Demon Hunter and His Cabin
Chapter 375 - Chapter 375 Chapter 375 Holy Spirit

Chapter 375: Chapter 375 Holy Spirit Chapter 375: Chapter 375 Holy Spirit After reaching a safe location, Goway did not dare to slack off. She found a cell phone and immediately dialed Roger’s number.

Time after time, there was no answer from the other end of the phone.

Goway was pacing anxiously. Currently, in Blair County, a congregating center for Transcendents, even those two Third Tier enemies wouldn’t likely appear in the city outright.

Staying here was undoubtedly the safest option.

Moreover, those two enemies were clearly targeting Roger. It was only because they had investigated some clues that they had found her estate.

But after hesitating for a moment, Goway still decided to leave.

“Is there any way to get me out of here?” she asked.

Goway approached the person in charge of the Round Table Knight Order in Blair County.

“Don’t worry, you’re very safe here. Not even a Third Tier can break in and harm you,” they reassured her.

However, Goway shook her head, “Their target is my friend, and I can’t get in touch with him at the moment. If he’s unprepared, he’ll be in great danger.”

“Alright then,” the person in charge nodded.

“Since that’s the case, I can find a way to get you out. We’ll first use the entrance here to enter the hidden Transcendent World of Blair County, then through an exit of the Transcendent World to return to the real world.”

“By doing this, you’ll shake off any potential tracking, and the rest will be up to you.”

Without delay, Goway immediately sprang into action. It wasn’t long before Lusfan, hiding in the shadows, let out a light gasp.

“Clever girl, she has temporarily shaken off my tracking through the Transcendent World,” he mused.

“Does that mean you’ve failed?”

William chuckled softly, his voice laced with a barely perceptible sneer.

“You always think too much. In my opinion, we should’ve just grabbed that girl and broken her limbs to make her talk about Roger’s whereabouts.”

“And if she still refuses to speak?”

William’s mouth twisted into a cruel smile.

“Then I wouldn’t mind showing this young lady just how powerful I am!!”

“Frankly, I’d also like to experience firsthand what makes a Secret Blood Witch different.”

“I’ve heard that women with this bloodline undergo fascinating changes when they do certain things.”

“You fool!” Lusfan scoffed coldly.

“Is this woman our goal? Do we care about that kid named Roger?”

“No, not really.”

“What we are interested in is the reason that guy is important to Abraham.”

“Don’t press your enemies too hard. When they are choking, they’ll opt for a quicker death.”

“Apply pressure, bit by bit, until they have no escape.”

Lusfan revealed a confident smile.

“We are Third Tier Transcendents after all, entering the third phase. Although we’re weaker than those with genuine heritage, a Third Tier is still a Third Tier.”

“If it weren’t for the restrictions of the contract, I’d really like to have a go at Abraham as he is now!”

William, shrouded in a large black robe, listened to Lusfan’s words. His eyes flickered subtly, but he chose not to say anything.

Do you really think I’m a fool?

All this effort, and isn’t it just to obtain the other half of the bones that the kid holds?

He took a deep breath.

“Now then, we’ve lost the target. What should we do?” he asked.

Lusfan smiled.

“It’s fine. Whether the girl runs or not, she’ll eventually try to contact that Roger.”

“Finding that Roger might be a bit troublesome.”

“But tracking down the girl is much simpler.”

“Once we’ve figured out her general area, the mark left on her will guide us to her!”

……

Roger had completed a whole night of training. He let out a breath, his mind stirred, and he left Mist Hut.

The new swordsmanship and Dharma Seal were very powerful. The creatures appearing in the mist were no longer a match for Roger.

Returning to reality and turning on his cell phone, he found a series of missed calls and message alerts.

“Goway?”

Roger furrowed his brows slightly, quickly realizing something must have happened.

“Thank heavens you’ve finally answered the phone!”

Before Roger could even ask, Goway spoke in an urgent manner.

“I was attacked at my home in Blair County last night by two Third Tier individuals, one of them tall and the other seemingly possessing Vampire lineage.”

“By their names, one is called Lusfan, and the other, William.”

“Their target is you, you must be careful, try to stay in busy areas, and don’t go out recklessly,” Goway instructed.

“Lusfan, William?” As Roger listened to the two completely unfamiliar names, he couldn’t recall provoking enemies above the Third Tier.

If there were any, it could only be…

“Could these two be connected with Abraham?”

“How did they find me then?”

Roger’s heart tightened.

“If they found me, does that mean Abraham is here too!?”

Wait a second!

Roger quickly realized something.

“You’re not hurt, are you?”

“How did you escape their attack last night?”

Goway quickly understood what Roger was implying but still quickly recounted everything that had happened the previous night.

“Where are you now?”

“Dublin,” Goway replied.

“Come to me, if I’m not mistaken you are already being targeted by those two,” Roger said after taking a deep breath. He was well aware of the combat strength of a Third Tier; if they truly wanted to capture Goway, they would never give her the chance to release her Companion Treants.

This was a trap.

“Impossible, I checked before leaving, and there are no Mental Marks left on me. Besides, I left Blair County through the Transcendent World,” Goway asserted, clearly unable to accept this outcome.

“The fact that they haven’t made a move until now shows that they indeed seek something else,” Roger said, standing at the entrance of the estate. In the morning sunlight, it wasn’t long before he saw a car hurrying up to the hilltop.

Henrik stood next to Roger, “I’ve seen the profiles of these two in the Bordeaux Branch before. Lusfan and William, they are two of the founders of the Three Holy Spirits.”

“According to their self-classification, Sacred Body, Sacred Heart, Holy Spirit.”

“Holy Spirit represents the Third Tier.”

Such opponents were no longer beings that could be killed with a sniper rifle alone.

“What do you need me to do?”

“Find Claudia, I may need her help if necessary!”

Henrik nodded, quickly retreating back into the estate.

“Roger…” The girl was pale, her eyes filled with fatigue.

“I’m sorry, you’ve still been dragged into this.” Roger sighed, “Don’t worry, I’ll find a way to compensate you.” Companion Treants were very important to Secret Blood Witches.

“Haven’t you said that to every woman you’ve ever known?” Goway’s delicate nose wrinkled, clearly a bit resentful.

Girl, I genuinely see you as a good friend, I’ve never thought about chasing you, but if you keep on like this…

While they were talking, two figures slowly emerged from the dense woods, the one in the lead was a handsome man in casual suit, and by his side was a giant of a man, towering like an Iron Tower.

“It’s them…” Goway’s pupils contracted slightly, she knew she had been fooled.

“Mr. Roger, it’s a pleasure to meet you for the first time, I am one of the founders of the Three Holy Spirits, you can call me Lusfan.”

“Beside me is my companion William.”

Lusfan smiled and nodded slightly.

“Mr. Abraham sends his sincere greetings.”

Roger’s muscles suddenly tensed.
