Chapter 48: Let's Finish This? by Harem-Fan

     Last night was definitely one I will remember for a long time...

     I was lucky enough to wake up with a pair of beauties, one big and one moderate.

     Even had some teenage Matsuda fantasies fulfilled.

     Thank goodness for healing magic, or my poor Asia wouldn't be able to even move properly for school today, or for our Rating Game tonight against Phenex.

     I made a wedding-ring for Asia, like I did for Tsubaki.

     It is enchanted with magic runes that hide its presence to those not able to see the supernatural world.

     Normal's can't see it, like the invisibility I used on the bus, only creatures like Devils and Angels will see it normally.

     I am only legally married to Grayfia in the Underworld, while Kalawarna, Akeno, and now Asia are unofficial wives, or concubines.

     Asia cried over the ring so much, I was feeling uncomfortable.

     She told Grayfia and me that she always wanted to be part of a family, so she was very happy.

     Damn, I forgot she had been abandoned on the Church's doorsteps.

     After breakfast with the family, Grayfia left to do all the preparations for tonight's Rating Game, and she told me to be heavy handed.

     She is fierce!

     Asia and I walked to school, and she just had the dopiest smile all day, as if there was nothing going on tonight...

     Thinking back on last night, I just smiled at my new Wife's antics.

     She is very traditional, and didn't try new positions, or the like.

     Asia was very still, just closing her eyes, and entrusting everything to me, but I liked it, so cute.

     I know why men want harems now... It is the variety of love one can feel.

     With Asia I get the feeling I'm making love to a childhood friend that I grew up with, very pure... Asia is easy to love!

     It was nice to see everyone at school after 10 days out...

     We of course had the school reconcile the ORC (fake) conference in France!

     Arriving at school I said hi to the President...

     "Hi Sona and Tsubaki. Looking forward to having you watch my 1st Rating Game."

     I was waiting for them to be surprised... that I knew they were chosen as game commentary for the Sitri house?

     But they both just looked at me, like they knew I would know!

     Sona just smiles at my look, and states.

     "Of course the two of us know you can foresee everything! So we're no longer surprised. So will you win?"

     Sona just gives a knowing smile at my confidence.

     Little did I know that drunk letter made me seem like I came from the future.

     So don't drink guys, it will fuck your life, without knowing how.

     But I won't know about this for a while..

     "I wanted to blitz their base, and level the entire field, but Rias said no! She wants the rest of the Peerage to get experience, or some fart like that. Personally I would just one-shot them. So I will just be heavy handed, and leave each of them with an inch of life left!"

     My displeasure of Rias's plan is super evident.

     Asia behind me feels bad I can't just cut-loose, and Sona looks surprised I said that.

     She had never known me to make up things like that.

     Tsubaki just has excited love-stars in her eyes, at my manly declaration of brutality.

     I forgot Tsubaki is a bit of a battle junkie on the inside, it is well hidden though.

     My girlfriend Tsubaki got a call from me everyday, and kept her up to date with everything... I even told her about Asia, she just smiled and knew before me again!

     Damn she is like Grayfia, just younger.

     The rest of the day flew by...

     I just slept on my desk, due to lack of sleep last night.

     It seems I was talking in my sleep murmuring some rather embarrassing things.

     I apparently kept mumbling things like...

     "Pat Pat Loli white kitty, hehe..."

     "Grayfia, make a baby, hehe..."

     "Rias... Tig Ol Bitties, I summon you, slurphehe..."

     Damn, sleeping in class might have to stop soon!

     I ended up cooking for everyone at suppertime, and we just had casual banter about what to do...

     Looks like I will be sent as an assassin this run, because Rias's win is that important.

     I have decided to reveal my Illusion Magic, and mess up the opposition, like an online rogue sneak attacking.

     However, my real goal is to kill, well retire, there super hot Bomb Queen...

     Yubelluna, and her bomb magic, is Riser's biggest ace.

     My [Second Stage] will be saved for 1 of 2 events.... A large area of effect to demolish their numbers, or to defeat Riser himself.

