Cherish picked up her bag, which held a birthday gift. As she left the building with her colleagues, she saw a silver-gray Porsche parked by the curb. Yannis Griffith was smiling at her from the driver’s seat. He saw her and immediately got out of the car to open the door for her.

“Thank you.” Cherish got in, and Yannis settled back in his seat.

The car slowly drove forward, passing through the city and heading towards the port of Seatown. As it approached the vast sea and sky, the sunset dyed the horizon a golden-red hue, looking extremely beautiful.

Cherish couldn’t help but turn her head and ask, “Why are we going to the seaside? Are we going out to sea?”

Yannis nodded and glanced at her, “Yes, we’re going out to sea.”

Go out to sea? Cherish was momentarily stunned, and then felt immense joy.

The car parked in the port’s parking lot, and Yannis led Cherish through the vast square of the dock. The sea breeze brought a unique smell of seawater, but it was comfortable. The sun was too bright, so Cherish had to squint her eyes as she strode forward through the wind.

“Woo–” The sound of seagulls filled the air.

She was amazed by the sight of the yacht, as she had never been on one before!

Grace was on the yacht as well. When she saw Cherish, she jumped up and down on the deck, waving excitedly, “Cherish! You’re here!”

Hearing the shout, Cherish waved back at her.

Yannis looked at her and said solemnly, “Everyone is here, so let’s go up.”

“Sister Grace, your health…”

“I’m fine, don’t worry about me. Since you’re here, have fun, Yannis and I will take good care of you.”

Cherish didn’t understand Grace’s gentle and happy demeanor at the moment. During the visit at the hospital, Grace said she didn’t want to have Yannis’ child, but their relationship didn’t seem that bad. What was really going on?
