LUCIAN’S POV

We landed in Tochigi eight hours late and since I had called ahead, Isamu already organized security at the airport and three cars to escort us and guards to protect us.

" Isn’t this a little extra?" Alexander demanded.

" Isamu must just want to be careful, " Lucian pointed out as we drove through the slippery roads with the sun high up in the sky and the ice melting.

" I thought Yari said Tochigi is always cold with Ice. " Alexander chuckled.

" Because it it’s. Today the sun is high up and it’s rare. " I responded.

We arrived at Isamu’s villa and there were so many cars parked outside the gate from a mile away and then going into the villa and even the villa where Lobo and Sayuri lived.

" Did someone die ?" Tizheruk asked.

" I doubt it. It seems like a very high-end car and I bet it’s the Yakuza meeting, " Conri stated.

The guards rushed to usher us into the villa and when we alighted Sayuri received us.

" Welcome " She smiled warmly and her baby bump was now showing.

" How are you? The pup is growing so well " Tizheruk noted.

" I am well. Forgive me but Lobo sent me to pick you up. You just arrived in Tochigi on time. The Yakuza have arrived from all corners of Japan and plan to oust Isamu."

" Why?" Conri demanded.

" They seem to be sent by someone named Cyrus Tharn from Tochigi, ’’ Sayuri explained. " At first I did not believe it. I thought it was another Cyrus Tharn but my gut feeling tells me it’s the old man. ’’ Sayuri complained.

" Shit" I cursed while Conri closed his eyes and shook his head in disbelief.

" He was pretending all this while. We need to have him locked up" Tizheruk whispered.

" Let me call Uncle Cadman and find out " I stated and made the call. He picked up on the third ring and said " You are so impatient Lucian"

" I know. Have you locked up Cyrus? He is already brewing trouble in Tochigi"

" Hunter and Everest took him down and he was screaming like a pig. He is now locked up in Chugach and Lovita knocked him out and put a magic barrier around him"

" Thank you, Uncle. I will inform you if we need any further information. " I disconnected the call. " You all heard that, he is already in prison. "

" Call Commander Abram. Let him and the battalion go to the pearl farm and do a search. I am sure they will come up with something or whatever it is that Cyrus has been hiding there" I instructed Lucian and he made the call as we listened in while he requested Commander Abram.

" It’s done " Lucian nodded and laced his fingers with mine.

" Let us deal with the matter at hand " Alexander’s voice rose. " We need to show the Yakuza that there is only one boss and that is Isamu. Squash the credibility of Cyrus and his goons.

" Agreed" We all responded and Sayuri beamed with joy.

" Come on," Sayuri beckoned as we walked deep into the garden where the Yakuza members were seated looking grouchy and annoyed. The guards paved the way as we walked to the table that Isamu and Lobo sat on. They both stood up and the silence followed as the Yakuza members bowed.

" King of wolves " Isamu’s voice boomed as he bowed at Conri and they embraced.

" It’s good to see you Yakuza leader" Conri caught on to the act and responded.

Isamu then moved to Tizheruk and bowed " Serpent sea god, welcome to the Tochigi"

" Thank you, Yakuza leader. " Tizheruk turned and said " This is Alexander, my second in command.

"It’s a pleasure Yakuza leader " Alexander nodded.

" Ceo Lucian Freki " Isamu shook hands with me and I nodded at him " Thank you for the warm welcome. "

" It’s good to see you Lobo " Conri walked over and embraced him.

" Alpha Conri, it is always a pleasure to meet you, you are welcome in Tochigi " Lobo responded with a smile.

Zineb arrived just on time and she rushed over to hug Tizheruk. Her pump was grown and she smiled up at him " I am so happy you are here"

" It’s good to see you Zineb " Tizheruk patted her head and Zineb beamed, making all of us smile. The yakuza members were all in shock as they stood up to watch us.

