This conference room was currently being used. The academic advisor, with Xu Xiaoyan and Yan Fei, sat on one side, while two ranking officials from the school sat on the other side.

"Hello, students!" one of the officials began the conversation as soon as he had settled into his seat. "As a school, we do share in the responsibility for what has transpired. Now, we would like to know if you are willing to leave this matter entirely in the school’s hands?"

Before the young lady could answer, Yan Fei jumped in, "Hello, sir. May I ask, if we entrust this matter to the school for resolution, what kind of actions are you planning to take?"

With some hesitation, the official responded, "This situation is slightly complex. Let me explain. Our school can withstand their pressure, yet in consideration of Classmate Xu Xing’s future schooling needs, we made some concessions."
