Anisha pulled Duciana by the hair as she yelled and dragged her out of the office. Zeeb moved out of the way and closed the door as they left.

"Fucking bitch," I seethed.

The drive back to the Freki mansion was solemn, as I felt sorry for Conri for all the suffering he had gone through. By the time I reached the mansion, my body felt tired, and I headed to the shower first. Hours later, I sat by the patio sipping beer and staring into the deep fog of Mount Chugach.

I walked to the meadow in the middle and stood in, waiting for the person to show themselves. I could hear the light breathing and sense the presence of the intruder. We were at a stalemate, as they refused to show themselves. I pushed the power of Freki into the woods and it seemed the person was too clever and hid himself.

I paced up and down and finally, I ran out of patience, growled so loud, and yelled, "Who the fuck are you?
