Chapter 32: Multi-Dimensional System
Chapter 32: Multi-Dimensional System
"What? Two Alans have already died?" Alan was stunned upon hearing this news.
Martial Alan nodded and said.
"That’s why we should never be arrogant and look down on others. You have to understand. Even if you get your blessing, you should keep it a secret to a certain degree."
Mage Alan spoke.
"After finding out the news about their death, I was quite happy with my choice. After all, if I hadn’t kept my nine elements a secret, I might’ve been assassinated by someone."
Dragon Alan spoke.
"This means we are not invincible because we have a powerful cheat. They also had our help and System, but they died in the end."
Although that was another Alan, there was no pity in his eyes.
"System? You all have a system?" Alan was stunned as he asked.
Mage Alan replied.
"Since you just came here for the first time, there are many things that we need to explain. First of all, this space is created by the main system called ’Multi-Dimensional System’."
"There are nine levels to this system. Each level can only be unlocked when one of us achieves something in our world."
"For example, the first level was unlocked when three people joined. This allowed us to appear in this space as a phantom and interact with each other."
"The second level was unlocked when the Dragon Alan reached a certain rank, which represented a level of strength that we didn’t reach before."
"After unlocking this level, we were able to bring items in this space and exchange them with each other."
"As for Level Three, we are not sure what it is. I have a feeling that it is not about the strength but rather a kind of achievement."
Hearing that, Dragon Alan nodded and said.
"I have a theory about the second level. When I unlocked it, it shouldn’t be because of my strength but rather due to my position in the race."
"Because of my rank and my bloodline, I was officially announced as the Dragon Prince. That means as long as I don’t die early, I will become the Leader of the Dragon Race."
"No matter how I perform, as long as I don’t get weaker or die, nobody can disown me from my title or force me to give up the position of the leader."
Hearing that, Martial Alan turned back and stared at him.
Dragon Alan couldn’t stand his stare and asked.
"What?"
"You son of ******! It has been a year since that happened, and you are mentioning such an important piece of information now."
Martial Alan roared.
"It’s not my problem that I slept for nine months a year." Dragon Alan roared back.
"Yeah, Pregnant dragon! You should keep sleeping."
Martial Alan snorted.
"Damn you! Let’s fight! We will settle this like men." Dragon Alan snorted as he raised his hands up.
"Tch! Do you think I am an idiot?" Martial Alan turned his head away.
"Alright! Alright! There is no need to fight. Dragon, you should do your best to send important information to us as soon as possible from now on."
"And Martial, you know how his system works. Sleeping nine months a year has become his habit. If it wasn’t for an urgent notification, he might not even be here."
Mage Alan waved his hands and settled their conflict.
"Can I ask you something?" Alan raised his hand.
"Yeah!" Mage Alan nodded.
"What kind of systems do you have?" Alan curiously asked.
Mage Alan didn’t shy away from mentioning his system.
"My System is called Greatest Assistant System. It allows me to master and organize almost any kind of spell in my world."
"Even if they are Forbidden Spells, I can not only master them but also use them with minimum cost."
Then, he turned toward Martial Alan and said.
"He has ’Devouring System’. It devours resources such as pills, weapons, and treasures. This gives him points that he can use to increase his comprehension."
"Since comprehending the technique and rules of the universe is most important in his world, this system works quite well for him."
Then, he pointed at the Dragon and said.
"And, this guy has a Sleeping System. He just needs to sleep, and his system will passively absorb Mana from his surroundings and turn it into points."
"Once he wakes up, he can put those points on his rank and abilities. This is his way of Leveling Up."
Alan almost dropped his jaw.
"You guys have quite an awesome system."
"The previous two Alans had the Daily Upgrade System and Dual Cultivation System. Because of this, they became quite arrogant even though every Alan is supposed to be low-key."
"One started showing off his growth and fighting others in the smallest of the conflicts. He must have died because he injured or killed a child of a strong person."
"Although he can upgrade his realm daily, he still needs to cross a whole day for this upgrade. Enemies won’t give him this kind of luxury."
"The other one once told him that he had started going after the wife of his sect leader. He must have been caught during the process and killed by the sect leader."
"Tsk! Tsk! They had quite powerful systems, but died in such a miserable way."
Hearing that, even Alan was speechless.
If he had a Daily Upgrade System, he would wait until his strength reached a certain point, and only then would he show off a quarter of his real strength.
He would keep doing this until he had become the strongest in the world.
As for Dual Cultivation, he definitely wouldn’t choose people based on their looks, but would choose them based on their conditions.
Although this sect leader’s wife could’ve helped him cross several realms in a single dual cultivation, it was better to do multiple dual cultivations with multiple women of his age who are also single.
After all, if he could seduce the sect leader’s wife, why couldn’t he seduce a bunch of single girls?
Sure enough! Stability and Low-Key are Kingly Paths.
"By the way, you said your body is weak, right?" Martial Alan asked.
Alan nodded.
"It is extremely weak. To unlock my gene, I need to absorb the mana from the surroundings into my cells."
"Upon doing that, the mana needs be cooked with enough pressure and heat that more particles of mana can merge to produce life energy. Since mana is simply a scattered life energy."
"This life energy gets absorbed by the cells, which undergo a certain evolution through the work of the Genetic Modification Method that creates Genetic Pattern in our DNA."
"This Genetic Pattern works as an industry with all the instructions and equipment necessary to produce cosmic energy. This process is known as Gene Unlock."
"Later, a person can use the Gene Art to modify, upgrade, and manipulate cosmic energy."
After he stopped explaining, Martial Alan took out a large bottle filled with a strange bean.
"These are Body Tempering Pills. The best quality pills that can help you improve your physique."
"Once you take them, your body will soon reach the condition required to bear the pressure and heat to Gene Unlock."
Hearing that, Alan remembered something and hesitated.
"You know, there are many potions that can do the similar thing. Although I don’t have a good relationship with my father because of my condition, he did buy a lot those resources to help me recover."
"Unfortunately, none of them worked."
Mage Alan shook his head and said.
"You should take these. His pills can do their magic in every world. To make sure I don’t get tired during a battle, I took a lot of those pills."
"And now, even if I use hundreds of spells, I don’t get tired."
With some hesitation, Alan took the bottle and said.
"Thank you!"
"No problem! We were in this together. When we came to this world, we thought we were alone, but we met each other. Although we are in a different world, many things are the same."
"Whether it is mana or cosmic energy or life energy, these things are a bit similar. So, I have a feeling that we need to reach Level Nine to unlock the secrets behind our scattered souls."
Dragon Alan spoke with a serious expression.
"Besides, even if our souls are scattered, I never felt that way."
Martial Alan and Mage Alan also nodded.
"Good! Then, I will do my best to find those conditions for the next level. By the way, how do I leave?"
"Just think!"
Mage Alan replied.
Alan closed his eyes and opened them.
This time, he was no longer in that room but rather within his room.
"Young Lord, what happened?" Mia anxiously asked.
"Nothing, how long did I go blank?" Alan asked.
Mia looked confused and said.
"If you mean closing your eyes, it only happened for like three seconds."
’What?’
Alan was stunned, but he didn’t think too much. Instead, he found something in his hand.
When he turned his eyes towards his hand, he saw a bottle.
A bottle full of Body Tempering Pills!
