Chapter 870: Chapter 197 The Frog in the Well_3

"Oh..." Prince Richard knitted his brows, "I must declare that you are not considered a member of the Buer Tribe... Do you understand?"

The reputation of the Minotaurs was familiar to the prince—beings from another continent, half-man half-bull, with immense strength. There had been funny stories in history about Minotaurs who traveled to the Aegean Continent and tried to establish kinship with the Buer Tribe of the Bimon Kingdom, only to be rejected. The reason was simple... Minotaurs had the undeniable head of a bull while the beastly features of the Buer Tribe Tauren in the Bimon Kingdom were present but not to such a wild extent.

"I am planning to submit an application to the kingdom to recognize the Minotaurs as a close branch of our Buer Tribe," Liu Zhenhan winked at the prince, "Prince, do you think that’s possible?"

Lord Richard, it’s still dusk now," Prince Richard scoffed coldly.

"I believe that as long as one has converted to the embrace of the God of War, whether or not one is from Beamon doesn’t matter," Liu Zhenhan, now enlightened by the "Divine Song of the God of War," spoke with a tone that carried a divine nature. Those who knew him thought he was beginning to sound like a charlatan.

"Wait until you become the pope. Only then might that statement match your stature, Lord Richard, since right now you are merely a War Shaman." Prince Richard had already lectured him and was no longer interested in further idle talk with Liu Zhenhan. Minotaurs might be exotic, but they couldn’t compare to Helen’s enchanting beauty. The prince elegantly brushed his dark green cape and turned to leave.

"That’s debatable. The next time we meet, you might have to address me differently," Liu Zhenhan laughed heartily.

Lord Richard, it’s still dusk now," the prince turned back with a sneer, pointing at the stalls set up by the Jade Trading Company and shouted to the Yak Cavalry, "No unauthorized street vending is allowed within the royal city. Confiscate all these vendors’ goods and fine each person one silver coin!"

"What a great display of official power!" Liu Zhenhan made a long face and slowly articulated to the prince, "I would like to ask, Holy Temple Knight sir, who gave you this power? Regulating merchants should always be the job of the tax collectors, right? Any tax collectors among you?"

"Confiscate!" The prince apparently had his mind set and ignored Liu Zhenhan, issuing the command to a group of Yak Heavy Cavalry, who responded with a thunderous yes and dismounted one after the other.

"Who the hell dares!" Fat Luo’s two long knives were immediately unsheathed as he leaped in front of all the Yak Cavalry.

The Yak Heavy Cavalry, seasoned soldiers every one, didn’t even blink at the sight of two long knives. In no time, they overturned two barbeque charcoal basins, nearly scalding a few Shamans who had come to enjoy the barbeque with the flying sparks.

From the distance, several robed figures in crimson-purple and golden ritual gowns—Great Diviners and chief priests of the Shamans—could no longer stand by and immediately walked over.

"Prince Richard! Wait a moment!" a skinny, dark-skinned Saint Kailu kangaroo chief priest shouted.

By then, who would listen to him? Mastiff warriors, led by Bellamy wielding the Judgement Steel Rod, did not hesitate and rushed forward, pinning down several Yak Cavalry. Hippo poets also joined the fray while three Biao warrior couldn’t hold back any longer and grabbed chairs to charge at the Yak Heavy Cavalry.

Duncan and Iverson stood up, then sat back down, because it was no longer necessary for them to get involved.

"Attacking the city defense force is equivalent to rebellion," Prince Richard smirked at Liu Zhenhan, his handsome face filled with the self-satisfaction of a successful scheme.

"Attacking Shamans is also equivalent to rebellion," Liu Zhenhan stood up with a kick that sent a table flying, and tore off the cloak he was wearing.

The dazzling medals and the array of eye-catching badges, insignias, and embroidered patterns on his Star Robe blinded the eyes of the onlooking Shamans around him.

"Nonsense! Stop it!" Gortani, who had always been quiet, couldn’t bear it anymore and stood up abruptly.

It was a step too late, as Liu Zhenhan and Guoguo had already pounced towards the prince.
