"I knew it. They’re ’Dodo’s indeed." The little Giant chuckled, his eyes curved into thin lines.

"What’s a ’Dodo’?" Liu vaguely recalled Prince Moore mentioning the name — he seemed quite anxious about it.

The little Giant explained, "In the Elvish language of Moore, ’Dodo’ means ’Blood Droplets’ or ’Blood Pearls’. They are magical crystallized remains left behind after a Blood Infant’s life comes to an end and is consumed by flames. They are not particularly useful, but they are a source of spiritual solace and respect for the Mages of Moore... You probably won’t understand, but it is extremely difficult for a High-Level Mage to emerge amongst the Moore."

"This is indeed an evil magic." Vieri remarked, sticking out his tongue.

"There’s no such thing as inherently evil or good magic. People choose the path of seeking power themselves." Liu retorted, "What’s the use of this ’Dodo’? For storing or amplifying Magic Power? From the way you talk, it seems like it’s not very useful? If it doesn’t serve a purpose, I’m gonna have it made into a necklace and gift it to Guoguo."

"The ’Dodo’ does have a few peculiar uses. Some here, it seems, would suit several Mages." Iverson picked up a slightly larger ’Blood Droplet’ and explained, "The red glow inside my left hand signifies a ’Shearwater Dodo’. If you imbue it onto a metallic weapon, remember, only a metallic one, it applies a ’Shearwater Attack’ to your weapon. It means that during combat, any wound inflicted by the weapon will bleed twice as much, cause all the hair on the opponent’s body to fall out, and cause the blood to congeal on the edge of the weapon. The congealed blood can then be scattered onto the opponent."

"Transforming into a multitude of blood arrows piercing the heart? That’s fantastic!" Liu exclaimed in delight: "The Shearwater’s blood feast?"

This is a ’Sweat Blood Dodo’. When it’s enchanted onto a metallic weapon, the more the opponent sweats, the more blood they lose - The more they sweat, the faster they die! Pretty handy, right?"

"This is perfectly suited for our old friend Nedved. Ha ha, a blood-sweating steed!" Liu could hardly contain his laughter. What kind of nonsense items were these?

"Boss, Major Marshal is already a blood-sweating horse. Didn’t you realize that when he sweats?" Vieri asked, sounding mildly surprised.

"Whaat?" Liu blushed horribly. "I’ve never seen him wipe his sweat. Damn! Seriously?! This pearl is definitely going to him."
