Chapter 30: Battle of the Universe Part 3

The Angels and Seven Leaders were completely unaware of what was happening outside the universe.

Only Michael was fast enough to send the information to Lucifer before his battle with Alan began.

The other two Alans were fighting against the Seven Leaders, and they were doing quite good.

Because of their previous hatred, Alan and Shadow Leader fought fiercely until Alan managed to disintegrate Shadow Leader with his Time Erasing Cannon.

This sent a signal to the other six leaders.

Knowing the stakes of this battle, they no longer held back.

The Turtle Patriarch grew to the size of a hundred galaxies and stomped Alan with its power.

But Alan wasn’t going down so easily.

He transformed his body into the body of an ancient creature from the novels he had read.

It was a massive Dragon Elephant. With the head, wings, and tails of a dragon but the body of an elephant.

It was a creature that stood as tall as the Turtle Patriarch and fought him.

At the same time, it also released several large lightning bolts that wrapped around the planets and fought the Starfish Race Leader and Ant Race Leader.

While they were busy, the leaders of the God, Shadow Race, Cheese Race, and Chicken Race were facing another Alan.

This Alan was holding a large sword in his right hand and a gun in his left.

While constantly shooting out Phoenix Fire from his gun, he was keeping the other enemy away with his sword.

"You can’t win, Alan. I am gonna kill you for what you did to my race."

Shadow Race Leader roared as he swung the black sword towards Alan.

"Tsk! Do you really think I will be going down so easily?"

"I am the Demon God."

Alan answered with a swing of his sword.

Two swords collided in the middle, creating an impact that shattered the very fabric of space and time.

As the space-time collapsed, they found themselves floating in the void that was outside the universe.

But the universe instantly recovered itself and pulled them back.

On the other hand, Megazord Alan and Michael fought at their full glory.

Their power shattered planets and stars.

The galaxy began cracking apart, and huge black holes were formed that devour those bits and pieces of the galaxy.

"Stop it, Demon God! You are causing too much destruction. If you back down, you can still live in this universe. Otherwise, you will die by my hands."

Seeing the level of destruction Alan could cause, Michael tried to influence him with his words.

Alan gave him a blank look and asked.

"Do you think you are a Protagonist? Or, do you think I have a miserable background that made me a villain?"

"Look! I know something, the things that I’ve done are bad for your race, for those seven races, and even for the Demon Lords."

"But, look at it from another perspective, it is good for humans."

Hearing his answer, Michael paused for a moment and asked.

"Why are you doing so much for humans, Demon God? What do you mean by you? You weren’t a human who became a Demon Lord. So, why do you love them so much?"

At this moment, Alan pointed at himself and said.

"I was a human before I became a Demon Lord. As for why I am doing this for humans, isn’t it simple? I want humans to be the deciding factor of the universe."

"I want humans to be equal, if not stronger than other races. But this universe won’t let that happen. It’s not like a world where humans are the center of everything."

"So, I want to change that. I want to make them the center of everything."

"That’s my goal, Michael. These battles! They are nothing but a distraction, and I have already finished my job."

Suddenly, Michael’s eyes fell on Alan holding the box that was shining brightly.

"What is that?"

"It’s something I call ’Source Cube’. The name doesn’t matter. Its main function is to simply create the world that you desire. Anything you want, it can create."

"It can do almost anything, almost being the keyword here. To make my wish complete, this cube will release Time Wave that will copy this universe."

"After that, it will release an Annihilation Wave that destroys everything in its path. Finally, it will release a Creation Wave that recreates things, but based on my Will."

"Of course, there are things that I can’t influence, but I can tie down humans with the power of this universe because that clone of mine is a human, a pure human."

Hearing his words, Michael’s eyes widened with worry.

"Demon God, you have created an ultimate power in this universe. Everyone will be tempted to get this Cube. Even you can’t hold it forever."

Alan rolled his eyes and said.

"Are you an idiot? Do you think I will create such a weapon without any restrictions? This is simply not possible. This cube has a layer of protection."

"Anyone who doesn’t have my power will be sucked into the cube and become the source of energy for the cube."

"Besides, do you think I will let anyone have it? I am a Demon God."

Alan roared and swung his gigantic sword against Michael.

Just when Michael was about to launch his counterattack, the Hellfire on his sword disappeared.

"What?"

Bang! Splash!

Alan’s sword broke Michael’s sword and cut straight through his chest. Leaving a large sword mark on his chest.

As Michal fell, he made the world tremble.

But at this moment, a powerful energy burst out of the universe.

"You’re finally here."

Alan muttered.

This was a force he couldn’t win against.

"It doesn’t matter. My preparations are ready."

Alan shortened his body and rushed toward the seven leaders. Among them, he desired to kill Cheese Race, Chicken Race, God Race, and Shadow Race.

Alan dashed forward. The tip of the sword was filled with the power of nine elements.

They were chaotic yet merged.

When he thrust his sword, it pierced through the heart of God Race.

Despite all of his power, he couldn’t block it.

"What?"

Others panicked, but the other Alan took advantage of this and launched his attack.

He instantly reached in front of Chicken Race and pierced its heart with his sword. The tip of the sword disintegrated everything it touched.

This was the ultimate power of combining Nine Elements into one.

They were chaotic, which would result in more destruction.

While this was happening, Michael’s eyes turned blue as he rushed towards Alan.

Suddenly, six Alans appeared in front of him. One of them had eighty percent of his body burned, but he had already begun separating his soul.

Alan released his Phoenix Power towards Michael, but Michael simply released a blue energy that collided against the Phoenix Power and suppressed it.

Michael took advantage of this situation and pierced Alan with his sword.

"I told you. You will die by my hands."

At this moment, Alan showed him a mocking smile and said.

"Stupid!"

Suddenly, a soul flew out of Alan and traveled towards the cube. Before Michael could react, it entered the cube.

Taking advantage of his distraction, Alan killed Shadow Race with another sword.

Upon killing it, Alan killed the Cheese Race while saying it.

"You are just a whimsical idea that the author had while he was brainstorming. Just die for the sake of the plot."

Cheese Race leader’s eyes were opened as he didn’t understand a single word, but he died with resentment.

"Demon God!"

Seeing two of the leaders die so easily, Michael came to his senses and roared.

He dashed forward and killed another clone of Alan. This time, he wasn’t planning on letting his soul escape.

But another Alan came and helped him.

No matter what he tried, he couldn’t stop them.

Someone would come and stop them.

He was powerful. He was the strongest. He had the power of the Universe at his hand.

He could do almost anything with this power, but he couldn’t kill Alan.

All nine of Alan’s souls entered the cube.

Only God Alan remained with the cube in his hand.

"Alas! With this weak body, I wonder if I will have a good physique in my next life."

"This is the part of your plan. Even if I kill you, nothing will change, right?" Michael emotionally stood in front of Alan and continued.

"I just want to know one thing. Why? Don’t give me the bullshit answer this time. Just why do all this when you have the power to do anything else?"

Alan chuckled and said.

"That’s the problem, Michael. I am just a character in the story. If my story doesn’t have any tension, it will not gain any retention."

"Besides, I want to feel like a protagonist. With the power of a Demon God at my fingertips, I feel like a side character rather than a protagonist."

"So, goodbye, Michael! Let’s hope we can meet again as friends."

At this moment, the cube let out a bright white light.
