Chloe Turner nodded but glanced at Grace Harper, seemingly trying to clarify something. She said calmly, “I have a favor to ask.”

At this moment, by the doorway of the Griffith house, Hailey Griffith and Edward Smith got out of a car and walked towards them. As the door opened, the intimate figures of Hailey Griffith and Edward Smith leaned together, looking particularly pleasant.

He walked right up to Cherish Turner, took her hand without hesitation, and led her out of the building in such an open and eye-catching move.

Cherish Turner was stunned, looking at his back as joy emerged from her heart.

She didn’t expect him to act this way and even thought he would continue as before.

Like he was a stranger with no relation to her.

But now, he held her hand.

The two walked side by side, while the others looked at their figures, each with their own thoughts.

On the way to the restaurant, Cherish Turner naturally took William Griffith’s car. Grace Harper and Yannis Griffith shared a car. Chloe Turner felt awkward and did not know Yannis very well, so she took William Griffith’s car along with Cherish Turner.

When Sam Turner arrived at the bus stop near the dining place his sister mentioned, he saw Edward Smith and Hailey Griffith. His face turned black. He should have left, but he couldn’t control his legs and involuntarily stayed. He didn’t even know why he stayed under such circumstances. Perhaps he didn’t want to miss the opportunity to see the person he had been yearning for.

Cherish Turner sat beside William Griffith, reaching for the cucumber salad. Just as she picked up a piece of cucumber, it was taken away by William Griffith’s chopsticks. She frowned and looked at him embarrassingly. He ate the cucumber and said indifferently, “Don’t eat too much cold food, have some soup first.”

William Griffith took the initiative to pour her soup by himself, even taking care to blow on it before placing it on her plate and urged, “Drink it.”
