Chapter 406: Chapter 404 Support Arrives

On the afternoon of the second day, Feng Ruixing and Heng An stood on the rooftop of Ruixing Building, waiting for the support promised by "Black Cross" to arrive.

As the scheduled time approached, Feng Ruixing couldn’t help feeling anxious.

They were told to wait on the roof of the building, could it be that the support was flying in?

Indeed, it was flying in.

A tiny black dot appeared in the sky, accompanied by the distinct cries of a yingying.

Suddenly, four figures dressed in black and red robes fell from the sky to land beside Feng Ruixing and Heng An.

As the two watched these four figures descend and looked up again, both the giant eagle and the figure upon it had already vanished from sight.

All four figures were clad in black and red cloaks with hoods, their faces seemingly covered with masks, making their features indiscernible.

However, Feng Ruixing could vaguely sense danger and an oppressive aura emanating from these four people, so he was sure they must be stronger than himself!

Heng An’s perception of their strength was even more direct, he could feel the surging Superpower within them, causing his own body to tense instinctively.

Due to his unique body, the Superpower of a superpower user like Feng Ruixing had no effect on Heng An. To elicit such a reaction from Heng An, these four must be at least of the Assimilation Realm.

Or... they could be Disaster Level monsters!

Heng An was more inclined to think these four individuals were monsters, especially since the giant eagle that brought them was a creature imprisoned in the Sanctuary; therefore, these four might be monsters kept in even higher levels of the facility.

Having received this feedback from Heng An, Feng Ruixing’s smile all but split his face.

On his side, there were four powerful beings of the Assimilation Realm, whereas the opposition was just a mysterious organization that wouldn’t even disclose its name. How could he possibly lose this fight?

The very top floor of Ruixing Building was a luxurious presidential suite occupying an entire level, designed to host corporate guests.

Feng Ruixing had already cleared out this level in advance, preparing it as accommodation for the support team. By evening, they would move into the training facility.

If it weren’t for the conspicuously red robes on these four, Feng Ruixing would have even prepared some ’exciting’ activities.

Holding a pure silver goblet and sitting comfortably in a chair, Tao Qingqing stretched her body with pleasure.

Being outside was different from being in a cell; here, there was enough space to move around freely and enjoy fine food and wine.

Accompanying her were three other Disaster Level monsters, namely Little Red Riding Hood, Yan Biqing, and Angel of Universal Light, with Tao Qingqing as the leader of the four.

Though she had just been promoted and was arguably the weakest among them, she was the one who listened most to Wen Wen’s words.

Like now, all she was doing was drinking.

Meanwhile, Little Red Riding Hood had already started dismantling various electrical appliances in the presidential suite, Yan Biqing was shuttling nonstop among the communication devices, and Angel of Universal Light was holding the "Creation Record," reciting it loudly.

Even though these three monsters had helped Wen Wen fight more than once, this was their first time having the freedom to move about...

Tao Qingqing smiled, feeling truly good about this.

Once back at the Sanctuary, Wen Wen immediately changed out of his robe, picked up a piece of information next to the table, and came out again, this time appearing in an apartment in Qingchuan City, right beside a Scavenging Demon.

Since he could only move in and out of the Sanctuary by utilizing the chains within the bodies of the monsters, he first ordered the Yingying Monster to fly towards Ruixing Building; when it got close, he would appear and drop off the four supporters.

This method of teleportation was a bit troublesome for now, but as Wen Wen trained more and more monsters, he would be able to deploy his low-level monsters around the world, allowing him to appear anywhere in a short span of time!

But that was a long-term plan, not something that could be achieved quickly. At least, he wouldn’t feel at ease releasing them until those monsters were as tame as Tao Qingqing.

For now, Wen Wen’s task was to sweep through all the accumulated strange events in Qingchuan City according to the intelligence on that paper!

With Black Cross on the move elsewhere, Wen Wen was cleaning up monsters on this side, which could eliminate most suspicions towards him.

"Then may I eat humans?"

"Yes... but you must follow my commands," said Ben Bo’er helplessly.

For the past few days, they had been hiding in the sunless sewers.

This was not because they had nowhere else to go, but because the environment in the sewers was most suitable for them, being on land was unacceptable as it was far too dry for their comfort.
