He struggled there, and faintly, he began to receive messages, gaining some sort of enlightenment.

He still had a chance. If only he could amass the powers of the Children of Destiny from nine hundred and ninety-nine races into one, he could escape from here, attaining eternal life, undying and unending.

Lei Chenhui didn’t want to die. Driven by this will, he frantically lunged towards the presence of another Child of Destiny amidst the thick ooze. As he struggled and fought, the Child of Destiny from another race seemed to share his thought and wanted to devour him as well.

Yet, when he beheld the monstrous creature that had suddenly appeared, he still instinctively gasped in shock.

This was a monstrous infant, unimaginably large. From Lei Chenhui’s perspective, it was hard to see its entirety. However, for the eight blue-robed figures silently guarding in the distance and observing everything, their vision allowed them to clearly see the suddenly appeared monstrous infant for what it was.
