Chapter 837: Chapter 187: Helplessness_2

Liu Zhenhan wasn’t exactly opposed to Mourinho and the Ice Phoenix Tang Beryljenna having offspring, what the hell did that have to do with him!

On Aegean Continent, the ultimate form of all intelligent beings is humanoid, be it the Shepherd-tree People evolved from plants, the Beamon from animals, or Elves, Dwarfs, Giants, and Goblins alike. When a Magical Beast’s strength increases to an extremely high realm and they evolve into a humanoid form, it’s no different from the process that Beamon go through from animal to human.

What really mattered was mutual affection. And that’s exactly what Liu Zhenhan did himself.

In Liu Zhenhan’s crude terms, Tang Beryljenna was already endowed with exceptional intelligence and had evolved into humanoid form. She was no different from those legendary female demons like snail maidens or Fox Immortals talked about in stories. What was the big deal if Tang Beryljenna had an offspring with a Beamon?

What really irritated Old Liu was that Mourinho and the Ice Phoenix Tang Beryljenna didn’t come clean to him sooner, causing him to hatch a Blood Infant using their love crystallized as the host egg!

Looking at little Mourinho’s form, if this Phoenix Egg could hatch successfully, chances were it would be a monstrous Beamon.

Just for that reason alone, Liu Zhenhan was infuriated because what he had schemed was to hatch a Super-level Warcraft egg!

An egg-born Beamon baby simply wouldn’t possess innate Elemental Power. What kind of blood mage would be so utterly bored as to use a Beamon baby egg for the Blood Feeding Method?

If it really were a Beamon baby egg, Liu Zhenhan wouldn’t have been so furiously embarrassed. Yet there was an even worse situation waiting for him.

As a Saint Chiao Mage, Liu Zhenhan couldn’t use magic attacks, but he still had the keen judgment of a Saint Level Mage and the perceptiveness of a high priest. With just one glance, he had already received a terrifying piece of news from these twin Blood Infant sons... there wasn’t the slightest hint of Elemental Fluctuation in his Blood Infant sons.

This discovery could make any Blood Mage cough up blood in frustration.

No matter what, even a Blood Infant hatched from a Beamon baby egg with no innate magic power, at the very least, should possess at least half of the Elemental Power of Liu Zhenhan, the Saint Chiao Mage. But the Blood Infants that almost cost Old Liu half of his life to birth using the Blood Feeding Method didn’t have half Mana, they didn’t even have a trace of Elemental Fluctuation!

Old Liu shook with rage, hands on his hips, cursing from heaven to earth, nearly biting his steel teeth to shards!

He simply couldn’t understand how the offspring of Mourinho and Tang Beryljenna could be so freakish. Could it absorb Mana? Was the Phoenix Egg prematurely hatched and unable to incubate, and he forcibly invoked the Blood Feeding Method with unintended consequences? Or was it the wrath of the God of Phoenixes, Xiagui, that Tang Beryljenna had always murmured about? Or was it God’s Judgment or God’s Curse?

No one could provide Old Liu with an answer.

So Liu Zhenhan cursed the God of Phoenixes, Xiagui, along with everything else. Whoever was responsible for giving him twins without any magic power, it was unforgivable!

Unable to withstand the shock anymore, Liu Zhenhan collapsed to the ground with a ’thud’, fainting outright like a log.

Twins without any Mana...

Twins, each with only one wing, disabled Blood Infants...

It was no injustice for Old Liu to faint. If another Blood Mage had this experience, nine out of ten would go mad on the spot.

When Liu Zhenhan groggily came to, two Blood Infant sons were gazing at him with wide eyes, naked on his chest, each carrying a piece of Phoenix Eggshell on their back, quivering.

"Daddy, I’m cold," Frosty Pichu Blood Infant burrowed into Old Liu’s embrace.

"Daddy, I’m cold too," little Mourinho also burrowed vigorously into Old Liu’s embrace.

The two Blood Infants were ice-cold to the touch, and Liu Zhenhan’s heart ached as though it was being minced. He quickly wrapped his arms around both Blood Infant sons and covered their backs with his priestly robe.

Liu Zhenhan swore to himself in secret, no matter who they were, these were the Blood Infants he had brought forth with his blood and magic power, they were his sons alone!

"Daddy, what should our names be?" little Mourinho asked, his handsome little face upturned against Liu Zhenhan’s chest.

"Hmm..." Liu Zhenhan scratched his head: "Which one of you two is the older brother?"

"I’m the older brother, and he’s the younger brother," little Mourinho said innocently, tweaking the large face of Frosty Pichu Blood Infant beside him and giggling "giggle."

"From now on, you’ll be called Tang Second Young Master, and he’ll be Tang Third Young Master." Liu Zhenhan hugged the two adorable babies in his arms, sighing softly to himself. The Ice Phoenix Tang Beryljenna really was a good woman, kind-hearted too; she deserved some remembrance. Whether it was the Second Young Master or Third Young Master, they were still Tang Beryljenna’s children regardless.

"We have an older sister, her name is Katusha," Second Young Master nibbled on a piece of Phoenix Eggshell, his little eyes darting around.

"Yes," Liu Zhenhan sighed again.

"We have names now!" Third Young Master said happily, wobbling his chubby head, and just as he and Second Young Master moved their arms, the two Blood Infants began to cough violently together.
