We moved down the mountain in speed and when we got to Benjamin’s pub it was almost evening as the sun set. The place was abuzz and I was surprised to find Hunter, Everest, and Benjamin at the pup. The minute we walked in they stood from the corner and welcomed us.

"Old man, did you get lost ?" Hunter teased.

" Shut up" Uncle Cadman scolded him.

" Why does your face look all scrunched up" Hunter turned to me.

" We have a problem," I said.

Benjamin was the first to react and nodded as he beckoned us to follow him. We left the pub and walked into the fog and deep into a route in the mountain. He stood by the center of a meadow and then said " Speak. "

" You have two workers called Patrick Blue and David Owen?" Uncle Cadman asked.

" Yes. They are at the pub serving guests. One preparing the barbecue and the one serving drinks. " Benjamin responded.

" They are traitors. They held Enid, Judy, and Chaka kidnap Lucian" I seethed.

" What the fuck?" Everest growled.

" We better go back, " Hunter stated.

" We need a plan. They will be spooked if we go in angrily. So we better go back and attack without mercy after an hour. Watch them closely and ensure no one leaves the pub. " Benjamin stated.

" I don’t see why I need to hold myself back, ’’ I responded.

" Calm down and allow us to do what we do best, " Hunter stated.

" Fuck " I growled and then nodded.

We walked back to the pub, ordered drinks and I kept my beast at bay as Benjamin pointed at one short man, bulky with brown hair as Patrick Blue and then when the meat was served the man who served us was David Owen. Since the target had been identified, we drank and chatted for an hour. The whole rum was filled with laughter, buzzing sounds from the clinking of glasses, and of course the smell of the meat.

A phone call from Aspen made me stand out and walk outside to pick up the call " Aspen " I answered the call.

" Where are you ?" He demanded.

" Benjamin’s pub" I responded. " We are out with Uncle Cadman. I will be home late"

" Whatever " He disconnected the call.

" So much trouble " I snickered and walked back to the pub.

" I sense trouble, " Hunter stated as he watched me sit down with a huff.

" Aspen can be a tad bit possessive" I grunted.

" How about we get down to business," Hunter stated as he stood up, and luckily both Patrick and David were inside the pup.

" I will cover the back door " Benjamin left and Everest stood and walked to the main door.

" Yo, Patrick, I need more drinks here, " Uncle Cadman yelled with arrogance and annoyance.

" Are you David, how about you serve us more drinks?" Hunter stood up.

They both turned to each other in a panic. They checked the back door and Benjamin was leaning on it while the front door Everest stood like a rock waiting for them.

" Stand down " Hunter commanded and got down on his knees ’ The whole pub went quiet. " I don’t want to release my brother-in-law Commander Abram to take you down. He is in a pissy mood and I value Benjamin’s pub and don’t want him to tear it down "

Eyes darting everywhere they slowly lowered themselves on their feet. Hunter walked over cuffed them and dragged them out of the pub. We all left the pub and Benjamin told us that he would join us later.

" Where are we taking them? " Hunter asked.

" Koda council Jail " Uncle Cadman reported.

" Okay " Everest nodded.

We drove to the KODA council jail and locked Patrick and David.

" Why have you arrested us ?" Patrick Blue was the first one to speak.

" Kidnappers and Traitors don’t deserve to be explained as to why they have been arrested. " I spoke up.

" What evidence do you have ?" David snickered.

" Your foul mouth is the evidence " Uncle Cadman responded. " Let me warn you, I only brought you here so that I could report you to Alpha Conri. I can assure you that he will not hold back. We have been keeping him at home so that he does not kill anyone who is related to the kidnapping of his mate. "

" I had nothing to do with it. ’’ David staggered back.

" Shut your mouth, David, " Patrick yelled and growled.

" I know Conri will kill them. There will be no mercy." Everest chuckled.

" That bitch Judy has a loud mouth, " Patrick growled. " It was good that you killed her "

" Who told you that she is dead? " I stepped forward with a smirk. Patrick’s eyes widened and he shut his mouth. " Oh you have another spy"

" I feel like going on a hunt" Everest growled and Benjamin walked in at that moment.

" Me too" Benjamin walked in, and both David and Patrick staggered back in fear. " I remember when I heard you. I warned you, if you ever betray me what will happen to your families? I will not be merciful. I am giving you the last chance to tell me who it was that is feeding you with information. "

The whole jail room was silent as we stood in waiting. Lucian had told me once that Benjamin was scary but I had never witnessed it. He sounded so cold and his demeanor deadly.

" Speak " He boomed and Patrick went down on his knees while David collapsed on the floor.

" What ?" Hunter chuckled " Playing dead will only make it easy for us to deal with you "

David sat up and huffed and it made Uncle Cadman burst out in laughter. " I thought that I was scary but you guys combined are scarier "

" I am running out of patience " I seethed.

" He is a guard at Chugach prison. His name is Ethan and his wife is the waiter at the bar called Nichole, the waiter at the bar. " David confessed.

" Should I rename my pub to Traitors pub " Benjamin spoke up.

"No need. Replace all the staff in the pub. Dont trust anyone " Uncle Cadman stated " Just as I will replace all the guards in Chugach prison. "

" Patrick, how many of you are there in the pack ?" Benjamin pointed at him.

He was silent for a minute and it was Benjamin’s growl that made him yell " Two of them at Due Corporation "

" Shit " Hunter banged the wall and the whole place shook.

" Names " I commanded and David looked away in fear.

" Cynthia Evans and Derrick Dawn ’’ Patrick confessed.

" You guys go. I will remain on guard " Benjamin stated.

" Uncle Cadman and I will go to the prison, Hunter and Everest take the ones in Due Corporation. Let us meet back here once we get them" I stated.

" Sounds like a good plan" Hunter nodded as we walked out of Chugach prison.

Two hours later, we were back at the KODA Jail. We dragged the guard Ethan to the jail after he confessed after I broke off five of his fingers that there were six more guards. We dragged them to the KODA jail and locked them up. Hunter, Everest, Lovita, and Zeeb arrived half an hour later, dragging Cynthia Evans and Derrick Dawn into the prison.

" Good riddance " Zeeb stated. " Piece of trash"

" Why are you here ?" Uncle Cadman pointed at Zeeb.

" We needed their addresses to capture them," Hunter explained.

" And him ?" I asked.

" Reinforcements’ ’ Everest explained. " He will create a magic barrier around the prison and lock them up until Alpha Conri comes over "

Lovita moved and pushed magic into the Jail cells, one by one, and sealed them. He then rubbed his hands together and said " It’s done"

" Great" Uncle Cadman nodded as we walked out of the KODA council building and stood outside as the cold mountain air rose.

" I better get home before your brother eats my heart out " I chuckled and Hunter snickered. " You are being bullied by a baby"

"As you don’t know, do you? Aspen is an Alpha Gold Wolf " Uncle Cadman smirked at Hunter

" What ?" Hunter gasped and his eyes darted to each one of us and then he growled " You knew? You all knew ?"

" I better hurry home " Benjamin was the first one to speak and he boarded his car followed by Lovita and they left.

" I will see you later " Everest and Zeeb disappeared each rushing to their cards and left.

" This is my cue to leave " Uncle Cadman disappeared into the woods as I yelled at him " You are such a loud mouth"

"Goodnight Hunter " I turned around and used vampire speed as I left the KODA council jail amidst the curses and yells from Hunter Hemming. I got home half an hour later and found Aspen awake waiting for me in the living room.

" I am home" I announced. " We had a last-minute hunt and had to arrest some traitors and lock them up at the KODA council jail."

" What the fuck did you tell Hunter?" Aspen growled.
