Chapter 487: 0487 Dissatisfied_1

The trending topic was essentially suppressed; now, Twitter is just filled with trivial issues concerning celebrities.

Occasionally, one would still see updates about Lucy Wood.

Out of the blue, Damien Frost sent Ellen Young a few screenshots.

When they were at home, they were not in Ellen Young’s place; instead, they were living in her apartment building or somewhere else within the same community.

It was certain that such high-end apartments were secure, so they only needed to offer protection from nearby, without the need to be bodyguards.

Thus, when there was news, they had no choice but to call Ellen Young or send a message.

The screenshots he sent made Ellen chuckle and shake her head in disbelief.

She received the same kind of threatening texts as Ryan Henderson, except this time they were sent to Ellen’s cellphone, and before they could be deleted, the assistant intercepted them.

It had been said before that unless someone is specifically authorized, they cannot make calls or send texts to Ellen’s cellphone.

Apparently, this person belonged to that unauthorized category; therefore, the special assistant saw the message, captured it immediately, and relayed it to the boss of the Special Security Agency, Damien Frost, who began an investigation to uncover the person behind the threatening texts.

The sender had no idea how absurd it was to send threatening messages to Ellen Young.

Initially, Ellen had planned to have Clinton White deal with this matter, but now that she was personally involved, the higher-ups had already started to pay attention.

Why threaten someone, of all people, who happens to be an academy member? Aren’t you just asking for trouble?

In fact, this was to be expected. According to normal procedures, the other party would not have known that Ellen Young at the receiving end was such an extraordinary person. They might have assumed she was just a student like Ryan Henderson, or even if she were a professor, they wouldn’t have cared, hence they threatened her without any hesitation.

"We’ve kept the screenshots," Damien Frost added. "The messages were sent in the morning. The sender used some tricks, probably deliberately hiding their IP address. In no more than ten minutes, we should be able to track them down. You don’t need to worry."

"I’m not worried."

Ellen Young said with a light smile, "I know who it is. If the investigation reveals any information, there’s no need to alert the culprit. This person is probably connected to Theodore Hailey."

The Special Security Agency doesn’t get involved in civil matters, but if Ellen Young said so, it was different.

After she explained the situation with Theodore Hailey, she continued, "Compile the evidence and submit it to me when ready. I know how to handle it."

Damien Frost immediately understood Ellen’s intentions and promptly replied, "No problem, Miss Young."

Theodore Hailey was also on edge all day until he received a message from a mysterious person, indicating that everything had been taken care of.

He even received a call from them, "Your message has been delivered. If they know what’s good for them, they won’t interfere further. We will handle that Ryan Henderson; you don’t need to worry, he won’t cause any waves."

The caller had an odd voice, mechanically altered by a voice changer, making it impossible to discern whether the speaker was male or female.

Upon hearing this, Theodore Hailey felt relieved, "That’s good to hear."

"In any case, you were too reckless this time. If there’s a next time, we will not continue to support you. You’ve put us at significant risk," the caller expressed displeasure with Theodore Hailey’s actions, openly criticizing him over the phone, "Why did you recklessly share theories on the internet that we hadn’t approved?"
