"It was just a courtesy to seek your acquaintance; I came here for one reason only. You must have already felt how stringent the Library is towards us Monster Tamers.

Why the All Things Library does this, you might have understood the underlying reasons to some extent.

If something similar happens again, how much longer we can stay here... unfortunately, I suppose we all lack confidence."

"The reason I’ve come to find you," Yang Yu said matter-of-factly, "is, to put it bluntly, to form an alliance with you and change the status quo. I will continually collect clues and share them with you. In return, if you have any important information, I hope you can share it with me. I will surely make good use of this information to reveal to the public why the Library is so harsh on demons, to protect our rights and prevent our allies from being senselessly slain within the Library."

Yang Yu spoke with clear logic and force, but the more he did so, the more Sakura Fall. Wulas felt he was a scammer who had been roaming the Martial World for years.

"What you’re saying makes sense. Unfortunately, I probably don’t have what you’re looking for, and I don’t have any money either."

Sakura Fall buried her left hand into the fluffy fur of Lotcar, and though she didn’t want to remember, some unpleasant memories surfaced in her mind.

"If you really are a Monster Tamer... then there are only the two of us Monster Tamers in the whole Library. You’ve just enrolled as a freshman this year; even if you discover or notice anything, you’ll likely be completely suppressed, with no one heeding your advice."

"It seems you do know something after all. But since you don’t wish to tell me, I won’t force you. However, one day I will make you tell me in person."

Turning slowly, Yang Yu prepared to leave. Before departing, he intentionally raised his voice,

"Even the faintest voices can be amplified to become undeniable. The purpose of your coming here can easily be guessed – you seek refuge.

But I can tell you unequivocally that this place you seek refuge in is the very place that discriminates most against us.

Before leaving, Yang Yu paused, took out a piece of paper from his chest, folded it into a plane, and tossed it towards Sakura Fall,

"There’s my address on it. If you change your mind, you can come and find me anytime. I have limited time and patience. Half a month is the longest I can wait."

Having said that, Yang Yu took his leave again, making his exit from the street before the night fully fell.

People meeting for the first time often wax eloquent, no matter how dazzlingly they speak, they will always be met with skepticism. Nagging will only backfire.
