The wooden man was holding the candle of the Undying Spirit, and his two golden beams shot out, heavily bombarding the stone door. Before Zhang Zhongmou had time to react, he saw the chains entwining the rock monster, which was his true form. After a tug, his true body was pulled out of the rock monster.

Zhang Zhongmou’s face was twisted into a strange look. The power of the chains could always be evaded as if they were mere illusions. However, his injury caused by the chains was real.

Suddenly, the terrifying howls stopped, and the dark vortex started to disappear slowly.
