Chapter 3680 - Bai Ye

Chapter 3680 - Bai Ye

After seeing that both Qingyu and the Soulfiend were safe and sound, Tianming finally felt at ease. On the other side, Zi Zhen had also almost finished dealing with the remaining wonderians in God Domain One.

With Yin Chen and Sixth, one possessing real-world vision and the other soul vision, Tianming's oversight of God Domain One even surpassed that of Tianmingopolis.

Qingyu noticed the constantly changing white cloud floating beside Tianming.

"Brother, that thing...." Naturally, Qingyu didn’t like Sixth. The disaster that had befallen her and Lingfeng was all because of it.

"Don’t look at me like that! The one who did that to you was the vita, not me!" Sixth pouted, sounding annoyed. It had no intention of taking the blame. Earlier, Lingfeng had taken her and fought their way to God Domain Nine, encountering many things along the way. Even the spatial coordinates they’d sent to Tianming in the Xenoabyss had been transmitted through the power of a cosmic god from God Domain Nine.

"Ignore it." Tianming shot Sixth a glare, then said to Qingyu, "It isn’t a problem anymore. One of them has already come home, though the other two are still causing trouble outside. But sooner or later, none of them will escape from my grasp." freew\ebno\vel..(c)om

As he finished speaking, Tianming clenched his black arm, which made Sixth's soul palpitate in fear. Previously, when Tianming only had his seventh-level foundationeer cultivation to rely on, he couldn’t unleash the full power of the Plundering Eye. But now, with the power of the people in God Domain One, his combat strength had skyrocketed. His attack could now threaten Sixth.

Of course, Tianming had no intention of using it on it.

"That’s good." Qingyu couldn’t help but look at him with admiration. She had worshiped her brother ever since he’d beheaded Yuwen Shendu with his sword back in the Grand-Orient Realm.

"So what’s Sixth’s name?" Qingyu asked.

"I am the Celestial Sourcepath Progenitor!" Sixth proudly announced.

"I meant a more friendly, approachable name." Qingyu smiled.

"Oh, I understand! Then it’s the Invincible Ultimate God of Old!" Sixth smugly crossed its arms.

Tianming smacked it on the head, then turned to Qingyu and said, "I just subdued it and haven’t had time to name it yet. Its surname is Bai, which means ‘white’. Why don’t you name it?"

"Me?" Qingyu was momentarily stunned.

"Of course. All my lifebound beasts were named by either myself or my family." Tianming smiled.

Ying Huo had been named by his mother, Meow Meow by Feiling, Lan Huang by Wudi, and Xian Xian and Ji Ji had names from their past lives, which still counted as Feiling’s choices. As for Yin Chen, Tianming had named it himself.

This was a meaningful gesture, symbolizing how much he valued his sister.

Qingyu looked at Sixth.

"Bai...."

Sixth glared at her, its white sea of clouds shifting and morphing until it finally settled into the form of Lingfeng. The transformation happened naturally, driven by Qingyu’s inner thoughts.

"Bai... Ye...."

"Good!" Before Qingyu could finish, Tianming immediately agreed. "Let’s call it Bai Ye!"

"Ye" represented their longing for Ye Lingfeng.

Xian Xian, Ji Ji, and Miao Miao were cute, repeating names all linked to Feiling.

Ying Huo, Lan Huang, Yin Chen, and Bai Ye were all the same kind of names as well.

"What nonsense! I’m the Invincible Ultimate God of Old!" Sixth, now Bai Ye, grumbled.

"Bai Ye! Haha... what a ridiculous name!" Ying Huo couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

"Shut up!"

Seeing the familiar little bird, Qingyu couldn’t help but smile. Just as she reached out, there was a buzzing sound and a pure white roc flew out of her lifebound space. The bird was as holy as the moon, flawlessly white, and possessed an elegant and noble aura. Its snowy feathers exuded a cold mist. It was breathtakingly beautiful!

"Little Yueyue~" Ying Huo’s eyes instantly filled with hearts as it chased after her, soaring side by side.

"A lower creature ruled by base desires!" Bai Ye sneered in disdain.

"Who’re you talking about?" Tianming interjected.

"Not you! Why’re you butting in? Unless... you are?" Bai Ye smirked.

"I’m not!" Tianming said with absolute seriousness.

Xian Xian and Ji Ji, both in their spiritform bodies, sat on his shoulders and couldn’t help but giggle. One was a lively, flower-covered little girl, the other a cold and elegant pink-haired little girl. They were quite the pair.

"By the way, Brother, where’s Ling’er?" Qingyu glanced around but didn’t see her.

"Uh... I’ll explain later," Tianming said.

"She’s okay, right?" Qingyu anxiously asked.

"She should be fine for now. But she’s also a little scary..." Tianming said.

"As long as she’s okay!" Qingyu sighed in relief.

She and Lingfeng had left earlier, while Feiling had only gone to the Upper Star Ruins after the battle of Ebonia and the Sun, to undergo her final Nirvana Rebirth.

As he spoke, Tianming glanced up at the golden crystal star that guided his path. It was shining even more brilliantly now, its radiance sharper than ever. The golden glow was like countless swords, hanging upside down over his head.

He felt like her Nirvana Rebirth this time was far more ferocious than the last two. Instead of being more dangerous, it gave the sensation of being overwhelming and unstoppable, as if challenging it would be like defying fate itself.

"While you were gone, your sister-in-law changed several times, and you’re still thinking about Ling’er?" Xian Xian suddenly muttered.

"Several times?" Qingyu was dumbfounded.

"Don’t listen to her nonsense!" Tianming coughed.

"Nonsense? Li Qingyu, just wait, you’ll see two stunning beauties fighting for your brother’s attention soon." Ji Ji chuckled.

Ji Ji had only just met Qingyu.

"Really?" Qingyu pursed her lips, then suddenly said, "My brother’s outstanding, and he knows how to make girls happy. It’s normal for many people to like him...."

"Now that’s my sister! You two, what nonsense were you spouting!" Tianming glared at Xian Xian and Ji Ji.

"Hmph!" Xian Xian and Ji Ji stood united, looking at him with disdain.

"Brother, take me to meet the others first," Qingyu said.

Back on the Sun, she had already met Xiaoxiao and Moran. She knew they had always been by Tianming’s side, but that’d never affected Feiling’s supreme place in his heart.

"Alright...." Just as Tianming nodded, he suddenly looked eastward and said, "One of them’s here."

Qingyu, full of anticipation, turned to look.

An over thirty-meter-tall specter flew through the sky toward them. Her skin was snow-white and her short purple skirt revealed strong, well-shaped legs, while her deep violet eyes were captivating, exuding a cold nobility.

Qingyu froze. "Such a big sister-in-law!" She was utterly stunned.
