Fortunately, having grown familiar with the Quiet Dream teleportation skill of Nightmare Beast Senbula, Russell already had a firm grasp of teleportation and wasn’t overly surprised. After all, if Senbula could teleport, it was only logical that the Little Dream Dragon – being the Master of Dreamscape – could control the power of teleportation.

The Shadowflame Dragon and the Warm Jade Dragon were left behind to converse within the volcano.

Russell, surrounded by Duke Jonas and others, passed through the underground passages on his way to the palace of the Warm Jade Duchy.

“Your Majesty coming to our country from the distant Snowfield is like a dream come true for all of us!” Duke Jonas was so excited he nearly lost his coherence, “After countless sleepless nights, from today on, we can finally sleep soundly!”

“We must share this great news at the Thunder Voice Conference immediately so that more of the Volcanic Realm can be opened up!”

“With the dragons assembled, humans will no longer fear the Frost Snow Giants!”

“His Majesty truly is a sacred light, the like of which appears once in ten thousand years on the Way of the Knight. His Majesty’s Amber Dreamland will save the entire Dragon Sleep Continent!” The ministers kept flattering Duke Jonas in agreement.

Russell simply smiled faintly and waved his hand, “As Frost Star mobilizes the world’s forces to invade us in Dragon Star, we must also assemble the world’s forces to resist the invasion of Frost Star. Everyone is a fighter.”

“Your Majesty, I have prepared a banquet within the Jade City for you. I do hope you will attend, allowing me the opportunity to extend my hospitality,” Duke Jonas said. The Jade City was like the Grand Duke’s palace, similar to Red Castle and Changting.

Having come all this way, Russell didn’t want to snub Duke Jonas’s kind invitation, “Then I shall impose upon your hospitality.”

“How could it be an imposition? Your Majesty gracing us with your presence brings glory to my Jade City!”

Upon entering Jade City, a grand assembly of ministers and nobility gathered in the great hall, welcoming Russell with the most solemn ceremony.

However, Russell noticed that the Warm Jade Duchy had not been part of the Thunderous Industrial Conference for very long, so industrialization had not yet begun within the country.

It was only recently that they had started constructing Thunder Sound Stations and demon-tracking towers across the various Warm Enclaves.

“I have already summoned all the scholars of the country to research industrialization. Several Grand Scholars are constantly attending the Thunderous Industrial Conference, although our country only joined the conference in mid-March…”

But she wasn’t much for talking; after meeting Russell, she quietly sat to the side, listening to the casual conversation between Russell and Duke Jonas.

The small talk didn’t last long, after introducing his family as a sign of friendship, Duke Jonas then left the Inner Fort with Russell and went to Thunder Sound Station in Jade City.

The news of the Shadowflame Dragon’s descent upon the Warm Jade Volcanic Region had already been sent to the Thunder Voice Conference.

The conference buzzed with commotion, many Grand Dukes clamoring to develop their volcanic realms and immediately persuading their dragons.

“Duke Jonas, could you use your Thunder Sound Station for a message?” asked Russell.

“Please do.”

Russell quickly formulated the content of the message, “All Kings and Grand Dukes who wish to develop volcanic realms, send a private message to the Thunder Voice channel in Red Castle, and I will guide the entire development process after I return to my kingdom.”

Jade City was filled with singing and dancing; the banquet was lively and grand.

The dialect of the Warm Jade Duchy was somewhat strange, even their vocabulary differed considerably, but this did not hinder Russell from basic communication with everyone.

“I’ve been meaning to visit the Dreamshadow Flame Kingdom myself and to walk the path of Your Majesty’s growth in the hope of grasping some of Your Majesty’s Way of the Knight,” a middle-aged noble said as he looked up at Russell with sparkling eyes.

He was a Baron from the Warm Jade Duchy and also a Dragon Domain Lord.

Ever since he learned of Russell’s creation of the Phantom Dragon Knight realm, he’d been filled with endless motivation to advance.

“You’re most welcome,” Russell smiled.

“Your Majesty’s ‘Path of the Dragon and Man’ is a supreme classic of the Way of the Knight, Harris, you must take the opportunity to learn more from His Majesty and strive to glimpse the realm of the Phantom Dragon Knight,” said Duke Jonas.

Harris was the Dragon Domain Lord, and upon hearing this, he nodded, “Yes, Your Highness.”
