Ye Chuan noticed that Bai Qianshuang was more interested in the food, practically glued to the food court, not even glancing at the amusement park rides.

Ye Chuan returned home with Bai Qianshuang and Lan Xiaoke.

"Oh, just delivering the medicine," Luo Xi replied indifferently.

Ye Chuan smiled, and with a flick of his wrist, a rose appeared in his hand. "And to see my girlfriend."

Luo Xi froze, seemingly curious about how he had conjured the rose. 

She looked at it, then at Ye Chuan's hand. "How did you do that?"

"Guess," Ye Chuan said, kissing her on the lips.

"Hmph." Luo Xi's face flushed, and she lightly slapped Ye Chuan's arm a few times.

Just then, Mother Luo walked out and saw Ye Chuan and Luo Xi playfully hitting each other. "Xiao Chuan, you're here."

"Auntie, I brought the medicine," Ye Chuan said, smiling. 

Seeing that Mother Luo's complexion was much better, almost like a healthy person's, he added, "I went out with some friends this afternoon, just got back."

He deliberately emphasized "friends," after all, he wasn't lying. He hadn't gone out with Bai Qianshuang alone.

There was also a busty ghost with them.

Luo Xi, hearing this, realized she had misunderstood and immediately started rubbing Ye Chuan's arm where she had hit him.

Father Luo seemed surprised by the price; it was quite a hefty sum.

"Chuan Chuan, isn't that a bit too expensive?" Luo Xi also asked.

"I'm not running a charity. The ingredients for this medicine are rare and valuable," Ye Chuan said. 

"Uncle, just tell them that. And we're giving them the first dose for free, that's already quite generous."

"And," Ye Chuan paused, then added, "Uncle, remember to have them sign a contract stating that we're not guaranteeing any results, and how they use the medicine is their own responsibility."

Father Luo understood what Ye Chuan meant and was surprised by his caution.
