The gathered power in the metal ring platform continued to accumulate, and Feng Yuan tossed his lantern into the air. The ancient lantern emitted a faint blue glow, rapidly converting the energy influx from the other world. After a while, a brilliant column of light shot up into the sky and slammed into the world reflected above.

"You’re going to get in trouble with Eclipse and Xilnais for this."

Agunas looked at Feng Yuan speechlessly as the power directly breached the protection of the altar in the reflected world and continued its ferocious assault upon the altar itself, turning it and the Resurrectors atop it to ashes.

The devastating power even erased any trace that the Resurrectors had been there; their seemingly immortal abilities didn’t activate and they perished along with their master.

The rainbow-colored light rampaged through the otherwise grey world, illuminating it, yet to the native creatures there, the beautiful light was like a deadly poison.

Eclipse roared in dissatisfaction, seemingly expressing displeasure at Feng Yuan’s destruction. As the altar was destroyed, the column of light became unstable, and the energy exchange gradually decreased. At this moment, the rune chains wrapped around the metal ring platform loosened and continued along the column of light towards the reflected world.

The rune chains didn’t enter the reflected world but paused at the connection between the two worlds before dispersing in all directions. Gazing at the rune chains spreading across the reflected sky, Feng Yuan’s lips slightly curled as he made a gripping motion with his left hand.

Feng Yuan looked expressionlessly down at the new Tower of Oblivion. Although the main area of activity for the Resurrectors was on the opposite side, he wouldn’t believe that this tower wouldn’t actively connect there without his presence.

With a swing of his sickle, its top directly pointing at the new Tower of Oblivion below, the runes carved on the metal ring seemed to come alive, releasing chains of runes identical to those above. These chains rapidly absorbed the surrounding power, transforming into a colossal energy dragon.

That energy dragon, flickering with blinding thunderous light, charged towards the new Tower of Oblivion below. Its dazzling light brightened the area, making even the rising sun seem dim.

The ground continued to tremble; it was the impact of the energy thunderous dragon striking the ground causing great tremors. Under the blinding light, ordinary people couldn’t see clearly what was happening, only Agunas and the like could see clearly that the energy thunderous dragons were continually striking the new Tower of Oblivion, driving out the Resurrectors housed within.

The Resurrectors, who fell from the tower, were instantly grabbed and devoured by the Energy Thunder Dragons that had been waiting nearby, rapidly assimilating them into themselves. However, the Energy Thunder Dragons seemed to have some issues with their aim; each time they used their tails to strike, they didn’t necessarily hit their targets, and a miss would result in a fierce lash on the ground causing violent tremors.

After a while, no more Resurrectors fell from the tower, and the Energy Thunder Dragons reluctantly flew away. However, the next moment, Feng Yuan again directed the sickle in his hand towards the new Tower of Oblivion. The Energy Thunder Dragons rapidly ascended into the sky, intermingling and merging with each other. "I’ve taken care of it!"

Old Wei looked at the Metal Ring platform below, where half of the brilliant energy torrent had disappeared, and remained silent. The energy used this time was quite substantial, originating from the entire Divine Land Region and accounting for more than half of its active energy. It had been squandered by Feng Yuan.

"You’re not going to be stingy, are you?"

After a while, a terrifying Energy Impact Shockwave expanded rapidly from the location of the Metal Ring platform, carrying the remaining active energy to various parts of the Divine Land Region.

As the glow faded, only the main Metal Ring platform remained in the high sky, the other six Metal Ring platforms had vanished. Feng Yuan turned and looked at the Ancient City of Yellow Sand, saying,

"It’s finally over, now to send this thing back."

Just then, Wu Feng arrived on the Metal Ring platform riding the Fire Vermilion Bird. As he jumped down from the Fire Vermilion Bird, Wu Feng said to Feng Yuan,

"Thanks for your timely action, or Featherwood City would have been in great chaos."

He didn’t blame Feng Yuan for the incident; it was a fact that the old tower had malfunctioned, and there was no need for the other to deliberately cause trouble. Feng Yuan smiled and said,

"I’ll leave the cleanup to you, I need to hurry and send this back."

Glancing at the Ancient City of Yellow Sand below, Wu Feng nodded in understanding. He could guess that this was indeed the abandoned Ancient City of Yellow Sand.
