At practically the exact same time, Qin Jiagui’s pursuing shells and Yano’s summoned Green Smoke Sword were frantically shot on the other side.

The Great Sword Lizard, having just engaged in a tough fight with Su Yu, was unable to evade and bore the full force of the attack.

Su Yu immediately followed up with the fifth step, and the ground under him let out a heavy rumbling noise. He once again lifted his Bronze Hammer and unleashed a ferocious blow.

This time, Su Yu had the Great Sword Lizard firmly under his foot. With a terrifying force propelling it, the creature couldn’t move. The Bronze Hammer descended like thunder, causing another loud thunderous noise. The ground immediately collapsed into a deeply formed pit. The head of the Great Sword Lizard was entirely obliterated and turned into nothingness, smashed into a pulp by the Bronze Hammer.

With its head destroyed, the Great Sword Lizard died instantly. Five Bronze Crystal Cores were absorbed by Su Yu, and he felt an incomparably powerful energy fluctuating within him. His chest was now adorned with new, sharp Bronze scales. A smile spread across Su Yu’s face. The power of a Five-star Beast General was far greater than any Four-star monster.

Qin Jiagui shook his head at Su Yu and said, "Su Yu, you’re only Third Level and you’ve managed to kill a Five-star Beast General two levels higher than you..." He shook his head again, lost for words.

"Su Yu’s Adept Fluid grants him power several hundred times that of others of the same level, which is why he could create such a miracle," Yano said in a deep voice.

Su Yu put away his Bronze Hammer and touched his chest. He had been cut by the Great Sword Lizard, but the wound had already healed quickly.

The lizard’s sword was indeed sharp; it cut through his own black scales as if they were paper. Only the Bronze scales had some resistance.

"Let’s go. Be careful. Since we encountered a Five-star Great Sword Lizard here, there may be a second one," Su Yu cautioned as they began their ascent on the Tree Tower.

Qin Jiagui, Ma Ziye, Yano, and Doudou followed. After entering the Bronze Realm, not only had their powers increased dramatically, but so had their healing abilities. Ma Ziye’s earlier wounds had healed significantly in a short amount of time, at least enough to not affect her ability to fight.

Su Yu climbed to a height of ten meters, then waited for the others to catch up before continuing his ascent. He transformed into a humanoid Giant Lizard, extending his claws to grasp a vine, leaping and landing firmly ten meters above the ground.

The group continued their ascent on the Tree Tower, which spanned an area larger than ten acres, offering plenty of places to rest.