" Ladies and gentlemen of the Yakuza, let me introduce you to my friends. This is the serpent sea god, Tizheruk Bering, his second in command Alexander, King of Wolves and Alpha of the Golden shifter pack and one who wields the Adora crystal, Conri Dolf and his mate CEO Lucian Freki, of the Due Corporation."

" Did he say Freki?"

" Serpent sea god?"

" King of wolves?"

" Adora? Does the crystal exist?"

" Isamu, did you bring your friends here to threaten us?" A man stood up and spoke.

" Who the fuck is this ?" Zineb asked and raised an eyebrow.

" My name is Mai Akira."The man raised his chin. We all stared at him and he had a canny resemblance to Edin’s Abyssal.

" Am I seeing my things ?" I spoke up in a whisper.

" No. He has the same bloodline as Edins. One of Abyssal’s offspring" Lucian stated.

" So your father is Abyssal?" Tizheruk spoke up and Mai’s eyes widened.

" I have no idea what you are talking about " He denied.

" The King of Wolves is standing right here. No shifter wolf can hide his lineage from him " I chuckled.

" We are here to discuss Isamu and not my son " A middle-aged woman stood up.

"Ma, calm down " Mai patted her arm.

" You allowed yourself to sire a child with Abyssal ?" I chuckled and shook my head.

" I don’t care who you are but you have no right to speak to my Ma that way " Mai’s eyes blazed.

" I apologize," I nodded. " Your mother has nothing to do with what is going on " I added sarcastically and heard Conri’s low chuckle.

" What ?" She gasped and held her chest in pain.

" I have some news for you. Cyrus is in jail. A cell deep in the mountains and it’s guarded by a crazy man who loves snapping fingers one by one as they heal and grow back" I announced. " So if you came here to oust Isamu you are mistaken. The only Yakuza boss that we recognize is Isamu"

Some loyal members of the Yakuza cheered and watched as Sayuri’s eyes watered in happiness at the support we were offering.

" As the serpent sea god, I dare anyone who thinks that I would support them and not Isamu to step forward. " Tizheruk’s voice boomed in the garden and his power could be felt as it bounced off his body. There was pin-drop silence in the garden and then Tizheruk snickered " I thought so. "

" Are you threatening us?" Mai demanded but his body trembled and we could all smell fear from him.

" No. Isamu is Yakuza and Yakuza is Isamu" Conri said. " As the King of Wolves, he has my full support. "

" As the serpent sea god, he has my full support. " Tizheruk stated and Alexander added, " The serpent army supports Isamu the Yakuza leader."

" Do I need to say more?" I chuckled.

" You have nothing to offer, " Mai snickered.

" I Lucian Freki, CEO of Due Corporation, whose value is more than one Trillion dollars, offered my support. And as a Freki wolf, Isamu will always have my protection. How is that for an offer?" I smirked.

"That is a fucking awesome offer and I doubt no one in this room can match up to the power and wealth that our friends have offered. " Sayuri chuckled and the Yakuza members cheered on. Mai, his mother, and one man who was seated with them at the table stood up to leave.

" Tell the old man, I know what he has been doing. And I am waiting for him to come to me. I took away the shifter powers of your brother Edins, and I will take away all the shifter powers that he has taken over the years and allow Aipaloovik as a host. " Conri spoke up and we watched as blood drained from their face and what was left was fear.

" A word to Izak and Autin. Tell them that Lucian is waiting for them. I know what they did in the past, and I am ready to drain the life out of them " I growled and a low rumble escaped my chest and it vibrated across the room.

" You are all talk and no bark " The man who was beside them snickered and before he turned to leave, Alexander released Yari and he shifted into a human form and stood before the man. In seconds the man landed on his feet and kowtowed in fear.

" How is that for a bark ?" Zineb giggled and Tizheruk could not help but smile.

" Nami, did you think you could hide from me? You were the one who released Aipaloovik. How dare you plan to cause a calamity to the shifter race?" Yari’s voice boomed as he stared down at the man with rage and fury.