     As a bonus, I will retire that little sister of Riser, because I hated that she treated the Rating Game battlefield like a casual day in the park.

     It would be like a boxer calling a timeout, and saying he is just watching.

     Then just fucking watch like the other snobbish nobles, sigh!

     Sorry but cuteness only will save you so much.

     Kiba told me he would not refuse the challenge from Karlamine.

     I just said to him...

     "That's why I can't understand Knights, while they do one-on-one their teammates struggle!"

     Smack~! I just facepalm.

     Well that is Kiba for ya I guess.

     And my biggest headache?

     Rias says she will fight on the rooftop with Riser, and wait for her Hero to save the day?!

     I just looked at Rias and wanted to tell her I also said, 'she was dumb as a box of rocks', when I made my wish.

     But looking at her eyes, anticipating for me to save her, just shut me up.

     What I won't do to make a girl happy.

     I just hope her dumb plan doesn't cause her to lose!

     At around 11:30, I just realized something that happened in the anime, so I asked Rias...

     "By the way my beautiful and intelligent King... Did you by chance lock away my Pawn pieces power? And did you forget to give me my power boost?"

     I just look at her, like when I pointed out the promotion bit.

     Fuck, is Rias blushing in shame, did she really forget?!

     "Of course not. I just wanted to do it privately and surprise you..."

     Holy fuck she forgot!

     I have been fighting on 1 fucking Pawn's worth of Demonic Power!

     She takes my hand, and pulls me to her back resting room, so she won't feel ashamed...

     "Put your head in my lap. I had sealed your Pawn strength, not sure if your body could handle all of the power. I will now unseal your strength one at a time, till it feels right..."

     I can't really be mad at her, I was avoiding her a lot.

     Plus she may not have realized she forgot, due to the strength I was showing.

     As a bonus, I got a lap pillow, and this was the only reason I remembered this bit, so I also forgot.

     While Rias was unsealing me, she just quietly told me...

     "Sorry about making it harder on you in the game. I just want my family to see how wonderful you are. Devils respect power first and foremost."

"If you just blow up their base, it will be debated how you did it... But if you can crush Riser lopsidedly, then no one will dispute my choosing you as my man! So do your best, and rescue your Princess!"

     Mwah~! She then kissed me for a while, till I was fully unlocked.

     When she was done making out, Rias said in a bit of surprise...

     "I can't believe it! You're able to safely use all 8 Pawn pieces Demonic Power. This shouldn't be right?!"

     I feel the power flow through my body, and it is like I'm a newborn Devil!

     My new Demonic Power has easily stepped into early High-Class-low strength, like a Pure Blood Devil!

     So if I'm using my Balance Breaker, then I would be at peak High-Class-high strength.

     With a promotion to Queen, I would step into Ultimate-Class-low strength!

     I just give Rias blaming eyes, and she looks sorry.

     Seeing her nervous state, I comfort her.

     "Unless you are defeated or concede, with the strength I just received. I can solo Riser and his bitches! So I'm going to blow the socks off your parents! I want unlimited lap-pillows!"

     Rias just smiles and says while rubbing my head in her lap.

     "Of course you can, it will be your lap after all!"

     Mwah~! She just grabbed my grumpy head and kissed me...

     We are all gathered, resting on the couches, waiting for Grayfia and our announcers to show up...

     Click Creak~! When Sona and Tsubaki came into the clubroom, the others were surprised to see them.

     Naturally this isn't vital information, so I let it be a surprise.

     Sona had to give her friend Rias the pep talk of rooting for her, but she was going to be impartial in her commentary.

     Hmm, Tsubaki looks like she is blushing a little while looking at me, and must want to see me in action?

     Yup she is, I saw her rubbing her engagement-ring gently.

     They both then left to do their duty of introduction of both Peerages, for the Devils in the Underworld watching the show.

     A few minutes before the start of the game, Grayfia, in maid mode, came and began discussing the terms and rules, and about the spectating families...

     Grayfia asked us to step onto the summon circle, and wished us luck...

