Lady Wen raised her eyes and looked at the way Xie Jianyu circled his arms around Zhang Fengxi’s body. She could not help but feel conflicted on her son’s behalf.

After dropping Liu Wenyuan at Wuyang Palace, Zhang Fengxi took Xie Jianyu back to Fuxi Palace.

After safely delivering Liu Wenyuan back to Wuyang Palace, an immense weight fell off their shoulders. The sky was especially blue, the air especially fresh, the clouds especially white and fluffy.

The Heavenly Realm was truly beautiful, very much unlike the hot, smelly and dimly-lit Demonic Realm.

The trip back and forth between two realms was beyond exhaustive. Right now, nothing was more interesting to Zhang Fengxi than a soft bed and a thick quilt.

On the other hand, Xie Jianyu, the Grand Tutor’s beloved student, could not relax for once.

"Did you insert the Thousand-Legged Centipede Spirit’s spiritual core into the Three Realm Spear?" he asked.

Xie Jianyu scoffed.

"Are you planning to rekindle your romance with him?"

An embarrassed smile spread on Zhang Fengxi’s face. His happy expression said everything. Xie Jianyu’s heart was flooded by relief, but he could also sense the prickly feeling of sadness.
