ISAMU POV

Twenty-four hours later, Lobo was still unconscious. I paced up and down the Secluded villa and Kaka never appeared. I knew that he was laying low waiting for the trouble to be over but I was not patient enough. I left the secluded villa and walked into my home, went to the bedroom, and lay down to sleep.

When I closed my eyes, the visions of how powerful Conri Dolf was made my cock hard. I was surprised that he had this effect on me and finally understood what Lobo saw in him.

But!!

We had failed. Failed to secure his powers, Tizheruk and the Tabular. My wolf no longer was interested in the power of the Tabular and my vampire beast felt the same. Our shift was now on Conri Dolf. His power made my body radiate in submission and even the power of the Tizheruk never made me feel this way. I wished Lobo was awake so that he could share more information about Conri Dolf. Sleep took over and I closed my eyes and slept.

The scent of Zineb Aria woke me up and I jolted from the bed, only to see her sleeping soundly next to me. My wolf howled in happiness and I felt my heart constrict at the sight of her safe and sound in my bed. I smiled sadly knowing that Sayuri and Kata had succeeded and that meant I would have to marry them as promised.

I lowered myself on the bed, pulled Zineb in my arms, and went back to sleep, happy that my mate was back safe and sound. When I came to it, I was alone in the bed and in a panic but Zineb’s voice rose from the corner of the room" I left you alone and you gained a wife and husband"

" Zineb" I croaked.

"What makes you think I would accept it?" She turned to me, her eyes filled with rage and tears.

" I had no choice. I need you safe and sound, " I explained. " I almost went crazy when we could not find you. I went to Chugach to find you but there wasn’t a trace of you. Lobo was the one that reasoned with me and it made me sane for a moment as he worked to harness and wield the Tabular crystal.

" Choice? Did you think about me when you made that decision" She snapped.

" You were the only one I thought about when I sent them to get to you " I got up from the bed, walked over to the corner of the room, and sat on the chair that was opposite hers.

We stared at each other in silence and then she huffed and said " I don’t like it"

"Neither do I " I whispered. " What happened?"

" There was a strong sea creature. She could make a whirlpool and the other was a woman. I have no idea what kind of shifter she was but she knocked me so fast and I could hear the sound of my wolf bowing to her. "

"Only two of them?" I asked in shock.

" There were more. I never saw them" Zineb rubbed her eyes. " After that, I woke up at the Chugach prison. Lyal was in the next cell with me. "

" What? Your brother Lyal?"

" Yes. The old guard at the prison was no ordinary wolf. I think that we have been missing out on the nature of the wolves in Chugach. This old guard has powers that feel like he is a witch. I could not put my finger into it. That is until Kata teleported into my cell and got me out. Sayuri was fighting the old guard and even got hurt but Kata was quick to get us out of there. It was messy and bloody. I suspect that Elder Amaya must have sensed her daughter was in danger as she sent vampires to rescue us by the end of Mount Chugach. The rest is history and am here"

I pulled her into my lap and said " I would do anything to ensure that you are safe"

" Marrying those two is not advisable Isamu"

" You are my mate. I will marry you first. " I smiled at her.

She smacked my chest and growled " What makes you think that I want to share"

" Oh Zineb, I only said I would marry them not sleep with them " I whispered and pressed our lips together. We shared a deep kiss that was filled with comfort and desperation.

A knock on the door interrupted us and then Isamu ended the kiss and growled " What is it ?"

"Sir, Elder Kanji, Kata, Elder Amaya, and Sayuri are in the living room. They demand to see you, " The guard announced.

" Demand ?’" I growled and there was no response from the guard. " What time is it ?" I spoke more to myself

" You have been asleep for close to forty-eight hours " Zineb stated. "I heard what happened to Lobo. "

" We failed. " I whispered. " I never expected that Conri Dolf was so powerful"

" Why do I feel a tone of admiration for him in your voice? You sound like Lobo" Zineb responded curtly.

" He is the king of wolves" I informed her and her jaw dropped.

" I bet this information was held when the person narrated the story of what happened to you " I pointed out.

" They did not mention it " Zineb responded in embarrassment

" Even though Tizheruk has power, and he is the serpent sea god, Conri Dolf is the king of wolves. His power is so immense and even more sore I suspect that Lucian’s powers are merged with him. Even when I met Tizheruk, I had never felt such power"

Zineb gritted her teeth and stood up to leave.

" I am only stating facts. " I explained.

" I am not a fool. That is how Lobo started and now looks, he is in a coma because of his obsession. " Zineb growled.

"Oh Zineb Aria, you are so jealous yet you are the only person who has the capability of moving me and occupying my heart" I whispered down to her.

Her mouth shut and she looked speechless.

" Cat got your tongue?" I teased her.

" You have rendered me speechless. But let me warn you Isamu, I can understand that you needed Sayuri and Kata to rescue me. But Conri Dolf is a topic that I would never entertain. " She turned to leave and I pulled her back and kissed her with so much passion that she moaned into the kiss and wrapped her hands around my body.

An hour later, we were showered and dressed as we walked out of my bedroom and headed to the living room where Elder Kanji and Elder Amaya, together with Sayuri and Kata waited for us.

" You are all here, " I said and walked to sit on the couches and pulled Zineb next to me.

" Let us cut to the chase, now that our kids have fulfilled their duty, you need to play your part. ’’ Elder Kanji spoke up.

" You are a traitor, Elder Kanji. " I calmly responded. " You let the lions into our den and now look at what happened to Lobo and the Tabular crystal.

"You are the one who let Lobo into the Yakuza " Elder Amaya snapped and in seconds Zineb had her off the couch and pinned on the floor as Sayuri yelled.

" My brother is none of your business. " Zineb retreated and sat back next to me.

" You do have a temper love" I pointed out. " Calm down, please.

" Do the Yakuza understand loyalty? How could they think that Conri and Tizheruk were up to no good? My brother is in a coma and now we all have to bow to Conri Dolf. Do you even know that Tizheruk petrified all of you? "

" I only learned of it later when Elder Kanji mentioned it. " Elder Amaya snapped as she sat back on the couch with the help of Sayuri who shot daggers at Zineb.

" You underestimated an enemy. One is the serpent sea god and the other is the king of wolves. " Zineb yelled.

There was pin-drop silence in the room before Kata asked " Why does Isamu let you disrespect us?

" As my mate, she is on equal footing with me. I will marry her first and then we can hold the ceremony for the two of you after. I will have fulfilled my promise to both of you. And thank you for rescuing Zineb " I stated.

" I don’t see why you can’t marry all of them at one ceremony, ’’ Elder Amaya insisted.

" Because Zineb is my true mate. " I growled. " And I will only mate with her"

"What" Both Sayuri and Kata stood up in shock.

" Don’t tell me you expected Isamu to sleep with you? "Zineb’s eyes blazed at them. " My mate will only lie with me and no one else. Get that through your thick skulls. You wanted to marry him, he agreed. But mating, that is something I will never agree to"