     Buzz~! Then after the silver light faded... It gave us the illusion that we didn't move at all.

     The Rating Game field was a perfect reproduction of Kuoh Academy, to the finest detail.

     The freaky sky however proves we aren't in Kansas anymore!

     (This story has the colorful lights of the sky of the anime, like the Barriers and Dimensional Gap. But in the LN, the sky is pure white. And I, Harem-Fan, write only on NovelFire.)

     We can destroy and wreak havoc on this Rating Game battlefield, as everything here is an imitation...

     Had I known my future Familiar was hiding in the void of this game-field, watching me, I would shudder.

     Rias used her Communication Magic to make magical earpieces for us...

     We insert the earpieces for communication, and I say to everyone while summoning Roshi..

     "Recap of the plan... Roshi will protect Asia and Rias. Koneko and Kiba, don't separate, and are a 2-man team, taking out those incoming Pawns as soon as possible."

"Akeno watch-out for Bomb Queen. When you lure her out, call me to finish her! I will put up both a strong barrier and a grand Illusion Formation to keep them from promoting."

"I will go ahead of you guys, and begin reaping their sorry game-lives. May good fortune smile upon us!"

     At this point, Grayfia had finished her Arbiter speech heard everywhere...

     Dong Dong Dong~! And the Midnight bell rang, to alert us it was time.

     "Balance Breaker: Satan Gold!"

     Buzz Creak Creak~! After activating Satan Gold, I eject my artificial pair of gold metallic bat wings, along with my black Devil bat wings under them, looking like I have 2-pairs.

     My voice is slightly altered with my helmet on, sounding a bit more manly, and I say...

     [Satan Gold has come! Now Gremory Devils, I shall leave to hunt proud villains, and save damsels in distress!]

     Flap Flap Whoosh~! I turned invisible and flew out the window at great speed...

     After placing the barrier and illusion field around our base, I flew out, ignoring the gym and going to stalk the track field...

     No need to blow up those 4 girls, they are sacrificial.

     Plus out of the girls in the gym, I always liked that Rook, Xuelan, who looks like Chun Li from Street Fighter.

     Gotta respect a chick that fights with no underwear!

     There are no animals in this Rating Game battlefield to use, but the plants seem to be real.

     Well real enough for my powers to work on them.

     Whoosh~! I moved fast through the forest, and quietly looked for their pair of 3-member squads...

     I saw the group of 7 Devils I'm looking for, and they have not split up yet!

     Hot fucking damn, I'm lucky!

     In front of me are some girls that look unafraid of an ambush.

     But to be fair... I wouldn't expect one as well.

     They are...

     Knight Karlamine.

     Rook Isabela.

     Knight Siris.

     Bishop Ravel Phenex.

     Bishop Mihae.

     And finally the Nekomata twin Pawns, Ni and Li!

     I report to Rias...

     [Yes, I hit the group one-shot jackpot!]

     Well, I won't be able to use my big move on Riser or Bomb Queen, but this vulnerable group of girls is just asking to be retired baby!

     As the group of women were splitting up, I was undetected with my invisibility...

     As I stand in the middle of the gossiping and gloating girls, I suddenly become visible.

     "Hello ladies, welcome to... [Second Stage]!"

     I activate [Second Stage] and the voice of my Sacred Gear is the voice of Morgan Freeman!

     Nice touch Big G!

     [10...]

     I just hit peak at High-Class-high Demonic Power strength, and cast a single volley of [Holy Lightning]!

     In the air, 6 large crimson Gremory magic circles formed about 100 feet up in the air, in a hexagonal formation and began to light up...

     This spell takes 2-seconds to actually fire...

     [9...]

     At this point all 7 girls are alarmed, and don't know if they should look at this freak in a black and gold Ranger outfit, or the soul shaking Holy energy in the sky.

     Yup Devils don't like this feeling one bit!

     [I'm Satan Gold ladies, and I wish you a safe trip to the medical ward!]

