Chapter 936: Chapter 219: Official Business of the Dragon Clan_2

"Daisy and Ruona have already gone to the Far East Silk Continent, and you’ve come at an unlucky time as they are out on a trip. Wait for them to return, then come to visit them," Liu Zhenhan shrugged his shoulders, saying happily, "It’s an honor for me to receive the approval of the Dragon Clan."

"The Far East Continent? Pure folly!" the Seven-Colored Dragon, Ibrahim, was a bit enraged. "We Dragon Clan are the protectors of the Aegean Continent. To rashly visit another continent, what if something dangerous happens?"

"Rest assured! My Fire Crane magical pet is the local expert. The two of them are just traveling," Liu Zhenhan smiled slyly.

"They must return! The other continent is murky waters, how can they just go as they please!" The Seven-Colored Dragon’s face darkened. "Puskas is a respected master of our Rainbow Dragon City, and he thinks highly of you. I hope you can call them back soon, Dragon City has responsibilities they should be shouldering!"

Liu Zhenhan neither promised nor refused, adopting a stance that silence is golden.

"This trip of ours concerns not only private matters but also official business," the gaze of the Fairy Dragon, Luna, drifted towards His Majesty wearing the Golden Thorn crown among the crowd.

"Since the Golden Family of Beamon vanished into the winds, our Beamon has not engaged with the noble Dragon Clan for a thousand years. May I ask what has brought the couple from Dragon City here, and how might your friends in the Bimon Kingdom serve you?" His Majesty placed his hand over his chest and tapped his shoulder with the golden staff, the highest gesture of courtesy he could display.

"This official matter really isn’t such alarming news. Although Beamon is now in a safe corner of the world, it should still have the right to know this information." The words of the Fairy Dragon, Luna, made the Beamon slightly uncomfortable, but she herself didn’t seem to notice: "As the guardians of the entire continent, we guarantee with the reputation of the two great Dragon Cities that the ten thousand years are almost up, and the Demon Clan’s invasion is inevitable. Currently, the Kalimdo Plains are occupied by humans, but there are space-time rifts in both the Southern Cross Star Forest and the Bering Mountains. If the Demon Clan invades, even though those places won’t be the main passages, the Bimon Kingdom must be vigilant. The legend of the Dumb Moon is well known to those of you with a deep historical heritage, so I won’t elaborate further."

"The Demon Clan’s invasion?" The Beamon nobles showed signs of an uproar. In the three World Wars, the deep scars left by the Demon Clan’s invasions were the most painful. The Bug Clan, Beamon’s largest bloodline, had been annihilated in that war, directly resulting in the loss of two assault-type battle anthems.

Liu Zhenhan curled his lips; he had known about this for a long time, nothing surprising there.

Mourinho only arched his eyebrows, saying nothing.

"Everyone be quiet!" roared His Majesty.

"The development of humanity has reached unimaginable heights over these tens of thousands of years. Ten thousand years ago, our Aegean Continent did not have magical puppets, such complicated magical subsystems, or such refined armor. To guard against the Demon Clan’s equally remarkable development, this time, to learn from past lessons, both our Rainbow Dragon City and Morning Star Dragon City will prepare to intervene directly in the war process, as it’s about the stability of the entire continent. The last time the Demon Clan used ’Submergence Magic’ to sink the home of the Moon Elves deep into the abyss, we Dragon Clan have carried this infamy for a long time." Fairy Dragon Luna also made a quieting gesture: "We have even decided to temporarily allocate some ordinary Giant Dragons as mounts to some outstanding human knights during the war phase, but there won’t be many. Once the battle against the Demon Clan erupts, if the Bimon Kingdom struggles in the conflict, we will provide some aid."

"Mass produce Dragon Priests or Dragon Knights?" The eyes of all Beamon Priests were ablaze with enthusiasm.

"The two Dragon Cities will not interfere with the will of the ordinary Giant Dragons, so the number we can allocate is limited, and the Bimon Kingdom is not the main battlefield, so such an occurrence is not possible," the Seven-Colored Dragon, Ibrahim, chuckled wryly. "Everyone, what really influences the course of a war cannot rely solely on Giant Dragons; the true backbone is the brave soldiers."

Upon hearing that the Dragon City couple didn’t really respect Beamon, even His Majesty Grecke Sal’s face seemed a bit embarrassed, and the ordinary Beamon nobles felt even more humiliated. There was a time when Beamon proudly dominated the Aegean, and to have fallen to this state was a bitter pill to swallow.

