After the two freshened up, they ate breakfast with Ye Qiu. Once they grabbed their things and got into the car, Ye Qiu drove to the neighborhood where Liu Lingxiu lived.

Liu Lingxiu had been up early, and Liu Daqing and Zhang Yuehong were also getting ready to take her to the university for registration.

Ye Qiu called Liu Lingxiu, and she came downstairs with her parents, carrying her belongings. They saw Ye Qiu’s car parked outside. Once they put the luggage in the car and noticed that Li Shen and Zhu Zhiming were already inside, they realized it might be a bit cramped with three more people.

"Ye Qiu, aren’t your parents coming along to drop you off?"

Asked Zhang Yuehong.

"No need for them to come; it’s not like it’s out of state. It’ll only take half an hour to get there."

Ye Qiu replied.

Liu Daqing and Zhang Yuehong exchanged smiles, acknowledging the truth in Ye Qiu’s words.

After helping Liu Lingxiu into the front passenger seat, Liu Daqing decided not to tag along, but Zhang Yuehong still insisted on coming to see the university.

Ye Qiu drove away and headed towards the area where Jin University was located.

Jinling University was situated by Xuanwu Lake, at the foot of Zijin Mountain. It was in a university district with several other institutions nearby. However, the most renowned schools were Jinling University and Jiangnan University.

Of course, Jinling University still held a higher status than Jiangnan University.

As Ye Qiu drove towards Jinling University, his phone rang. Taking it out, he saw it was Li Qianqian calling.

Over the summer, Li Qianqian had stayed home. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to travel, but Lu Xiuyu wouldn’t let her. Ye Qiu drove inside, found a spot, and parked. Soon, Li Qianqian, Zhou Muling, and Han Xiaowan walked over.

"Should I call you by your names now, or should I address you as senior sisters?"

"Definitely call us senior sisters."

Han Xiaowan and Zhou Muling chuckled.

After not seeing Ye Qiu for some time, they noticed that he no longer seemed as uptight and aloof as before. This change made him seem different to them.

"Senior Sister Zhou, Senior Sister Han, Senior Sister Qianqian, could you guide us through the registration process first?"

Ye Qiu said.

"Now you’re talking."

Li Qianqian replied.

The group unloaded their belongings from the car. Han Xiaowan and Zhou Muling helped carry Liu Lingxiu’s things.

As for Li Shen and Zhu Zhiming, although their Independent Institute was located on the Jin University campus, it was essentially a separate entity. Their independent institute even had its own building, though they shared facilities like the library, sports fields, and dining hall with the main campus.

Even so, Li Shen and Zhu Zhiming were ecstatic. They had thought they would end up working straight out of high school, but following Ye Qiu had somehow led them to enroll in such a prestigious university. They couldn’t decide whether to thank Ye Qiu or their own wise choices.
