Chapter 260: Locations

"Wait! Your Majesty the holder of my life! This servant is a man!" The man among the women said loudly which made Yi Chen stop.

Si Ning tilted his head, he had no idea why the man just blurted out that or what he was going to use the information for because the man’s naked chest and face could be seen as a man’s, a man from Xilie, a man who was an enemy yet he had to open his mouth just to correct him that he wasn’t a woman. "Eh?" He reached for his waistbelt but his sword wasn’t with him if not he would have cut off the head of the man from Xilie who dared to talk to him.

"Your Majesty like men and this servant can pleasure Your Majesty to the highest form of pleasure, please Your Majesty use me in any way and form, this servant can bear pain, this servant can last long, this servant does not faint, this servant is clean, this servant is a good pleasurer doing both ways." The man explained trying to say he could be a top and a bottom.

Si Ning narrowed his eyes as he looked down at the ring on his finger, he didn’t wash his hands so the bloodstain was all over his ring, he quickly took a handkerchief from his pouch to wipe his ring clean. "I do not like men, I am in love with one man." He corrected as he turned away from the pretty man whose eyes were beseeching. "And he is the Emperor of Xiu." He admitted loudly. He missed Xiu Zhicheng so much that if he wasn’t driven to kill Ge Liang, he would have been on a horse running towards him just to see his handsome face, the face of his husband.

When the pretty man, the beautiful women and Yi Chen saw how Si Ning’s eyes turned sad like he was missing Xiu Zhicheng with longing and love circulating his eyes, they all knew all Si Ning said was true so the pretty man didn’t protest knowing that the Empress of Xiu was far from his reach and he allowed Yi Chen to take him out quietly without making a fuss while the women followed.

The ring wasn’t neat so Si Ning stood up and luckily he found a jug of water so he washed his hands clean, his cloth had a bloodstain on them but he doesn’t mind so he took his seat, his hand had started shaking again, he raised it to watch it as he felt the urge to practice with his bow but he had to keep his head level headed and not waste arrows.

After a while, Yi Chen and Xiao Pei came in and when Si Ning saw the map Yi Chen was holding he knew that Ge Liang’s location had probably been pinpointed and his blood surged with a new form of rage and excitement because he was getting close.

"General we are only able to pinpoint three locations on the map." Yi Chen said and brought the map to Si Ning, He spread it on the table. "Here, here and here." He pointed at the three locations which almost formed a triangle.

Si Ning turned the map over and over as he studied the three locations which were far apart, he could see that those three locations seemed to be like a large open space which could be either a cleared area or grassland because there was no sign of trees around, it was just like the current location they were, the location the Xilie army chose to rest without knowing they were going to be attacked by the reserved force of the Si army, it was an open space surrounded by trees which showed the land had been used as a campsite for a long time but it was much smaller on the map compared to the three locations Yi Chen pointed out. The locations could contain thousands of armies and seeing how there was a route from where they were leading to the locations so he could see why Yi Chen marked them out.

"Here I know the Imperial army had always had a secret base here to train." Yi Chen pointed at the south location. "but they also have another one here." He tapped another location leaving the third location in the middle.

"Hmmm." Si Ning could see that the locations were miles apart.

"From the way Emperor Qiu Bai operates, no one can tell where he will stay, he may leave the bases just to move to this third area or he may stay at one of the bases but among the two, I do not know and it may take days to confirm it." Yi Chen explained.

Si Ning closed his eyes to think as he taps his cheek gently. "Assemble the men." He said when he opened his eyes after what seemed like almost a quarter of an hour.

"Yes General." Xiao Pei replied and left.

"Your Majesty, I have to change the dressing of your wound." Song Feng that entered the tent announced, he was carrying a medical kit.

Si Ning didn’t reply, the bandage on his hand and fingers were now a mess, soaked with blood, the water only made a mess out of it so he raised his hand and placed it on the table as silent permission for Song Feng to get to work and Song Feng too didn’t waste time in opening the box and bringing out the medical supplies needed.

When Xiao Pei came in, Song Feng was just cleaning the cut which had already closed up so Si Ning gave him a ’hurry up’ look which made Song Feng work faster knowing that Si Ning was a busy man and couldn’t spend all day getting treated. When Song Feng was done and gave Si Ning some pills to take which Si Ning took with water, he reached for his pouch and gave the small pouch where he kept the two pills antidote to all poison Ah Dai made for him and gave it to Song Feng.

"It’s an antidote to cure all poison, check if you can recreate it." Si Ning instructed as he exit the tent to address his men before Song Feng could ask him any questions.

Everybody was already gathered waiting for his next order. "We have three locations that Ge Liang could be at and we can’t be at the three locations at the same time and for Ge Liang not to escape we have to divide ourselves into a group of three." He announced.

"General...."

"I want twenty six men in each group." Si Ning ignored Xiao Pei that was about to say something. "Shang Jin will lead one team with Yi Chen, I will lead one team and Jiang ChenMu will lead the third and we must meet at the end of the Blossom trees at the end of the day, the journey to each location will take at least three to five days so after seven days we must all meet at the end of the Blossom trees, each leader of a team will have a map, if you meet Ge Liang at any of this location, bring his head to me but either you meet or didn’t meet Ge Liang at the end of the day you must all come to the end of the Blossom trees but I have to warn you that each location may have more than ten thousands of army so if it is something a team is unable to handle do not engage and send for backup as soon as you confirm that Ge Liang is among them but if Ge Liang isn’t there, do not fight and process to our final meeting place, are we clear!"

"Yes General!" They all chorused as they started to split themselves.

"General this is dangerous, we can’t afford to split at this point, it might even be Ge Liang’s aim." Xiao Pei complained immediately after Si Ning was done with his instructions.

"Do you have a better plan?" Si Ning raised a brow.

"No General." Xiao Pei replied honestly.

"I have no time, the time I spend saying words after words, that bastard is getting away so Xiao Pei you will go with Jiang ChenMu."

"But General, I am your guard, my duty is to protect you." Xiao Pei complained as he gave off a vibe he was against going with Jiang ChenMu.

Si Ning sighed. "Jiang ChenMu is capable but he is still young, I need someone to be with him and prevent him from making a silly mistake, he might want to engage with hundreds of army for my acknowledgement so that is what I want you to prevent." He explained as he watched how Xiao Pei’s face twisted like he was in pain and deep thought, it was the first time he would see Xiao Pei wearing many expressions.

"Yes General." Xiao Pei finally agreed.

"Second Master, the man and the women who sell their bodies are the only ones alive, should I just kill them?" Yi Chen asked.

"Bound their hands, leave their legs, if fate says they will be saved then they will be saved." Si Ning told Yi Chen and saw him nod. He gestured to Jiang ChenMu and Shang Jin to come forward so they could work out the plan on the map. "Get the horses of the Xilie army, we move out!" He announced because was he was done explaining to Shang Jin and Jiang ChenMu, they should move out.