     Tremor Rumble Whoosh~! Just outside their escape path, a 4-section square set of walls, of thick earth 50-feet high, encloses the whole strike zone with me in it!

     This makes it so the Knights can't run, and the walls are too high to escape with flight...

     [8...]

      BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM~! As the 6 magic circles flashed in white light, the 6 thick bolts came crashing down!

     Screams are heard from all of Riser's girls, as the Holy Lightning hits the earth passing harmlessly over me.

     [Riser's 2 Knights, 2 Pawns, and 1 Bishop have retired!]

     Grayfia's voice is heard throughout the game-field, as the 5 women were instantly eliminated... Hopefully they didn't die.

     It doesn't happen often, but sometimes the Retirement System can't always save the participants in time... And this is the risk of playing in the Rating Games...

     [7...]

     Looks like the Rook chick avoided a direct hit, and is barely hanging in there!

     And Ravel used her Phoenix Tears to recover from that insane damage!

     It was Ravel's immortal trait that let her make it, and the Rook was very durable.

     Flash Sizzle~! So I cast [Sun Burst], blinding the pair.

     No vision for the girls, as they cry out from the harsh blindness!

     [6...]

     Fwoosh Sizzle~! Ravel uses her Demonic Flames to lash out in all directions, as a form of protection, because she can't see.

     Bang Thud~! I just stood over Riser's Rook, Isabela, and punched her on her back to send her to the first-aid bed...

     [Riser's Rook, retired!]

     [5...]

     While forming a golden Light Lance, I approached the fiery Ravel...

     I personally think Ravel is beautiful, and in my Loli strike zone... And she will quickly grow up to be in my buxom strike zone... But I can't stand her personality.

     [Hey Ravel Phenex, stay off the battlefield, unless you're prepared to be hurt! This is no picnic.]

     [4...]

     Slitch Zzz~! I then stab my Holy Lightning infused Light Lance into her upper leg.

     I try not to hit the heart or head, because holy damage is already terrifying for Devils!

     And I don't think Ravel has the same light-tempering her older Brother has.

     [3...]

     Even the Phenex clan will suffer under Holy Lightning, although they do better than most Devils...

     Ravel, overwhelmed, tries to ask, while in horrid pain.

     "Ahh~! Why are you doing this, sniff sniff?"

     Damn she is crying in pain... I hate hurting her in my heart!

     I don't like this feeling... but Rias is more important to me.

     [2...]

     [My King wants her freedom, and you're in Rias's way. Simple, right? Now concede or perish!]

     Damn this sucks, being a bad guy feels awful!

     [1...]

     In a huge amount of pain, Ravel yells.

     "I-I retire!"

     [...0!]

     [Riser's 2nd Bishop has retired!]

     I just stood there in the smoke, looked up at the fake sky, and hardened my heart to continue!

     [Sorry Kiba, the Knights were together, and I used my finisher. They were just all bunched up like fish in a barrel!]

     Kiba's voice was heard in my ear...

     [Damn man, you just let out the can of ass whooping! So you only used 1 volley of Holy Lightning, I did not see more?]

     As I started to move, I chuckled at his question.

     [Yeah bro, and it was too much for them. Rias didn't give me enough time to gauge my new strength, cough, so it went overkill. Riser is probably shitting bricks now!]

     [Talk later Koneko and I have 3 Pawns here!]

     He then stops talking...

     Then I heard Rias's voice.

     [Sorry Matsuda, but you did good. Thanks! Also, Asia and I have arrived at their base, good luck.]

     Rias says that sheepishly.

     Swoosh Flap Flap~! I was flying to the gym, even though I didn't want to blow up poor Xuelan, but it must be done.

     I reported to my team about my bombing, so none of them will get hurt in my attack...

     [On my way to the gym, to blow it up...]

     But before I could do it, I heard Akeno call me with a bit of joy.

     [Wait Matsuda, I'm kiting the Bomb Queen to you first!]

     I instantly headed to the pool, and told her.

     [I will go diving, bring her there like we planned, be safe!]

     Alright, let's finish this!
