will be bleeding from everywhere and I am sure, you would have lost a few teeth in the meantime."

Amber felt a dull ache in her jaws. Even though she had yet to fight Aria, she already knew what the outcome would be. She was bound to lose, not just the spar but her blood and teeth as well.

Amber struggled to move. But Aria continued to press her against the door as she glanced at Noah who was watching the exchange with glee.

"What do you think, Noah? Is the bet fair enough or am I being too mean?"

Noah didn’t know if she was asking rhetorically or if she was being genuine. Nevertheless, he entertained her. After all, she was asking him a question and it was his duty as a devoted boyfriend to reply to her.

"You’re absolutely right, Aria. When have you ever been wrong?"

Aria’s lips curled up and she nodded at him in approval, reminding him of the words she had said at the hospital a few hours ago.

"Since we have established the rules, shall we start? The winner has their way and the loser well... let’s just say the loser is meant to lose. What do you say, Amber? Are you up for the challenge?"

’Does she have a choice?’ Ronnie thought as he watched his Madam handle the disgusting woman brilliantly. He had never seen Aria behave so atrociously before. But it only made him respect her. After all, a meek and submissive woman didn’t suit his Boss. He should have a strong and capable woman, just the qualities Aria had in her.

’What a perfect couple!’ He thought. Once again, his desire to have a girlfriend was rekindled.

Oblivious to Ronnie’s thoughts, Aria continued her conversation with Amber, although she was only doing the talk all along.

"I’ll wait for you to prepare for a few minutes. Whenever you are ready." With that Aria let go of Amber and walked to the center as she waited for Amber to make her attack first.
