Chapter 82: Chapter 82: Noble Excrement

"Silence, as a noble member of the Blood Clan, how could you utter such vulgar language!"

Gallier rebuked Wen Wen, then suddenly paused, incredulous as he looked at Wen Wen. Why could he resist my command?

"Judging from your aura, you should be a vampire transformed by Tao Qingqing, which would make me your bloodline elder. You are supposed to obey my orders, so why can you defy them?"

"Tao Qingqing was transformed by you?"

Wen Wen’s pupils dilated slightly. The older a vampire, the purer its bloodline, the stronger its strength. So, this guy must be a vampire stronger than Tao Qingqing.

There are no native vampires in the Capital District. All yellow-skinned vampires are transformed by foreigners, and this man seems to be from the Golden Eagle District...

Therefore, he might be difficult to deal with.

"Correct, it was I who transformed her..." Gallier rested his hand on his chin, revealing a perverted smile.

"She refused my invitation and even insulted me. So I transformed her. Before her transformation, she was so proud and disobedient, but afterward, she became obedient like a dog..."

"Unfortunately, I grew tired of her later, so I let her act on her own. Unexpectedly, she transformed you into such a problem. In a few days, I intend to capture her again and educate her properly."

Wen Wen was slightly annoyed. One should not strike a dog before its master. This fellow openly spoke of abusing Wen Wen’s pet, which irked him.

"You probably won’t have that chance now. She is now my pet. It’s impossible for you to contend with me for a pet, but I could send you to keep her company!"

Gallier’s eyes widened even more in surprise, "Oh? The one who transformed you doesn’t have bloodline control over you either. So, either something has happened to you or you are a unique breed!"

"Excellent, now I am even more curious about you. If you cooperate with me to thoroughly investigate the problem with you, I will spare your life," Gallier said, looking aggressively at Wen Wen, now considering him to be of great value.

In the Golden Eagle District, within the vampire society governed by the Vampire Elder Council, any vampire that exhibits special abilities will be sent to the Council for individual education.

Gallier did not know why this was, but he knew that even those high-blooded members of the Council considered such unique vampires precious. So this time, he had found a treasure!

"Spare me... If all goes well, I might spare you," Wen Wen spoke the truth, naturally. He planned to catch this vampire and bring him to the Sanctuary, so he would not harm him.

Gallier was at a loss for words. In the strictly hierarchical vampire society, a lower-level vampire defying him like this represented a great insult. Wen Wen’s repeated defiance made it hard for him to save face, and he snorted coldly:

"You are young, yet your words are bold. The reason I accepted this mission is that I heard of a low-level vampire serving as a dog for a Hunter, who also happens to be my blood descendant!"

"So I came to deal with you personally. This is your honor! If you have the pride of a vampire, you should surrender where you stand!"

"Ah ha..."

Wen Wen was somewhat speechless. There was a communication barrier between him and this guy. Wen Wen taunted Gallier:

"In fact, I’ve been wanting to say this... who the hell do you think you are? Appearing and blabbering incessantly. If you want to fight, fight. If not, then surrender to me. Stop pretending to be some big shot here!"

"A vampire’s strength increases with age. You are just a young vampire. You should speak to me with more respect and formality!" Gallier, furious, suddenly quivered, emitting an inexplicable aura.

This aura was useless against other creatures and could only be used to intimidate vampires. Among different vampires, they could establish superiority and inferiority just based on their aura.

However, Wen Wen couldn’t feel it. He raised an eyebrow. He had thought this guy was a tough character, but unexpectedly, he just kept rambling on, just like the stereotypical villain in old movies.

Wen Wen decided not to waste his breath on this guy any longer. With a tap of his toe, he charged at the vampire. In the midst of the charge, the Catastrophe Gloves manifested.

In order to show respect to this lunatic vampire, Wen Wen was going to use his strongest punch.

"After feeling my aura, you still dare to come at me? You really are an ignorant kid who doesn’t know how high the sky is or how deep the earth is. I always said that you people from the Capital District are not suitable for our development because none of you understand reverence," sneered Gallier, his brow furrowing as he extended a hand towards Wen Wen, aiming for his fist. "There’s a chasm-like gap in strength between us. Your punch might be strong against others, but once I grip it, with just a light effort, you’ll suffer a crushing fracture."

Bang!

A muffled sound, the noise of bone shattering, carried far in the empty abandoned building.

But the bones that shattered were not Wen Wen’s—they were Gallier’s!

His arm bone snapped directly under the immense force of Wen Wen’s punch, the split bone piercing through the skin and revealing itself, the entire arm dripping with blood.

"Impossible! You’re just an inferior blood descendant who has been transformed a second time. How can you possibly have strength greater than mine!" Gallier looked at Wen Wen in disbelief.

There was a reason for the strict hierarchy of the Blood Clan. Gallier was a pure-blood, and those he transformed were mixed-bloods. If a mixed-blood transformed another, they produced an inferior breed, and the inferior breed no longer had the capacity to transform other vampires!

In situations where levels were equal, pure-bloods were supposed to utterly overpower the inferior breed!

Therefore, if Wen Wen truly were the vampire transformed by Tao Qingqing as Gallier thought, he would indeed be overwhelmed.

But Wen Wen wasn’t!

Wen Wen possessed the same level of strength as Tao Qingqing, and with the addition of his own physical strength, he was nearly, if not already surpassing, Gallier’s strength.

Furthermore, with the power boost from the Catastrophe Gloves, the strength in Wen Wen’s right hand was at least twice that of Gallier!

Don’t underestimate this doubling. The strength of the two was already close, but with this additional gap, it directly created a vast chasm of power between them!

So for Gallier to use one hand to block Wen Wen’s attack, it was simply suicidal. One couldn’t say Gallier was foolish; it was just a matter of being misinformed about each other’s capabilities.

Having landed a punch, Wen Wen didn’t give Gallier any chance to catch his breath. He grabbed his collar with the left hand and pummeled his delicate, fair face with his right.

Left and right, after only five or six punches, Gallier was battered to a pulp, his head even starting to look misshapen.

Wen Wen grabbed Gallier by the neck, lifting him up and tilting his head, asked, "Now can you tell me who ’that guy’ is... If you don’t tell me, I will turn the noble Blood Clan into noble corpses and then potentially into noble excrement."
