Dimensional Tycoon: I Make Trillions in Every World
Chapter 45: Talisman and Plan

Chapter 45: Talisman and Plan

Despite the energy the talisman was emitting and being crafted with worn parchment, it looked ordinary on the surface.

Glowing in gray light, it had a black thread attached—simple, yet weirdly eerie.

Noa turned it over in his hands.

Its dormant power—qi, waiting to be unleashed—reached his skin and revealed the system description.

[Blessing Talisman]

Description: A unique talisman woven by a Dimensional Craftsman. It passively radiates enchanting spiritual qi in a wide area.

Features: +50% qi absorption rate; calms violent qi during breakthroughs; eases bottlenecks up to the Core Formation stage

Rarity: Legendary

’This is great,’ Noa realized, grinning. ’I can just gift it to my sect.’

Though the talisman had no direct use to him, he still found its usefulness, and knowing that an entire sect would go nuts after seeing it, he couldn’t wait to test its effects.

But there was much more that needed to be done.

Not only were the construction works unfinished, but Noa had a couple of matters to handle.

Including the egg that refused to hatch.

It just rested on his bed, unmoving, unaffected by the world outside.

"Let’s see how long you can stay here," Noa said, leaving the room and closing the door shut.

Only now did he concentrate on something else.

Of course, it was about the dimensional beings who noticed his presence and one day might even knock on his door.

Some of them would be stronger than Planet Ligma and its forces combined.

Others would have ill intentions, while some would try to make deals with him, and even though everything was still unknown to him, Noa remained composed.

Living like a divinity had its perks.

The most important factor was the confidence boost that allowed him to keep his cool.

What if the gods came? They would still have to pay for his goods.

Bloodthirsty demons? They’d better have the cash ready.

Karma was the superior power that stood above everything in every universe, and the only thing that could counter it was money.

Luckily for him, Noa was a tycoon.

And he would one day be the Richest Dimension Tycoon, controlling every rule of the universe, including Karma itself.

That’s...

That’s what Noa envisioned for his future, and leaving the hallway, he realized the store had two new customers.

Night was approaching, but the business still boomed.

And it wasn’t like they only bought rice.

Glancing at the successful transaction from the corner of his eye, Noa gestured for Chen Hao to come near him.

The bald boy nodded towards Hue Xanly before appearing in front of Noa.

He bowed, expectation flashing across his face.

Noa coughed.

"You have a contract to sign," he said, pointing toward the hallway he had just come from.

Chen Hao blinked.

He didn’t argue.

Why would he, when signing the contract and binding himself to Noa would be the most important moment of his life?

"Sure," he said, still blinking as his heartbeat quickened.

Before meeting Noa, he had no ambition, nor the drive to get stronger.

But after seeing what it meant to wield power beyond mortal comprehension and experience the amazing feelings the breakthroughs could bring, Chen Hao immediately got hooked.

Now, he spent every waking minute thinking about how to achieve greatness.

Even immortality seemed like a feasible dream as long as he remained by Noa’s side, and afraid that he would change his mind, Chen Hao moved swiftly.

As for Noa, he could understand what this boy was thinking.

Yet he had no problem with that, and guiding him toward the contract room, he thought about his next potential employees.

He wanted to complete the mission.

Having three contracted workers while he was about to sign the fourth one put him in a nice spot.

Nevertheless, options were nearly endless.

The only person Noa knew he wouldn’t sign was Yun Qiqi.

For one, she was a little kid—putting her through the laborious workload rubbed him the wrong way.

It wasn’t like he was desperate either.

"Take these papers and sign with your birth name," Noa said, handing Chen Hao the papers.

As soon as he walked inside the room, the boy knew this was no ordinary chamber.

The walls, desk, papers...

Everything felt foreign, as if he had left the world he knew.

His senses warned him, yelling at him.

Even the strange room they had just used to arrive on the second floor made him question reality.

Still, he did as he was told.

Then—

He glanced at Noa, and before a single word escaped his mouth, he blacked out.

"Sleep tight," Noa said, looking as his body went limp.

The fourth member of his group officially joined his team, and instead of waiting for him to wake up, Noa just left him there.

Just like Feng Fan and the girls.

Though in the latter case, Yun Qiqi found them and decided to make fun of their sleeping habits.

After leaving the contract room, Noa had nothing special to do for a little while.

So he joined the girls to see how they were doing.

The store looked calm.

No one could guess how crowded it was only an hour ago.

However, the passive effect of the service the system provided hadn’t disappeared, causing random passersby to visit it more often.

Yun Qiqi was still playing around with Senior Bao, while Qing Xuan was dealing with the last customer.

She was eagerly explaining something while scanning the product with a wide grin.

Sale completed!

This was the best day for the business.

Qing Xuan caught Noa’s eye.

No words were exchanged—it was nothing but a check-in.

’They are learning fast,’ Noa thought, studying everyone present.

Then he announced that the working hours were over and they should leave and rest.

Before they packed up, Noa knew he had quite some time before Feng Fan visited, so he wanted to use it and find the last employee for the mission.

But they wouldn’t be from this planet.

Noa had someone a person in mind.