"I’ve heard that the Bimon Kingdom is about to wage war with the Desert People. In the vast Taklamago Desert, even our Dragon City has not ventured, as it is a land of mystery and a sea of death. You must resolve the war quickly. When the Dumb Moon comes to the Aegean, the battle with the Demon Clan will inevitably explode. It is vital that we accumulate strength now, with less than a year left to prepare. Have no worries! Dragon City will not sit idly by and watch Beamon’s defeat. Since we have the foresight, we must fight a prepared battle, and as powerful as the Demon Clan is, they may not be able to sweep across the continent like ten thousand years ago," said Fairy Dragon Luna, noticing the embarrassment of Beamon.

"The population and lands of the Bimon Kingdom may no longer rival the past, but the passion in the blood of Beamon warriors has never faded. We have irreconcilable differences with the Demon Clan! Whether or not we have the aid of the Dragon Clan, Beamon has no reason to just watch the wars unfold," proclaimed His Majesty Grecke Sal with pride and vigor: "The Bimon Kingdom, even down to the last soldier, will never give up the Donau Wasteland!"

"Beamon is still Beamon after all! The blood is not yet cold!" praised the Seven-Colored Dragon, Ibrahim. "With that being the case, our Dragon City has nothing to worry about!"

"I swear," His Majesty Grecke Sal spoke word for word, "I will never let any member of the Beamon race vanish from our kingdom again! What was once lost, one day I shall retrieve with my own hands alongside all the Beamons!"

"Though it’s not as great as it once was, the magnanimity of this vast kingdom still demands my admiration," the Seven-Colored Dragon Ibrahim laughed heartily. "Your Majesty truly deserves the title of King of all Beamons!"

"If it comes to a defensive battle, the Demon Clan may not get their wish, after all, ten thousand years ago we all lived in stockade villages, and now we have castles," Liu Shock laughed alongside, "The odds are very much in our favor, especially if that bunch of demons is still using bronze weapons — that would be quite amusing."

"Dreaming, aren’t you?" Mourinho jeered with a laugh.

"Alright, I’ve said all the official business I needed to, Sir Richard, now it’s time for you to give me an answer. When will we come for Daisy and Ruona again?" the Fairy Dragon Luna grasped onto the issue Liu Shock least wanted to confront.

"Didn’t I say? They have already gone to the Far East Continent," Liu Shock shrugged his shoulders regretfully.

"I’ve already said this as well, call them back. I know that sacrifices and magic pets should be connected by heart," Fairy Dragon Luna said to Liu Shock with a slight smile.

"I’m sorry, but I don’t intend to do so," Liu Shock smiled back at the Fairy Dragon.

"Why?" Fairy Dragon Luna furrowed her brows.

"To avoid disaster," Liu Shock spoke grievously, "The entire Hell Black Dragon race from the underworld has now come to the Surface World. Their grudge with Dragon City spans tens of thousands of years; I worry for the safety of Ruona and Daisy, so shouldn’t we let them hide for a while?"

"What?" Both the Fairy Dragon and the Seven-Colored Dragon’s eyes widened simultaneously.

"Where did you get the news about the Hell Black Dragons?" Ibrahim, the Seven-Colored Dragon, stroked his chin while sizing up Liu Shock from head to toe.

"I swear on Master Puskas’s name, I personally witnessed these Hell Black Dragons a few days ago. The leader of this Dragon Clan is called Ronaldinho. Unfortunately, the Frost Giant Dragon, Astonvila, who lived in seclusion on Mount Tamerlarya, has already fallen victim to a mob attack by these Hell Black Dragons," Liu Shock’s lies grew more and more elaborate.

The surrounding Beamons were dumbfounded; with the Giant Dragon Piegel providing such a detailed testimony, they couldn’t help but believe it.

"Are you certain it’s the ’Dancer of Frost’ Astonvila?" Ibrahim, the Seven-Colored Dragon, twitched his brows and eyes, obviously somewhat incredulous. The Frost Giant Dragon Astonvila had been out of sight and mind for a long time, and as a sixth-order Giant Dragon skilled in both ice and fire, even if he couldn’t win, it was always possible for him to flee.

"Indeed," Liu Shock swore earnestly, raising his hand, unfazed by the notion of Elder Andulan finding out and giving him a thrashing with a walking stick.

"How did you see it? Mount Tamerlarya is a pillar holding up the sky!" Fairy Dragon Luna asked.
